婆婆纳属外来农田杂草生物入侵差异的关键生物学性状比较研究

婆婆纳属(Veronica)4种外来农田杂草——波斯婆婆纳(***)、婆婆纳(***)、直立婆婆纳(***)、睫毛婆婆纳(***)已在我国成功定植,但造成了不同的生态危害。目前,这4种外来农田杂草在不同光照条件下造成不同入侵程度的关键生物学性状尚不清楚。本研究对这4种外来物种的22个光合和繁殖性状进行了测定,同时对这些指标对其入侵水平的贡献强度进行了综合对比分析。野外调查结果表明,波斯婆婆纳的入侵水平最高,其次是婆婆纳、睫毛婆婆纳和直立婆婆纳。在这22个性状中,入侵水平的高低主要取决于它们的比叶重(光合相关参数)和不定根比例(无性繁殖性状)。而且,波斯婆婆纳能够适应较强的光照,同时也比婆婆纳属其它3个物种更耐荫。这4种外来农田杂草在不同光照条件下通过调整各器官生物量实现对光照的适应性分化,从而使得它们对作物具有不同的竞争力。由此可以推断,对光照条件的适应性和无性繁殖性状可使其成功入侵,并成为具有不同入侵程度的农田杂草。

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the application of high performance liquid chromatography to detect sodium salicylate in different milk powder and milk.[Methods]A high performance liquid chromatographic(HpLC)method was established for determining the sodium salicylate in milk and milk power,with Agilent ZOrBAX Eclips XDB C18 *** recovery and precision of the method were analyzed and discussed.[results]The experimental conditions were determined as mobile phase:methanol+0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution,flow rate:0.8 ml/min,detection wavelength:300 nm,and column temperature:30℃.The peak area had a good linear relationship with the standard solution in the range of 0.2-10.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient(r 2)was greater than *** standard was added into different matrices at four *** average recovery of sodium salicylate in milk powder was 90.5%-101.0%,with rSD less than 5.0%,and the average recovery of sodium salicylate in milk was 90.5%-101.4%,with rSD less than 5.0%.The limit of quantification was 1.25 mg/kg in cow milk and 5.00 mg/kg in milk powder.[Conclusions]The accuracy and precision of sodium salicylate detection in milk powder and milk samples of the experimental method met the *** method is simple,accurate,and reliable,and can meet the needs of actual detection.

A C16-modified attapulgite was prepared via cation exchange, and then utilized as a novel sorbent for solid-phase extraction(SpE) of vitamin A in blood serum of pregnant women. The C16-modified attapulgite was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Several factors for SpE, including methanol percentage in the sampling solvent and eluting solvent, pH in the eluting solvent, salt in the eluting solvent, sample loading volume and elution volume, were completely investigated. The adsorption capacity of vitamin A was up to 28 mg/g according to the Langmuir isotherm model. Under the optimal SpE conditions, a simple C16-modified attapulgite-based SpE method for the determination of vitamin A in blood serum samples has been proposed, the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.001 μg/mL, and the recoveries were in the range of 86.9-92.8% with relative standard deviations for the intraday and inter-day less than 8.7%. Owing to the high adsorption capacity of vitamin A, this C16-modified attapulgite served as SpE sorbent could provide a promising tool for the determination of trace vitamin A in blood serum samples with limited available volume.

Disease progression prediction and therapeutic drug target discovery for Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)are particularly important,as there is still no effective strategy for severe COVID-19 patient ***,we performed multi-platform omics analysis of serial plasma and urine samples collected from patients during the course of *** analyses of these omics data revealed several potential therapeutic targets,such as ANXA1 and *** changes in plasma indicated dysregulation of macrophage and suppression of T cell functions in severe patients compared to those in non-severe ***,we chose 25 important molecular signatures as potential biomarkers for the prediction of disease *** prediction power was validated using corresponding urine samples and plasma samples from new COVID-19 patient cohort,with AUC reached to 0.904 and 0.988,*** conclusion,our omics data proposed not only potential therapeutic targets,but also biomarkers for understanding the pathogenesis of severe COVID-19.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction (MTSD) in treating pediatric intractable nephropathy (pIN). Methods: Ninety-five patients with pIN were divided into 2 groups at random. The 60 patients in the treated group were treated with MTSD and the 35 patients in the control group were treated with heparin. The clinical therapeutic effect and levels of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostacyclin F1α (6-keto-pGF1α) before and after treatment were observed. results: The total effective rate in the treated group was 81.7%, which was similar to that in the control group (80.0%, p>0.05). The levels of TXB2 and TXB2/6-keto-pGF1α ratio were higher in both groups of the patients as compared with those of the healthy control (pr treatment, the two criteria were significantly improved in the two treated groups, as compared with those before treatment, the difference was significant (pparison between the MTSD treated group and the control group, no significant difference was found (p>0.05). Conclusion: MTSD has good effect in treating pIN, it could improve the metabolic unbalance of thromboxane and prostacyclin.

Surgical electrodes rely on thermal effect of high-frequency current and are a widely used medical tool for cutting and coagulating biological ***,tissue adhesion on the electrode surface and thermal injury to adjacent tissue are serious problems in surgery that can affect cutting performance.A bionic microstriped structure mimicking a banana leaf was constructed on the electrode via nanosecond laser surface texturing,followed by silanization treatment,to enhance *** effect of initial,simple grid-textured,and bionic electrodes with different wettabilities on tissue adhesion and thermal injury were investigated using horizontal and vertical cutting *** showed that the bionic electrode with high lyophobicity can effectively reduce tissue adhesion mass and thermal injury depth/area compared with the initial *** formation mechanism of adhered tissue was discussed in terms of morphological features,and the potential mechanism for antiadhesion and heat dissipation of the bionic electrode was ***,we evaluated the influence of groove depth on tissue adhesion and thermal injury and then verified the antiadhesion stability of the bionic *** study demonstrates a promising approach for improving the cutting performance of surgical electrodes.
