Tropane alkaloids(TAs)are a kind of plant secondary metabolite that mainly originate from *** have potent anticholinergic activity,and are well-known anticholinergic drugs,but have also been reported as plant *** studies have been conducted on TAs,but no scientometric research has been *** study aimed to expound the knowledge network and development of the feld of TAs and predict the emerging development topics based on *** particular,this research combined VOSviewer and CiteSpace for visualization and covered 1,298 related scientifc publications(1953–2022).The research on TAs is rapidly developing,with the participation of 86 countries,1,129 research institutions,and 4,087 ***,the University of Geneva,and *** are the most productive country,institution,and researcher,***,the main research topics on TAs include biosynthesis,in vitro synthesis,chemical synthesis,and determination *** 2018,the monitoring of TAs in food related to human health has shown citation burst characteristics,which is considered an emerging development trend in the *** fndings of this study will enable researchers to quickly tap into the knowledge background/structure of TAs from massive data to provide a reference for further research.

Moringa oleifera is well known as a highly nutritious plant and a water purifier in fish *** fish has many impressive qualities making them very suitable for ***,this study aimed to evaluate the effect of supplementation of Moringa oleifera aqueous extract(MOAE)at varying concentrations(0,100,200,and 400 mg/kg diet for 90 days)on growth performance,hematological,and some biochemical parameters of Nile ***,histological changes and immunohistochemical expression of caspase 3 in gills and livers were *** enhancements(P<0.05)in the final weight,weight gain,specific growth rate,red blood cells,hemoglobin,packed cell volume,white blood cells,and total serum protein were observed in fish fed 200 mg MOAE/kg diet compared with other ***,a significant reduction(P<0.05)of liver and kidney function tests and non-significant changes in lipid profile were *** the other hand,fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg diet revealed disturbance in the corresponding *** histological degenerative changes were detected in the gills and liver of fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg *** comparison,fish fed 200 mg MOAE/kg diet showed the best histo-architectures of these organs compared with other *** immune expressions of caspase 3 were determined where gills and liver of fish fed 400 mg MOAE/kg diet revealed extensive number of positive caspase 3 cells indicating severe apoptotic ***,a dietary MOAE at 200 mg/kg diet is recommended to improve the growth performance,hematological parameters,liver and kidney functions in Nile ***,caution must be considered when using MOAE at a concentration over 200 mg/kg diet.

This research investigated the effect of various mixtures of maize silage and ryegrass fodder on nutrient digestibility,production performance,and methane(CH4)emission of fattening ***-four fattening calves((228±10)kg body weight(BW),(280±5)d of age)were allocated to 8 diets for 84 d,according to a randomized complete block design,and the blocks were balanced for BW,age,and *** diets consisted of 4 levels of maize silages,i.e.,40%(MS40),50%(MS50),60%(MS60),and 70%(MS70)in the maize silage and ryegrass fodder mixture on a dry matter(DM)basis,and each of the mixture was supplemented with either low(LC,1.0%BW)or high(HC,1.5%BW)levels of fattening *** results revealed greater(panimal production performance and reduces CH4 production and concentrate requirements of fattening calves.

Pectin Oligosaccharides Glycosylation Modification Reduced the Sensitization of Shrimp Tropomyosin by Regulating Cytokines Expression and Th1/Th2 Immune Balance

Tropomyosin (TM) is the predominant allergenic protein in shrimp， which has induced IgE-mediated food allergy reactions. In this study， Lit v 1 was purified from Penaeus vannamei muscles， which were glycosylated by pectic oligosaccharides. The results showed that Di-Galacturonic acid (DGA) and galacturonic acid (GA) induced the unfolding of the primary protein structure of TM， and changed alpha-helical structure， and IgE binding capacity. In addition， compared with TM-sensitized BALB/c mice， galacturonic acid-modified TM (GA-TM) and Di-Galacturonic acid-modified TM (DGA-TM) were insufficient to stimulate sensitization， and significantly reduced the hypersecretion of IgE， IgG1， HIS， and IL-4， up-regulated IgG2a and IFN-γ levels to improve imbalanced Th1/Th2， Treg/Th17 immunity， and promoted mRNA expression of tight junction proteins. Together， this study confirmed that glycosylation modification alleviated sensitization by altering TM structure， reducing IgE binding allergic inflammatory response， and regulating cytokine immune balance. Overall， these results indicated that glycosylation modification was a promising method for decreasing the allergenic reactivity of allergic proteins.

As a potential vectored vaccine,Newcastle disease virus(NDV)has been subject to various studies for vaccine development,while relatively little research has outlined the immunomodulatory effect of the virus in antigen *** elucidate the key inhibitory factor in regulating the interaction of infected dendritic cells(DCs)and T cells,DCs were pretreated with the NDV vaccine strain LaSota as an inhibitor and stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)for further detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),flow cytometry,immunoblotting,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The results revealed that NDV infection resulted in the inhibition of interleukin(IL)-12p40 in DCs through a p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)-dependent manner,thus inhibiting the synthesis of IL-12p70,leading to the reduction in T cell proliferation and the secretion of interferon-(IFN-),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and IL-6 induced by ***,downregulated cytokines accelerated the infection and viral transmission from DCs to T ***,several other strains of NDV also exhibited inhibitory *** current study reveals that NDV can modulate the intensity of the innate-adaptive immune cell crosstalk critically toward viral invasion improvement,highlighting a novel mechanism of virus-induced immunosuppression and providing new perspectives on the improvement of NDV-vectored vaccine.

Background A deterioration in the meat quality of broilers has attracted much more attention in recent years.L-malic acid(MA)is evidenced to decrease meat drip loss in broilers,but the underlying molecular mechanisms are still ***’s also not sure whether the outputs obtained under experimental conditions can be obtained in a com-mercial ***,we investigated the effects and mechanisms of dietary MA supplementation on chicken meat drip loss at large-scale *** Results showed that the growth performance and drip loss were improved by MA *** metabolome revealed that L-2-aminoadipic acid,β-aminoisobutyric acid,eicosapentaenoic acid,and nicotinamide,as well as amino acid metabolism pathways connected to the improvements of meat quality by MA *** transcriptome analysis further indicated that the effect of MA on drip loss was also related to the proper immune response,evidenced by the enhanced B cell receptor signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,and IL-17 signaling *** We provided evidence that MA decreased chicken meat drip loss under commercial *** and transcriptome revealed a comprehensive understanding of the underlying ***,MA could be used as a promising dietary supplement for enhancing the water-holding capacity of chicken meat.

Mulberry leaf supplementation inhibits skatole deposition by regulating gut microbiota and upregulating liver cytochrome P4501A1 expression in finishing pigs

Skatole,a strong fecal odor substance,is generated through microbial degradation of tryptophan in the animal *** easily accumulates in adipose tissue and affects meat *** this study,the effect of mulberry leaf supplementation on skatole in finishing pigs was *** a 35-day trial,20 finishing pigs(barrows and gilts)were fed with a basal diet or basal diet with 6%mulberry *** performance of the pigs(n=10)was automatically recorded by a performance-testing feeder system and 8 pigs in each treatment were slaughtered and sampled for the remaining *** and short-chain fatty acids were detected using HPLC and gas chromatography,*** microbiota were analyzed using 16S r RNA gene *** metabolomics analysis of feces and serum was performed with UHPLC-MS/*** major cytochrome P450(CYP)enzymes that catalyze skatole degradation in the liver were tested by using RT-PCR and Western *** of major bioactive compounds in mulberry leaves on the CYP genes were verified in the hepatic cell line Hep G2 in an in vitro test(n=3).In finishing pigs,mulberry leaf supplementation had no significant effect on the average daily gain,average daily feed intake,and feed conversion ratio(P>0.05),but reduced skatole levels in feces,serum,and backfat(P<0.05),and increased acetic acid levels in feces(P=0.027).Mulberry leaf supplementation decreased the relative abundance of the skatole-producing bacteria Megasphaera and Olsenella(P<0.05).Indole-3acetic acid,the intermediate that is essential for skatole production,was significantly reduced in feces by mulberry leaf supplementation(P<0.05)and was positively correlated with skatole content in feces(P=0.004).In pigs treated with mulberry leaves,liver CYP1A1 expression was increased(P<0.05)and was negatively correlated with skatole content in backfat(P=0.045).The in vitro test demonstrated that mulberry leaf polyphenols and polysaccharides could directly stimulate CYP1A1 expression in

The reproductive performance of female chickens is critical for determining the efficiency of production and productivity and thus *** have shown that the reproductive performance of female chickens is mainly regulated by the feed,hormones,genes,and light ***,we review the major factors regulating female chicken reproductive performance and assess the reproductive organs and their *** the current review,we highlight how the interconnections of hormones,candidate genes,and photo-stimulation regulate female chicken reproductive hormones and thus regulate the reproductive organ *** this regard,the roles of main hormones[gonadotropinreleasing hormone(GnRH)and genes(GnRH-Ⅰ)]in regulating sexual maturation and ovarian development and maintenance by influencing the survival and function of follicular granulosa cells were also *** addition,the current review also highlights how feeding female chickens with diets and artificial light-emitting diodes(LEDs)support the effective functioning of their reproductive capacity through the stimulation of sexual maturity at an appropriate age and regeneration of aged reproductive organs.
