The Value of Ultrasound in the Application of Water Enema in Intussusception

Objective:To introduce high-frequency ultrasound diagnostic technology to cooperate with diagnosis and treatment for patients with intussusception,and to observe its clinical application ***:The study took patients with intussusception as the object of observation,with a total of 52 cases participating,all of which were clinically admitted from December 2022 to December *** enrollment,the patients underwent high-frequency ultrasound detection in sequence,recording the ultrasound imaging characteristics,and referring to the results of surgical or leaky saline enema reset to confirm the diagnosis(the gold standard)to assess the diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound ***:Comparing the confirmed diagnostic results of surgery or leaking saline enema restoration,the detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound technology was 98.07%(P>0.05).Among the 52 patients treated with hydropneumatic enema restoration with the cooperation of high-frequency ultrasound monitoring,39 patients were successfully reset in the first treatment(75.00%),while 9 patients were successfully reset(17.30%)after multiple treatments(≥2 times);the remaining 4 patients were unsuccessful and then converted to surgical treatment,and all of them were successfully treated and ***:For the diagnosis of intussusception,high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound has the advantages of high accuracy and simple operation,which provides a scientific and accurate reference basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Multiple myeloma(MM)is a hematological tumor with high mortality and recurrence *** is a new-generation proteasome inhibitor that is used as the first-line therapy for ***,the development of drug resistance is a pervasive obstacle to treating ***,elucidating the drug resistance mechanisms is conducive to the formulation of novel therapeutic *** elucidate the mechanisms of carfilzomib resistance,we retrieved the GSE78069 microarray dataset containing carfilzomib-resistant LP-1 MM cells and parental MM *** gene expression analyses revealed major alterations in the major histocompatibility complex(MHC)and cell adhesion *** upregulation of the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)receptor superfamily member 1A(TNFRSF1A)gene was accompanied by the downregulation of MHC genes and cell adhesion ***,to investigate the roles of these genes,we established a carfilzomib-resistant cell model and observed that carfilzomib resistance induced TNFRSF1A overexpression and TNFRSF1A silencing reversed carfilzomib resistance and reactivated the expression of cell adhesion ***,TNFRSF1A silencing suppressed the tumorigenesis of MM cells in immunocompetent mice,indicating that TNFRSF1A may lead to carfilzomib resistance by dampening antitumor ***,our results indicated that TNFRSF1A overexpression conferred carfilzomib resistance in MM cells and suppressed the expression of MHC genes and cell adhesion *** suppression of MHC genes and cell adhesion molecules may impair the interaction between immune cells and cancer cells to impair antitumor *** studies are warranted to further investigate the signaling pathway underlying the regulatory role of TNFRSF1A in MM cells.

Objective:To explore the clinical application of nutritional management combined with clinical monitoring of glycated albumin(GA)in diabetic nephropathy(DN)dialysis ***:A total of 20 diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients admitted to the People’s hospital of Guandu District from January 2022 to February 2023 were included in the *** were randomly divided into a conventional group(n=10)and an observation group(n=10).The study evaluated the blood glucose control,nutritional status,dialysis efficacy,and quality of life scores of both ***:Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in fasting plasma glucose(FPG),GA,serum albumin,body mass index(BMI),dialysis efficiency values,urea clearance rate,or quality-of-life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower FPG and GA levels,higher serum albumin,dialysis efficiency values,urea clearance rate,and improved quality-of-life scores compared to the conventional group(P0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional management combined with clinical monitoring of glycated albumin has a significant effect on the clinical application of diabetic nephropathy dialysis *** can effectively improve patients’blood glucose control and nutritional status,reduce the risk of complications,and enhance the quality of life,demonstrating clinical value for broader application.

Objective:To analyze the effect of implementing a comprehensive nursing management program for rabies vaccination ***:100 cases of rabies vaccination patients were selected as observation objects from January 2022 to December 2023,and after enrollment,they were grouped according to the different nursing management programs,with 50 cases in each *** control group was only given routine nursing management,and the observation group was combined with comprehensive nursing management on the basis of routine nursing *** completion rate of vaccination,the rate of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction rate were assessed,comparing the clinical effects of different nursing management ***:The completion rate of the 5th shot of rabies vaccination in the observation group was 82.00%higher than 64.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.1096,P<0.05);the rate of adverse reaction of vaccination in the observation group was 4.00%lower than 18.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.0051,P<0.05);the vaccination satisfaction in the observation group was 98.00%higher than 86.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.8913,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing management program can help rabies vaccination patients to improve the completion rate of vaccination and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to vaccination,with clear effects.
