In order to clarify the effects of 17β-estradiol （E2） on natural killer （NK） cells and the possibly regulatory mechanisms, we obtained highly purified and viable NK cells from C57BL/6J mouse spleen by a magnetic cell sorter （MACS）. These cells were treated with E2 and then their cytotoxicity and proliferative capacity were examined. To further investigate the mechanisms on the effect of E2 on NK cells, expressions of activationassociated markers （CD69, CD122） and inhibitory receptors （CD94, Ly49）, and intracellular cytokine production were analyzed. At last, we performed the cDNA microarray to explore the possible involved genes. We found that E2 could suppress NK cell cytotoxicity and proliferative capacity in vitro. E2 reduced NK cell cytotoxicity and proliferative capacity, which may be through influencing the phenotypes and cytokine expression of NK cells, mainly involving CD94 and IFN-γ. Furthermore, regulation of Stat4, Fyn, Sh2d1a, Eat2, Cd244, Irf1, Runxl, Irf7, Irf5, Esrra and Nr5a1 genes may be related to the cytotoxicity, proliferation and cytokine production of E2-mediated purified NK ceils.

The walking control on level ground of a semi-passive biped robot is ***,the dynamic equation of the swing phase is derived using the Euler-Lagrange method,and the transition model at heelstrike collision is derived based on conservation of angular momentum and impulse-momentum *** a toe-off impulse is applied to the stance leg just before *** initial impulse value is obtained by solving the linearized equations during the swinging *** on the initial value,the repetitive control（RC） algorithm is used to make the value of the toe-off impulse more ***,computer simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the presented *** results show that the convergence rate of the RC algorithm is superior to that of the ILC algorithm,and the biped robot can walk stably on level ***,all the eigenvalues of the Jacobian matrix are located inside the unit circle,so the stability condition of the biped robot system is satisfied.

This paper proposes an adaptive augmentation control design approach of the gain-scheduled *** extension is motivated by the need for augmentation of the baseline gainscheduled *** proposed approach can be utilized to design flight control systems for advanced aerospace vehicles with a large parameter *** flight dynamics within the flight envelope is described by a switched nonlinear system,which is essentially a switched polytopic system with *** flight control system consists of a baseline gain-scheduled controller and a model reference adaptive augmentation controller,while the latter can recover the nominal performance of the gainscheduled controlled system under large *** the multiple Lyapunov functions method,it is proved that the switched nonlinear system is uniformly ultimately *** validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach,this approach is applied to a generic hypersonic vehicle,and the simulation results show that the system output tracks the command signal well even when large uncertainties exist.

Topological insulators have important potential for applications in the field of nano/micro-optoelectronic ***,the large dark current seriously hinders the improvement of device *** is an important means to control the physical properties of topological *** this work,we have designed and prepared Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)*** optoelectronic properties of the individual Bi_(1.3)In_(0.7)Se_(3)nanowire-based photodetector are systematically *** photodetector is very sensitive to broadband wavelength from solar-blind ultraviolet C(254 nm)to near-infrared(1,064 nm),showing superior optoelectrical properties with photoresponsivity of 241.3 A·W^(–1)and detectivity of 1.18×10^(12)Jones at 638 ***,the photodetector demonstrates ultrafast photoresponse characteristics with a photoresponse time of about 770 ns,which is 3 to 6 orders of magnitude lower than other compound semiconductors based on Bi or In reported so *** addition,it also exhibits good polarization sensitivity in a broadband range from ultraviolet C(266 nm)to near-infrared(1,064 nm)and obtained the maximum dichroic ratio is 1.73 at 1,064 *** results suggest that this platform creates new opportunities for the development of low-cost,high-sensitivity,high-speed,and broadband angle-sensitive photodetectors.

All-inorganic cesium lead iodide(CsPbI_(3))perovskites with superior thermal stability are attractive candidates for perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Fabricating such inorganic PSCs in the ambient atmosphere is desirable for practical production,however,the challenge remains in inhibiting the phase transition of CsPbI_(3) in ambient ***,we demonstrate a dual bulk and interface engineering using ionic liquid to stabilize CsPbI_(3) perovskite structure,thus enhancing the performance of ambient-processed inverted CsPbI_(3) *** dual bulk and interface engineering is found effective not only in suppressing the bulk and interfacial charge carrier recombination and enhancing charge carrier transport and extraction,but also in protecting CsPbI_(3) crystal structure by leaving hydrophobic alkyl chains coverage at the boundary and surface to prevent phase transition caused by moisture from ambient *** optimized device fully processed in the open air with relative humidity up to 55%exhibits remarkably enhanced efficiency and stability over the control device,with the efficiency increasing from 8.6%to 13.21%,and 92%efficiency maintaining after storage for 1680 h,which outperforms the control device with only 82%retaining after 648 h *** thus believe this work can provide an efficient alternative for the low-cost fabrication of ambient-processible PSCs.

MXene presents excellent electrical conductivity,abundant surface functional groups and wonderful filmforming performance,but the lamellar layers are prone to self-stacking during film formation,which will reduce the loss of electromagnetic waves,hinder ion transmission,and limit the effective load of other functional *** construction of the porous structure can effectively solve the self-stacking problem of MXene *** article reviews the research progress of MXene porous films for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding,lithium/sodium ion batteries,pseudocapacitors,and biomedical science *** focuses on the preparation methods of MXene porous films,and discusses the pore-forming mechanism of the porous structure formed by different preparation methods and the internal relationship between the“microstructure-macroscopic performance”of the MXene porous films,points out the key scientific and technical bottlenecks that need to be solved urgently in the preparation and application of the MXene porous *** is hoped to provide certain guidance for the design,preparation,optimization,industrial application,and development of MXene porous films.

Increasingly severe electromagnetic pollution is now in urgent need of materials with lightweight,excellent flame retardancy,and outstanding electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE).Renewable source-derived carbon foams and graphene have attracted extensive attention due to their 3D porous structure and remarkable electrical conductivity().In this work,annealed sugarcane(ASC)was prepared by removal of lignin from sugarcane via hydrothermal reaction,followed by annealing *** graphene oxide(GO)was filled by vacuum-assisted impregnation process and thermally annealed to obtain the ASC/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)hybrid *** the loading of rGO is 17 wt.%,the ASC/rGO hybrid foam(density,of 0.047 g/cm^3)exhibits the optimal of 6.0 S/cm,EMI SE of 53 dB,specific SE(SSE=SE/)/thickness(t)of 3830 dB·cm^2/g,and compressive strength of 1.33 MPa,which is 76%,36%,13%and 6%higher than those of ASC,***,ASC/rGO presents excellent flame retardancy,thermal stability,and heat insulation,which remains constant under burning on an alcohol lamp and presents low thermal conductivity of 115.19 mW(m·K),close to the requirement for heat *** effect of ASC and rGO not only significantly increase of ASC/rGO,but fully utilizes the capability of ASC and rGO to attenuate electromagnetic waves by virtue of unique porous structures and abundant *** kind of lightweight EMI materials with excellent mechanical property,shielding performance,flame retardancy,and heat insulation is expected to tackle the key scientific and technical bottleneck problems of EMI materials,and will greatly expand the application of carbon nanomaterials in the field of aerospace industry.

Flexible multifunctional polymer-based electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding composite films have important application values in the fields of 5G communication technology,wearable electronic devices and artificial *** this work,Fe_(3)O_(4)/polyamic acid(PAA)nanofiber films are prepared by in-situ polymerization and electrospinning technology,and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)nanosheets are deposited on the surface of the Fe_(3)O_(4)/PAA nanofiber films via vacuum-assisted ***,Janus Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-(Fe_(3)O_(4)/polyimide(PI))composite films are obtained by thermal *** two sides of the Janus films exhibit completely different *** Fe_(3)O_(4)/PI side has excellent hydrophobicity and insulation property,and the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)side has hydrophilicity and terrific *** the mass fraction of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)is 80 wt.%,the Janus Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-(Fe_(3)O_(4)/PI)composite film has excellent EMI shielding performances and mechanical properties,with EMI shielding effectiveness,tensile strength and Young’s modulus reaching 66 dB,114.5 MPa and 5.8 GPa,*** the same time,electromagnetic waves show different absorption shielding effectiveness(SEA)when incident from two sides of the Janus *** the electromagnetic waves are incident from the Fe_(3)O_(4)/PI side,the SEA of the Janus film is 58 dB,much higher than that when the electromagnetic waves are incident from the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)side(39 dB).In addition,the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)side of the Janus Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-(Fe_(3)O_(4)/PI)composite films also has excellent electrothermal and photothermal conversion *** the applied voltage is 4 V,the stable surface temperature reaches 108°C;when it is irradiated by simulated sunlight with power density of 200 mW/cm2,the stable surface temperature reaches 95℃.
