Dynamic recrystallization behavior and strengthening mechanism of a novel Mo-Ti3AlC2 alloy at ultrahigh temperature

Increasing the recrystallization temperature to achieve better high-temperature performance is critical in the development of molybdenum alloys for ultrahightemperature applications,such as the newest generation of multitype high-temperature nuclear *** this study,an innovative strategy was proposed to improve the performance of molybdenum alloys at high temperature by using the two-dimensional MAX（where M is an early transition metal,A is an A-group element and X is C or N）ceramic material *** relationships between flow stress,strain rate and temperature were *** microstructure,distribution of misorientation and evolution of dislocations in the Mo-Ti3AlC2alloy were *** microscopic mechanism of the Ti3AlC2phase in the molybdenum alloy at high temperatures was *** experimental results showed that the peak flow stress of Mo-Ti3AlC2at 1600℃ reached 155 MPa,which was161.8% greater than that of pure *** activation energy of thermal deformation of Mo-Ti3AlC2was as large as537 kJ·mol-1,which was 17.6% more than that of pure *** recrystallization temperature reached 1600℃ or even *** topological reaction of the Ti3AlC2phase consumed a large amount of energy at high temperatures,resulting in increases in the deformation activation *** structures of AlTi3and Ti-O Magneli-phase oxides(Ti_nO2n-1) were formed in-situ,which relied on kink bands and interlayer slip,resulting in many dislocations during ***,the special two-dimensional of the structure Ti3AlC2ceramic inhibited the recrystallization behavior of the Mo *** results of this study can provide theoretical guidance for the development of a new generation of molybdenum alloys for use in ultrahigh-temperature environments.

Despite their interesting applications,direct and diverse syntheses of aryl-fused 2-alkyl cyclic amines still remain ***,the concept of incorporating a C–C coupling process into the N-heteroaryl reduction was successfully applied to fulfill such a synthetic *** to our use of controllable electroreduction coupled with proton abstraction,we can report a room-temperature reductiveα-alkylation of the inert N-heteroarenes with abundantly available styrenes in an undivided Zn(+)/C(−)*** proceeds with good substrate compatibility and operational simplicity,utilizes cost-effective sacrificial Zn-anode,exhibits high selectivity,and does not need pressurized H2 gas and transition-metal *** current work offers a useful platform for direct construction of valuable aryl-fused 2-alkyl cyclic amines that are difficult to access with conventional methods.

Influencing factors of cardiac autonomic dysfunction in hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of cardiac autonomic dysfunction in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients by recording 48 h heart rate *** It was a single-center crosssectional *** patients at the Hemodialysis Center of Peking university People's Hospital between October 1,2021 and December 31,2022 were enrolled in the *** patients initiated hemodialysis for more than three months and were older than 18 years old,and patients with tachyarrhythmia,implanted cardiac pacemaker and the recording time less than 48 h ***,comorbidity,laboratory data,hemodialysis session data and heart rate variability were *** linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for cardiac autonomic dysfunction in MHD *** A total of 110 patients were enrolled in the study,including 37 females(33.6%)and 36 diabetic patients(32.7%).The age of the patients was(57.8±14.8)years old,and the median dialysis vintage was 73.00(27.75±130.25)*** baseline,the serum phosphate level was(1.6±0.4)mmol/L,and the Nterminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)after In transformed/In[NT-proBNP(ng/L)]was 8.4±1.2.

Disease burden of colorectal cancer attributable to dietary risk factors from 1990 to 2019 in China

The application of spectral CT multiparametric myocardial imaging in preoperative non-invasive assessment for percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To investigate the clinical value of multiparametric myocardial imaging using a dual-layer detector spectral CT in the non-invasive preoperative assessment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The clinical and imaging data of 90 patients who underwent coronaryCT angiography(CCTA)with dual-layer spectral detector CT and invasive coronary angiography(ICA)within 30 days at the Affiliated Changshu Hospital of Nantong university from January 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 189 coronary arteries were included in the study *** patients were divided into PCI(n=44)and non-PCI groups(n=46)according to whether they received PCI after evaluation with *** diameterstenosisrateeofthecoronary arteries,myocardial iodine concentration(IC)and effective atomic number(Z_(efr))valueswere obtained fromCCTA conventional and spectral *** IC values and Z_(efr) values of the myocardium in the areas with abnormal perfusion were compared with those in the areas with normal *** diagnostic performance of these parameters.

Clinical features and risk factors for invasive fungal sinusitis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and outcomes of patientswith invasive fungal sinusitis(invasive fungal rhinosinusitis,IFR)after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)and explored the risk factors for IFR after *** Nineteen patients with IFR after allo-HSCT at Peking university People's Hospital from January 2012 to December 2021 were selected as the study group,and 95 patients without IFR after allo-HSCT during this period were randomly selected as the control group(1:5 ratio).Results Nineteen patients,including 10 males and 9 females,had IFR after *** median age was 36(10-59)*** median IFR onset time was 68(9-880)days after *** wereseven patients with acute myeloid leukemia,five with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,two with myelodysplastic syndrome,two with chronic myeloid leukemia,one with acute mixed-cell leukemia,one with multiple myeloma,and one with T-lymphoblastic lymph node *** were 13 confirmed cases and 6 clinically diagnosed *** responsible fungus was Mucor in two cases,Rhizopus in four,Aspergillus in four,and Candida in three.
