co.structing Donor–Acceptor‑Linked co.s Electrolytes to Regulate Electron Density and Accelerate the Li^(+)Migration in Quasi‑Solid‑State Battery

Regulation the electronic density of solid-state electrolyte by donor–acceptor(D–A)system can achieve highly-selective Li^(+)transportation and co.duction in solid-state Li metal *** study reports a high-performance solid-state electrolyte thorough D–A-linked co.alent organic frameworks(co.s)based on intramolecular charge transfer *** other reported co.based solid-state electrolyte,the developed co.cept with D–A-linked co.s not only achieves electronic modulation to promote highly-selective Li^(+)migration and inhibit Li dendrite,but also offers a crucial opportunity to understand the role of electronic density in solid-state Li metal *** introduced strong electronegativity F-based ligand in co. electrolyte results in highlyselective Li^(+)(transference number 0.83),high ionic co.ductivity(6.7×10^(-4)S cm^(−1)),excellent cyclic ability(1000 h)in Li metal symmetric cell and high-capacity retention in Li/LiFePO_(4)cell(90.8%for 300 cycles at 5C)than substituted C-and N-based *** is ascribed to outstanding D–A interaction between donor porphyrin and acceptor F atoms,which effectively expedites electron transferring from porphyrin to F-based ligand and enhances Li^(+)***,we anticipate that this work creates insight into the strategy for accelerating Li^(+)co.duction in high-performance solid-state Li metal batteries through D–A system.

co.structing Pr-doped co.OH catalytic sites for efficient electrooxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural

Electrocatalytic co.version of renewable biomass is emerging as a promising route for sustainable chemical production;hence it urgently calls for developing efficient electrocatalysts with low potentials and high current ***,a Pr-doped co.OH）2hexagonal sheet （Pr/co.1/9,in mole） is synthesized by electrodeposition as highly performant catalyst for 5-hydroxymethylfurfural （HMF） oxidation reaction（HMFOR） to produce 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid （FDCA）.This novel and low-co.t catalyst possesses a rather low onset potential of 1.05 V （***） and requires only 1.10 V （***） to reach a current density of 10 mA cm-2for HMFOR,significantly outperforming co.OH）2benchmark (i.e.,210 mV higher to reach10 m A cm-2).The origin of Pr promotion effect as well as the evolution of co.OH catalytic sites and HMFOR process has been deeply elucidated by physical characterizations,kinetic experiments,in situ electrochemical techniques,and theoretical *** unique Pr-ameliorated co.OH active centers enable 100%co.version of HMF,99.6%selectivity of FDCA,and 99.7%Faraday efficiency,with a superior cycling durability toward *** can be one of the most outstanding results for co.based HMFOR catalysts to date in the *** this work can help open up new horizons for co.structing novel and efficient co.based electrocatalysts by the utilization of lanthanide elements.

Effect of Bi/Si Ratio of BiBSi Glass on Its Structure, Properties and Laser Sealing Shear Strength for Vacuum Glazing

The low-melting glass of Bi2O_(3)-B2O_(3)-SiO_(2)(BiBSi)system was used for the first time for laser sealing of vacuum *** the co.dition of co.stant boron co.tent,how the structure and properties vary with Bi/Si ratio in low-melting glass was *** addition,the relationships between laser power,low-melting glass solder with different Bi/Si ratios and laser sealing shear strength were *** results show that a decrease in the Bi/Si ratio can cause a co.traction of the glass network of the low-melting glass,leading to an increase of its characteristic temperature and a decrease of its co.fficient of thermal *** laser sealing,the copper ions in the low-melting glass play an endothermic role.A change in the Bi/Si ratio will affect the valence state transition of the copper ions in the low-melting *** absorbance of the low-melting glass does not follow the expected co.relation with the Bi/Si ratio,but shows a linear co.relation with the co.tent of divalent copper *** greater the co.centration of divalent copper ions,the greater the absorbance of the low-melting glass,and the lower the laser power required for laser *** shear strength of the low melting glass solder after laser sealing was tested,and it was found that the maximum shear strength of Z1 glass sample was the highest up to 2.67 MPa.

Producing sulfuric acid from metallurgical off-gas process is a co.plex system, SO2 co.version ratio is a key factor in the process of producing sulfuric acid from metallurgical off-gas, but it is difficult to direct on-line monitoring, is generally obtained by artificial test. Therefore, This article set a smelter’s " two co.vert and two absorption" of producing sulfuric acid from metallurgical process as a study focus, the soft-sensing model of SO2 co.version ratio was established by co.relation analysis and pre-processing of the field data and multiple linear regression analysis method （MLR） was used. By quantitative analysis of the model fitting and forecasting effect,it indicated that the model has good predictive *** can be said that this study will be played an important role in prediction and monitoring online of SO2 co.version ratio of producing sulfuric acid from metallurgical off-gas process.

Solid-phase extraction gold from alkaline cyanide solution with quaternary ammonium surfactant

The solid-phase extraction（SPE） technique applied to the extraction of organic co.pound was creatively used as the extraction of inorganic gold in the *** types of techniques were proposed and explored,namely the SPE and the liquid–liquid extraction（LLE） of the quaternary ammonium surfactant [cetytrimethyl ammonium bromide（CTMAB）,cetyl pyridine bromide（CPB）,benzyl dimethyl dodecyl ammonium chloride（BDMDAC）,and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride（DTMAC）].The surfactant co.ld react with Au（CN）2^- to form the ionic co.plex,and the co.pound co.ld be extracted by SPE co.umn of reversed-phase bonded silica ***,a new method of SPE was proposed to extract gold with these features of the high selectivity,the reliability,and the *** experimental result shows that the reco.ery rate of gold is more than 98 %,and the solid-phase extraction co.umn is not easily damaged and it can be repeatedly *** new method can be used as the extraction process of gold from alkaline cyanide solution as ***,the paper also puts forward a new process of gold extraction.

Characteristics and mechanisms of strain waves generated in rock by cylindrical explosive charges

A superposing principle, by suitably adding the strain waves from a number of co.centrated explosive charges to approximate the waves generated by a cylindrical charge based on the strain wave of a point or small spherical explosive charge generated in rock, is used to further study the triggering time of strain gauges installed in radial direction at same distances but different positions surrounding a cylindrical explosive charge in rock. The duration of the first co.pression phase and peak value of strain wave, and furthermore, their differences are analyzed and some explanations are given. Besides that, the gauge orientation in which the maximum peak value occurs is also discussed. At last, the effect of velocity of detonation(V.O.D.) of a cylindrical explosive charge on the strain waves generated in the surrounding rock is taken as key research and the pattern of peak amplitude of a strain wave varies with the V.O.D. is likely to have been found.

Numerical investigation of sinusoidal pulsating gas intake to intensify the gas-slag momentum transfer in the top-blown smelting furnace

The variation characteristics of bubble morphology and the thermal-physical properties of bubble boundary in the top-blown smelting furnace were explored by means of the co.putational fluid dynamics *** essential aspects of the fluid phase(e.g.,splashing volume,dead zone of copper slag,and gas penetration depth)were explored together with the effect of sinusoidal pulsating gas intake on the momentum-transfer performance between *** results illustrated that two relatively larger vortices and two smaller vortices appear in the bubble waist and below the lance,*** expansion of larger ones as well as the shrinking of smaller ones co.bine to cause the co.traction of the bubble *** to the results of the case with a fixed gas injection velocity(V_(g)=58 m/s),the splashing volume and dead zone volume of the slag under the V_(g)=58+10sin(2πt)co.dition are reduced by 24.9%and 23.5%,respectively,where t represents the instant *** penetration depth and slag motion velocity of the latter are 1.03 and 1.31 times high-er than those of the former,respectively.

The non-isothermal leaching kinetics of primary titanium-rich material by microwave heating was investigated,and the temperature-pressure curves of leaching system and microwave absorption characteristics of mixture solutions before and after leaching were *** research of non-isothermal kinetics was evaluated by the leaching rate of Fe and the total apparent velocity equation of the non-isothermal kinetics of leaching for primary titanium-rich material by microwave heating was *** is shown from the temperature-pressure curves that the high temperature and high pressure of closed leaching system are favorable to the enhancement of the leaching rate of *** absorption characteristics of mixture solutions before and after leaching show that there are abrupt changes of microwave absorption characteristics for 15%HCl solution and the mixture solution after leaching by 20%HCl.

Preparation of sodium molybdate from molybdenum co.centrate by microwave roasting and alkali leaching

The preparation process of sodium molybdate has the disadvantages of high energy co.sumption,low thermal efficiency,and high raw material requirement of molybdenum trioxide,in order to realize the green and efficient development of molybdenum co.centrate resources,this paper proposes a new process for efficient reco.ery of molybdenum from molybdenum co.centrate and preparation of sodium molybdate by microwave-enhanced roasting and alkali *** analysis indicated the feasibility of oxidation roasting of molybdenum *** effects of roasting temperature,holding time,and power-to-mass ratio on the oxidation product and leaching product sodium molybdate (Na_(2)MoO_(4)·2H_(2)O) were *** the optimal process co.ditions:roasting temperature of 700℃,holding time of 110 min,and power-to-mass ratio of 110 W/g,the molybdenum state of existence was co.verted from MoS_(2) to Mo *** process of preparing sodium molybdate by alkali leaching of molybdenum calcine was investigated,the optimal leaching co.ditions include a solution co.centration of 2.5 mol/L,a liquid-to-solid ratio of 2 mL/g,a leaching temperature of 60℃,and leaching solution termination at pH *** optimum co.ditions result in a leaching rate of sodium molybdate of 96.24%.Meanwhile,the co.tent of sodium molybdate reaches 94.08wt%after leaching and removing *** and aluminum impurities can be effectively separated by adjusting the pH of the leaching solution with sodium carbonate *** research avoids the shortco.ings of the traditional process and utilizes the advantages of microwave metallurgy to prepare high-quality sodium molybdate,which provides a new idea for the highvalue utilization of molybdenum co.centrate.

A Multi-Granularity Density Peak Clustering Algorithm Based on Variational Mode Deco.position

Density peak clustering(DPC) can identify cluster centers quickly, without any prior knowledge. It is supposed that the cluster centers have a high density and large distance. However, some real datasets have a hierarchical structure, which will result in local cluster centers having a high density but a smaller distance. DPC is a flat clustering algorithm that searches for cluster centers globally, without co.sidering local differences. To address this issue, a Multi-granularity DPC(MG-DPC) algorithm based on Variational mode deco.position(VMD) is proposed. MG-DPC can find global cluster centers in the co.rse-grained space, as well as local cluster centers in the fine-grained *** addition, the density is difficult to calculate when the dataset has a high *** preserving embedding(NPE) algorithm can maintain the neighborhood relationship between samples while reducing the dimensionality. Moreover, DPC requires human experience in selecting cluster centers. This paper proposes a method for automatically selecting cluster centers based on Chebyshev’s inequality. MG-DPC is implemented on the dataset of load-data to realize load classification. The clustering performance is evaluated using five validity indices co.pared with four typical clustering methods. The experimental results demonstrate that MG-DPC outperforms other co.parison methods.
