Porous silicon （PS） suitable for optical detection of immunoreaction is fabricated. The structure of immunosensor is prepared by the following steps： oxidization, silanization, glutaraldehyde cross-linker, and covalent binding of antibody. When antigen is added into the immunosensor, the Raman intensity is estimated to be linearly reduced according to the concentration of the surface protective antigen protein A （spaA） of below 4.0 μg ml-1. The ultimate detection limit is 1.412 × 102 pg ml-1. Controlled experiments are also presented with non-immune antigen of the spaA, and results show that the immunosensor has high specificity. Compared with the conventional enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay （ELISA）, this method is quick, inexpensive, and label-free.

In this work, the total ionizing dose（TID） effect on 130 nm partially depleted（PD） silicon-on-insulator（SOI） static random access memory（SRAM） cell stability is measured. The SRAM cell test structure allowing direct measurement of the static noise margin（SNM） is specifically designed and irradiated by gamma-ray. Both data sides＇ SNM of 130 nm PD SOI SRAM cell are decreased by TID, which is different from the conclusion obtained in old generation devices that one data side＇s SNM is decreased and the other data side＇s SNM is increased. Moreover, measurement of SNM under different supply voltages（Vdd） reveals that SNM is more sensitive to TID under lower Vdd. The impact of TID on SNM under data retention Vddshould be tested, because Vddof SRAM cell under data retention mode is lower than normal *** mechanism under the above results is analyzed by measurement of I–V characteristics of SRAM cell transistors.

Activity of bc1 complex kinase(ABC1K) is an atypical protein kinase(aPK) that plays a crucial role in plant mitochondrial and plastid stress responses, but little is known about the responses of ABC1Ks to stress in cotton(Gossypium spp.). Here, we identified 40 ABC1Ks in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.) and found that the Gh ABC1Ks were unevenly distributed across 17 chromosomes. The GhABC1K family members included 35 paralogous gene pairs and were expanded by segmental duplication. The GhABC1K promoter sequences contained diverse cis-acting regulatory elements relevant to hormone or stress responses. The qRT-PCR results revealed that most Gh ABC1Ks were upregulated by exposure to different stresses. Gh ABC1K2-A05 and Gh ABC1K12-A07 expression levels were upregulated by at least three stress treatments. These genes were further functionally characterized by virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS). Compared with the controls, the Gh ABC1K2-A05-and Gh ABC1K12-A07-silenced cotton lines exhibited higher malondialdehyde(MDA) contents, lower catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and reduced chlorophyll and soluble sugar contents under NaCl and PEG stress. In addition, the expression levels of six stress marker genes(Gh DREB2A, Gh SOS1, Gh CIPK6, Gh SOS2, Gh WRKY33, and Gh RD29A)were significantly downregulated after stress in the Gh ABC1K2-A05-and Gh ABC1K12-A07-silenced lines. The results indicate that knockdown of Gh ABC1K2-A05 and Gh ABC1K12-A07 make cotton more sensitive to salt and PEG *** findings can provide valuable information for intensive studies of Gh ABC1Ks in the responses and resistance of cotton to abiotic stresses.

The total ionizing radiation（TID） response of commercial NPN silicon germanium hetero-junction bipolar transistors（Si Ge HBTs） produced domestically are investigated under dose rates of 800 m Gy（Si）/s and 1.3 m Gy（Si）/s with a Co-60 gamma irradiation source. The changes of transistor parameters such as Gummel characteristics, and excess base current before and after irradiation, are examined. The results of the experiments show that for the KT1151, the radiation damage is slightly different under the different dose rates after prolonged annealing, and shows a time dependent effect（TDE）. For the KT9041, however, the degradations of low dose rate irradiation is higher than for the high dose rate, demonstrating that there is a potential enhanced low dose rate sensitivity（ELDRS） effect for the KT9041. The possible underlying physical mechanisms of the different dose rates responses induced by the gamma rays are discussed.

Three-dimensional hierarchical structure coral-like BaTiO3 nanoparticles have been self-assembled by a facile one step hydrothermal method. Cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),Ba(OH)2·8H2O and tetrabutyl titanate have been used as precursors. The prepared Ba TiO3 exhibits cubic perovskite phase at room temperature,and the coral-like architecture is a micro-nano hiberarchy consisted of dendrimer-like structure and trunk-like structure. By adjusting the hydrothermal duration and the precursor substances,a surfactant induced mechanism is proposed to understand the self-assembly process. UV-vis measurement demonstrates that the as-prepared Ba TiO3 nanoparticles exhibit dozens of times overwhelming absorptive character compared to the ordinary nanospheres at ultraviolet band,which is benefited from the coral-like porous framework. Moreover,halogen anions( F,Cl,Br,and I) have been chosen to adjust the coral-like Ba TiO3 physical properties. Results show the halogen doping produces distinct modulation effect on the grain size,UV-vis absorbance and photoluminescence properties of the materials. The coral-like BaTiO3 nanoparticle and its halogen modified ramifications offer significant opportunities to develop nano-laser devices,photon detectors,photocatalyst based on BaTiO3 perovskite materials.

Extreme drought events have increased,causing serious losses and damage to the social economy under current warming ***,short-term meteorological data limit our understanding and projection of these *** the accumulation of proxy data,especially tree-ring data,large-scale precipitation field reconstruction has provided opportunities to explore underlying mechanisms *** point-by-point regression,we reconstructed the April–September precipitation field in China for the past～530 years on the basis of 590 proxy records,including 470 tree-ring width chronologies and 120 drought/flood *** regression models explained average 50%of the variance in *** the statistical test on calibration and verification,our models passed the significance level that assured reconstruction *** reconstruction data performed well,showing consistency and better quality than previously reported *** first three leading modes of variability in the reconstruction revealed the main distribution modes of precipitation over ***/drought and extremely wet/drought years accounted for 12.81%/10.92%(68 years/58 years) and 1.69%/3.20%(9 years/17 years) of the past～530 years in China,*** extreme drought events can be identified explicitly in our *** detailed features of the Chongzhen Great Drought (1637–1643),the Wanli Great Drought (1585–1590),and the Ding-Wu Great Famine (1874–1879),indicated the existence of potentially different underlying mechanisms that need further *** further improvements can be made for remote uninhabited areas and large deserts,our gridded reconstruction of April–September precipitation in China over the past～530 years can provide a solid database for studies on the attribution of climate change and the mechanism of extreme drought events.

Video-text retrieval is a challenging task for multimodal information processing due to the semantic gap between different ***,most existing methods do not fully mine the intra-modal interactions,as with the temporal correlation of video frames,which results in poor matching ***,the imbalanced semantic information between videos and texts also leads to difficulty in the alignment of the two *** this end,we propose a dual inter-modal interaction network for video-text retrieval,i.e.,*** learn the intra-modal interaction of video frames,we design a contextual-related video encoder to obtain more fine-grained content-oriented video *** also propose a dual inter-modal interaction module to accomplish accurate multilingual alignment between the video and text modalities by introducing multilingual text to improve the representation ability of text semantic *** experimental results on commonly-used video-text retrieval datasets,including MSR-VTT,MSVD and VATEX,show that the proposed method achieves significantly improved performance compared with state-of-the-art methods.

Pattem imprinting in deep sub-micron static random access memories （SRAMs） during total dose irradiation is inves- tigated in detail. As the dose accumulates, the data pattern of memory cells loading during irradiation is gradually imprinted on their background data pattern. We build a relationship between the memory cell＇s static noise margin （SNM） and the background data, and study the influence of irradiation on the probability density function of ASNM, which is the difference between two data sides＇ SNMs, to discuss the reason for pattern imprinting. Finally, we demonstrate that, for micron and deep sub-micron devices, the mechanism of pattern imprinting is the bias-dependent threshold shift of the transistor, but for a deep sub-micron device the shift results from charge trapping in the shallow trench isolation （STI） oxide rather than from the gate oxide of the micron-device.
