We modeled a one-dimensional actuator including the Casimir and electrostatic forces perturbed by an external force with fractional damping. The movable electrode was assumed to oscillate by an anharmonic elastic force originated from Murrell- Mottram or Lippincott potential. The nonlinear equations have been solved via the Adomian decomposition method. The behavior of the displacement of the electrode from equilibrium position, its velocity and acceleration were described versus time. Also, the changes of the displacement have been investigated according to the frequency of the external force and the voltage of the electrostatic force. The convergence of the Adomian method and the effect of the orders of expansion on the displacement versus time, frequency, and voltage were discussed. The pull-in parameter was obtained and compared with the other models in the literature. This parameter was described versus the equilibrium position and anharmonicity constant.

Green iron nanoparticles(Fe NPs)can be a practical solution to combat iron(Fe)deficiency in calcareous agricultural *** main aim of the present work was to assess the effects of green Fe NPs on Fe availability in calcareous *** this purpose,green Fe NPs were synthesized using green tea(G-Fe NPs),Shirazi thyme(T-Fe NPs),walnut green hull(W-Fe NPs),and pistachio green hull(P-Fe NPs)extracts and applied as a source of Fe fertilizer to sorghum(Sorghum bicolor ***)*** of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and dynamic light scattering(DLS)indicated that the green Fe NPs were amorphous in nature and the polyphenols obtained from plant-part extracts acted as both capping and reducing *** to the behavior of Fe-ethylenediamine-N,N-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)acetic acid(Fe-EDDHA)in calcareous soils,G-Fe NPs,T-Fe NPs,W-Fe NPs,and P-Fe NPs increased Fe release compared with the control and FeSO_(4) *** Fe release data fitted well to the power function,intra-particle diffusion,and Elovich kinetic *** to the pot experiment,the increment in soil Fe availability upon Fe-EDDHA and Fe NPs application led to an increase in Fe uptake,growth,and photosynthetic pigment contents of the sorghum *** further research is needed to evaluate the residual effect and environmental impact of green Fe NPs,they may be an appropriate substitute for traditional Fe fertilizers in calcareous soils.

In this article the notion of repeller for multifunctions from the viewpoints of semi-bornologicul spaces is considered. The concept of lower semi-continuous multifunctions is extended by the use of semi-bornological spaces. Semi-bornological vector spaces are studied. The notion of conjugacy for semi-bornological multifunctions is considered. The persistence of repeller under conjugate relation is proved.

Nanoparticles(NPs)can promote the column flotation process in mining ***'effects on column flotation process(copper recovery,grade and flotation rate constant)are assessed in Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex,Iran,through response surface methodology(RSM)optimization *** c-Al2O3,a-Fe2O3,SiO2,and TiO2 nanoparticles are selected for these experiments.A flotation rate constant is chosen as a response to assess the effect of nanoparticles on flotation in its kinetic *** process p H and nanoparticle dosage are selected as the influential *** obtained from RSM indicated that the maximum percentage of Cu recovery and grade is obtained at p H of 12 and nanoparticle dosage of 6 kg/t,through a-Fe2O3 and c-Al2O3 nanoparticles,*** nanoparticles in particular c-Al2O3 and a-Fe2O3 increases the Cu recovery by 8–10%together with the grade by 3–6%in a significant *** is revealed that nanoparticles could effectively be applied in enhancing the flotation performance.

Performance-based seismic design(PBSD) aims to assess structures at different damage states. Since damage can be directly associated to displacements, seismic design with consideration of displacement seems to be logical. In this study, simple formulae to estimate the peak floor displacement patterns of eccentrically braced frames(EBFs) at different performance levels subjected to earthquake ground motions are proposed. These formulae are applicable in a PBSD and especially in direct displacement-based design(DDBD). Parametric study is conducted on a group of 30 EBFs under a set of 15 far field and near field accelerograms which they scaled to different amplitudes to adapt various performance levels. The results of thousands of nonlinear dynamic analyses of EBFs have been post-processed by nonlinear regression analysis in order to recognize the major parameters that influence the peak displacement pattern of these frames. Results show that suggested displacement patterns have relatively good agreement with those acquired by an exact nonlinear dynamic analysis.

Lime concrete and lime treatment are two attractive techniques for geotechnical ***,researches have rarely been carried out to study the effects of moisture and capillary action due to increasing groundwater level on geotechnical properties of lime *** aim of this study is to investigate the effects of curing time and degree of saturation on some of geotechnical properties of lime concrete such as unconfined compressive strength(UCS),secant modulus(ES),failure strain,brittleness index(IB),and deformability index(ID) using unconfined compression *** of all,geotechnical and chemical properties of used materials were *** curing times of 14 d,28 d,45 d,and 60 d in laboratory condition,the specimens were exposed to saturation levels ranging from 0 to 100%.The results showed that the moisture and curing time have significant effects on the properties of lime *** on the results of scanning electron micrograph(SEM) test,it was observed that the specimen was characterized by a rather well-structured matrix since both the filling of a large proportion of the coarse-grained soil voids by clay and the pozzolanic activity of lime led to retaining less pore water in the specimen,increasing the UCS and ES,and consequently resisting against swelling and shrinkage of the clay ***,due to the pozzolanic reactions and reduction of water,by increasing the curing time and decreasing the degrees of saturation,UCS,ES,and IBincreased,and *** on the experimental results,a phenomenological model was used to develop equations for predicting the properties in relation to the ratio of degree of saturation/curing *** results showed that there was a good correlation(almost R2> 90%) between the measured parameters and the estimated ones given by the predicted equations.

immunomodulary drug Setarud, which is composed of herbal extracts including Rosa canina, Urtica dioica and Tanacetum vulgare, supplemented with selenium exhibits anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Therefore, we hypothesized that Setarud will have a neuroprotective effect against ischemic cerebral injury. To validate this hypothesis, rats were intraperitoneally administered with 0.66 mL/kg Setarud for 30 minutes after middle cerebral artery occlusion. Triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining showed that Setarud could reduce cerebral infarct volume of rats subjected to cerebral ischemia. Transmission electron microscopy and hematoxylin-eosin staining results showed that Setarud could alleviate the degenerative changes in cortical neurons of rats with cerebral ischemia. The inclined plate test and prehensile test showed that Setarud could significantly improve the motor function of rats with cerebral ischemia. These findings suggest that Setarud shows neuroprotective effects against ischemic brain injury.

Microstructures have profound effects on the hardness and strength of Cu-Cr alloys. The microstructures of a Cu-Cr alloy cast in a water-cooled copper mold were studied in the present work. The scanning electron microscopy （SEM） results show that there are the copper matrix saturated with chromium, spherical precipitates of chromium separated from liquid phase during cooling before the initiation of so- lidification, and a eutectic phase in grain boundary areas. To investigate the effect of age-hardening treatment on the microstructures and properties of the material, some samples were subsequently age-hardened in a salt bath and investigated by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The results show that coherent precipitates with the diameter of 11 nm are detectable in the samples before and after the age-hardening stage. Of course, the volume fraction of coherent precipitates is higher after the aging process.

Stem cells were isolated from human dental pulp using an optimized method, in which pulp pieces were digested by enzymes and immobilized to enhance cell outgrowth. Stem cell marker expression was detected by reverse transcription-PCR （RT-PCR）, and differentiation markers were detected by real-time quantitative RT-PCR and immunocytochemistry. Results showed that dental pulp stem cells actively expressed nanog, oct4, nucleostemin slain-l, jmjdla, jmjd2c, and cyclin DI. When stem cells were induced to differentiate into neurons, nucleostemin, nanog, and cyclin D1 expression significantly decreased, whereas expression of neuronal markers, such as microtubule associated protein-2 and neurofilament-heavy, significantly increased. These results suggested that stem cells exited a pluripotent state and entered a neuronal differentiation pathway. In addition, results demonstrated that human dental pulp serves as a reservoir of stem cells that express defined stem cell markers; these cells were easily isolated and were induced to differentiate towards a desired cell lineage.

Today,planning procedures which are used in different fields of decision making such as determination of optimum planting patterns are considered as important management *** importance of optimum planting patterns is highlighted when we learn that agricultural measures may have environmental side *** economical analyses only focus on increasing economic gains of the farmers without regard to its environmental ***,one can argue that efficient managers should consider multiple purposes that cover both economic and environmental goals at the same *** study attempted to identify an optimum mixed model of organic and non-organic production systems using a combination of AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)approach andWeighted Goal Programming to consider environmental and economic indicators *** procedure was employed in the current design to determine and compare an optimum pattern of mixed planting of organic and non-organic *** study sample was cucumber,investigated in four farming systems:organic open field farming system,nonorganic greenhouse farming system,non-organic tunnel farming system and open field non-organic farming system in Jiroft,kerman,with regard to paper *** the proposed MCDM(Multiple Criteria Decision Making)model,cucumber planting in open field non-organic farming system was replaced by open field organic farming *** and environmental indicators rose by 11.97%and 21.40%respectively in MCDM proposed plan in comparison with the existing farm plan,which indicates the feasibility of MCDM proposed plan in terms of economic and environmental indicators.
