Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NCT)in mid-low locally advanced rectal cancer with negative mesorectal fascia(MRF).Methods:This prospective,single-arm phaseⅡtrial was designed and conducted at Peking University Cancer *** patients who provided consent received 3 months of NCT(capecitabine and oxaliplatin,CapOX)followed by total mesorectal excision(TME).The primary endpoint was the rate of pathological complete response(pCR).Results:From January 2019 through December 2021,a total of 53 patients were enrolled,7.5%of whom experienced grade 3-4 adverse events during *** pCR rate was 17.0%for the entire cohort,and the overall rate of postoperative complications was 37.7%(1.9%of gradeⅢa patients).The 3-year disease-free survival rate was 91.4%,and 23.5%(12/51)of the patients suffered from major low anterior resection syndrome(LARS).Postoperative complications were independently associated with major ***:For patients with mid-low rectal cancer with negative MRF,3 months of NCT were found to yield a favorable tumor response with acceptable *** fair long-term survival,the NCT regimen could be associated with low rates of perioperative complications as well as acceptable anal function.

The increasing importance of treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS),while avoiding side effects and maintaining sexual function,has allowed for the development of minimally invasive surgical therapies(MiSTs).Recently,the European Association of Urology guidelines reported a paradigm shift from the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)to the management of nonneurogenic male *** aim of the present review was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the most commonly used MisTs:ablative techniques such as aquablation,prostatic artery embolization,water vapor energy,and transperineal prostate laser ablation,and nonablative techniques such as prostatic urethral lift and temporarily implanted nitinol device(iTIND).MiSTs are becoming a new promise,even if clinical trials with longer follow-up are still *** of them are still under investigation and,to date,only a few options have been given as a recommendation for *** cannot be considered as standard of care and are not suitable for all *** and disadvantages should be underlined,without forgetting our objective:treatment of LUTS and re-treatment avoidance.

BACKGROUND Gynaecologists should be aware of a rare obstructive Mullerian duct abnormality like Robert’s uterus and perform further surgery when *** SUMMARY We report a 41-year-old mother of two children with Robert’s uterus who was examined and treated by laparoscopy and *** the existing cases reported in the literature,this patient had a late onset of Robert’s uterus *** to right tubal ectopic pregnancy 3 years previously,the patient was treated with right salpingectomy and left tubal ligation but suffered aggravated left lower abdominal *** was examined and treated by laparoscopy and hysteroscopy,and is completely asymptomatic at 5-year *** The typical obstructive Mullerian abnormality requires further *** laparoscopy and hysteroscopy is an effective,minimally invasive technique with better recovery outcomes than traditional transabdominal procedures.

晚期肝细胞癌（HCC）是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,但临床治疗效果并不理想.由于HCC的复杂性、异质性和免疫抑制微环境的影响,单一药物疗法效果有限.联合治疗可能通过调节肿瘤免疫微环境,有效增强抗肿瘤治疗.本研究报道了一种可注射的温敏微球-水凝胶复合系统,局部共递送靶向药物索拉非尼（SOR）和免疫调节细胞因子用于HCC的联合治疗.该递送系统具有双药物传递、持续缓释、局部可注射性、温敏性和体内副作用低等优越特性.此外,该递送系统成功重塑了HCC的免疫微环境,增加了免疫效应CD8+T细胞和NK细胞的浸润,减少了免疫抑制性Treg细胞的浸润,与SOR联合发挥抗肿瘤作用.这种安全的复合递送系统可以重塑肿瘤微环境,增强抗肿瘤效果,为HCC治疗提供了一个有价值的选择.
