Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury（HIRI） is characterized by mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress. Monitoring mitochondrial hydrogen peroxide（mtH2O2） levels in real-time through super-resolution imaging is crucial for elucidating its distribution in live cells and its mechanism of action during HIRI. However, low-background fluorogenic probes have been overlooked in the context of super-resolution imaging. In this study, we developed a low-background fluorogenic probe（MitoWG） with the potential for super-resolution morphology-correlated mitochondrial identification to track the fluctuates of mtH2O2in HIRI. Activation of the desirable fluorescence properties of the probe by mtH2O2was confirmed using structural illumination microscopy（SIM）, enabling high-quality mitochondrial imaging with exceptional specificity and *** in mtH2O2levels were successfully observed in both cellular and rat models of HIRI. Furthermore, we associated the decline in mitochondrial redox homeostasis with accelerated mtH2O2production during HIRI, which triggered mitophagy deficiency and led to cell death. In conclusion, Mito-WG possesses excellent photophysical and low-background properties for SIM imaging, making it a promising tool for mtH2O2tracking in HIRI research and clinical diagnosis.

Cu-Mn co-doped CeO_(2) photocatalyst was successfully synthesized by the sol-gel method to assess its capability in degrading *** and TEM results showed that Cu and Mn were successfully co-doped into CeO_(2) without forming heterostructure,XPS and photoelectrochemical results revealed that Mn ions doping amplified the generation of photo-induced charge carriers,while Cu ions doping significantly facilitated the interfacial charge transfer ***,the optimized Cu3Mn2CeO_(2) nanoparticles exhibited the highest TC removal efficiency,achieved a rate of 78.18%and maintained a stable cycling performance.

The organotypic retinal explant culture has been established for more than a decade and offers a range of unique advantages compared with in vivo experiments and cell ***,the lack of systematic and continuous comparison between in vivo retinal development and the organotypic retinal explant culture makes this model controversial in postnatal retinal development ***,we aimed to verify the feasibility of using this model for postnatal retinal development studies by comparing it with the in vivo *** this study,we showed that postnatal retinal explants undergo normal development,and exhibit a consistent structure and timeline with retinas in ***,we used SOX2 and PAX6 immunostaining to identify retinal progenitor *** then examined cell proliferation and migration by immunostaining with Ki-67 and doublecortin,***-67-and doublecortin-positive cells decreased in both in vivo and explants during postnatal retinogenesis,and exhibited a high degree of similarity in abundance and distribution between ***,we used Ceh-10 homeodomain-containing homolog,glutamate-ammonia ligase(glutamine synthetase),neuronal nuclei,and ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1 immunostaining to examine the emergence of bipolar cells,Müller glia,mature neurons,and microglia,*** timing and spatial patterns of the emergence of these cell types were remarkably consistent between in vivo and explant *** study showed that the organotypic retinal explant culture model had a high degree of consistency with the progression of in vivo early postnatal retina *** findings confirm the accuracy and credibility of this model and support its use for long-term,systematic,and continuous observation.

The crustal movements of the Chinese mainland include an average regional movement trend of the mainland and complex local deformations. Thus, both trends in the crustal movement of the mainland and local distortions should be simultaneously taken into consideration in crustal movement estimations. A combined collocation model based on Euler vector (taken as trend parameters) and local distortions (taken as signals) is proposed in this paper. We assume that prior covariance matrices between signals and observations should be consistent with their uncertainties. Otherwise, the station movement estimates provided by the collocation will be distorted. Thus, an adaptive collocation estimator based on simplified Helmert variance components is applied. This means that the contributions of signals and observations to estimates of crustal movements are balanced and reasonable, and consistent covariance matrices of the signals and observations are achieved through the adjustment of the adaptive factor. The calculation of actual horizontal movements of the Chinese crust shows that the estimates of horizontal crustal movement velocities are made more accurate by the adaptive collocation model.

The key problems in applying the adaptively robust filtering to navigation are to establish an equivalent weight matrix for the measurements and a suitable adaptive factor for balancing the contributions of the measurements and the predicted state information to the state parameter estimates. In this paper, an adaptively robust filtering with classified adaptive factors was proposed, based on the principles of the adaptively robust filtering and bi-factor robust estimation for correlated observations. According to the constant velocity model of Kalman filtering, the state parameter vector was divided into two groups, namely position and velocity. The estimator of the adaptively robust filtering with classified adaptive factors was derived, and the calculation expressions of the classified adaptive factors were presented. Test results show that the adaptively robust filtering with classified adaptive factors is not only robust in controlling the measurement outliers and the kinematic state disturbing but also reasonable in balancing the contributions of the predicted position and velocity, respectively, and its filtering accuracy is superior to the adaptively robust filter with single adaptive factor based on the discrepancy of the predicted position or the predicted velocity.

The German CHAlleging Minisatellite Payload (CHAMP) was launched in July 2000. It is the first satellite that provides us with position and accelerometer measurements, with which the gravity field model can be determined. One of the most popular methods for geopotential recovery using the position and accelerometer measurements of CHAMP is the energy conservation method. The main aim of this paper is to determine the scale and bias parameters of CHAMP accelerometer data using the energy conservation method. The basic principle and mathematical model using the crossover points of CHAMP orbit to calibrate the accelerometer data are given based on the energy balance method. The rigorous integral formula as well as its discrete form of the observational equation is presented. This method can be used to estimate only one of the scale and bias parameters or both of them. In order to control the influence of outliers, the robust estimator for the calibration parameters is given. The results of the numerical computations and comparisons using the CHAMP accelerometer data show the validity of the method.

The technique of Evaluating CHAMP satellite orbit with SLR measurements is presented. As an independent evaluation of the orbit solution, SLR data observed from January 1 to 16, 2002 are processed to compute the residuals after fixing the GFZ’s post science orbits solutions. The SLR residuals are computed as the differences of the SLR measurements minus the corresponding distances between the SLR station and the GPS-derived orbit positions. On the basis of the SLR residuals analysis, it is found that the accuracy of GFZ’s post science orbits is better than 10 cm and that there is no systematic error in GFZ’s post science orbits.

A key problem for an adaptive filter is to establish a suitable adaptive factor for balancing the contributions of the measurements and the predicted state information from some kinematic models. The reasonable adaptive factor needs a reliable learning statistics to judge the state kinematic model errors. After analyzing the existing two kinds of learning statistics based on the state discrepancy and variance component ratio, a new learning statistic based on predicted residuals is set up, which is different from the exiting learning statistics. The new learning statistic does not need to estimate the kinemetic state parameters before the filtering process, Of course, it does not need necessary measurements to estimate state parameters for all observation epochs. The new learning statistic can be applied together with the learning factor constructed by the state discrepancy. The advantages and shortcomings of the new learning factor are analyzed, and an example is given.

An integrated navlgation based on the kinematic or dynamic state model and the raw measurements has the advantages of high redundancy, high reliability, as well as high ability of fault tolerance and simplicity in calculation. In order to control the influences of measurements outliers and the kinematic model errors on the integrated navigation results, a robust estimation method and an adaptive data fusion method are applied. An integrated navigation example using simulated data is performed and analyzed.
