Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a typical case of neurodegenerative disorder, which often impairs the sufferer’s motor skills, speech, and other functions. Combination of protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis and gene expression studies provides a better insight of Parkinson’s disease. A computational approach was developed in our work to identify protein signal network in PD study. First, a linear regression model is setup and then a network-constrain regularization analysis was applied to microarray data from transgenic mouse model with Parkinson’s disease. Then protein network was detected based on an integer linear programming model by integrating microarray data and PPI database.

The radionuclide ^（210） Pb is suitable for century-scale dating and has been used to calculate the sedimentation rate in a variety of environments. However, two common ways to apply 210 Pb dating techniques may give misleading results. One is ＂prolonging of age＂, i.e., using the calculated sedimentation rate to date back to 200 or 300 *** practice must be treated with caution because the 210 Pb dating techniques do not guarantee direct dating for ages much older than 100 years. Another is ＂loss of age＂, i.e., the calculated time span between the topmost layer and the 210 Pb background layer in cores is less than 100 years when an apparent sedimentation rate is used in the calculation. Here, we propose that based on the principle of 210 Pb dating, the upper limit of age suitable for direct210 Pb dating is between 110 and 155 years. The ＂prolonging＂ application is acceptable only if the sedimentary environment in the past several hundred years was stable and the sedimentation rate was generally constant, and verification with independent evidence（such as historical records or biomarker methodology） is ***, after analyzing many published and collected data, we found four possible reasons for the ＂loss of age＂. First, the compaction effect of sediment should be corrected in laboratory analysis or else the calculated age will be underestimated. Second, the accuracy and uncertainty of 210 Pb activity measurement affect the judgment of the background. To be cautious, researchers are apt to choose a background activity with a younger age. Third,use of a slightly smaller value of supported 210 Pb activity in a calculation will lead to considerable underestimation of the time span. Finally, later-stage erosion and migration are common for sedimentation, which lead to loss of sedimentary records and are often reflected as a ＂loss of age＂ in cores. This paper presents a novel algorithm that is able to satisfy the demands of multi-sensor fusion. It uses a probabilistic model based on factor graph, which provides a better understanding of navigation solution on non-linear optimization. This architecture which achieves plug-and-play can receive multi-rate, asynchronous measurements. The incoming measurements from various sensors are added to the factor graph as nodes and form an entire graph structure. We design a total-state estimator including velocity and poses of the vehicle. To reduce the angular error because of gyroscope drift, a novel quaternion-based on attitude estimator with magnetic, angular rate and gravity（MARG） sensor arrays are used to ensure the accuracy of attitude heading reference system（AHRS）. The attitude estimator provides a better reference value for the inertial navigation system in time. The simulation results show that the approach not only provides a solution of high accuracy and reliability, but also meets the need of various condition using the multi-sensor fusion.

Objective:To explore effect of different anesthesia methods and different anesthetics on erythrocyte immune function in ***:The mice were anesthetized by isoflurane and ether inhalation,and also under intraperitoneal anesthesia with sodium pentobarbital and chloral hydrate,Blood was collected from the ventro-cardinal *** blood cell analyzer was used for routine blood examination,and the canthine oxidase method was used to measure the superoxide dismutase(SOD)*** peroxidation product malondialdehyde(MDA)was measured with TBA,and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)was measured with DTNB,and then the effect of different anesthesia methods and different anesthetics on erythrocyte immune function in mice was ***:Hct level of chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection group was significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).And the MDA levels in the pentobarbital sodium group were significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).SOD and GSH-Px of the chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection group were significantly lower than the other two groups;RBC-C 3bRR and RBC-ICR of the chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection group were significantly lower than the other two ***:Different drugs can induce changes in immune function of mice at different *** and ether have less damage to animal body,while chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection have a certain inhibitory effect on the animal body respiratory system and can cause greater damage to the ***,the reasonable selection and control of anesthetics are very important in order to avoid the experimental errors caused by anesthesia.

Background: Systemic sclerosis(SSc) is an autoimmune disease characterized by multiple-organ involvement among which Scleroderma-associated interstitial lung disease(SSc-ILD) occurs up to 70-90%.Studies have shown that serum KL-6 may be a serological indicator of ***: To explore the association of KL-6 in SSc-ILD, the related literatures were searched in Pubmed and *** relationship between KL-6 expression and SSc-ILD was analyzed by using the standard mean difference of 95% confidence interval(CI) by random effects ***: A total of nine studies, 429 cases and 198 controls were included in the *** analysis shows that KL-6 was elevated in patients with systemic sclerosis and was significantly associated with interstitial lung disease as following: KL-6 for total SSc and HC(MD = 1.17, 95% CI [0.75, 1.58], P = 0.01), KL-6 for SSc-ILD and HC(MD = 2.03, 95% CI [1.33, 2.73], P = 0.01), KL-6 for SSc without ILD and HC(MD = 0.79, 95% CI [0.48, 1.10], P = 0.01), KL-6 for SSc-ILD and SSc without ILD( MD = 1.94, 95% CI [1.08, 2.79], P = 0.01).Conclusion: KL-6 has significantly elevated levels of expression in total SSc, especially in SSc-ILD.A cut-off of KL-6 can be set up for distinguish patients with ILD and those without ILD.
