柑橘类病毒的分子鉴定与分型

【目的】检测湖南地区柑橘所携带的柑橘类病毒类型,并鉴定柑橘类病毒的亚型。【方法】以田间柑橘枝条韧皮部为试材,提取总RNA,反转录成cDNA,再用不同类型类病毒的特异引物进行PCR扩增,鉴定出各个样品所携带的柑橘类病毒类型;通过测序分析各类型的序列,并与国内外报道的序列进行同源性分析,确定所测样品的亚型。【结果】建立了CEVd、CVdII、CVdⅢ等柑橘类病毒的RT-PCR检测方法。在5个供试样品中检测出3种类型的柑橘类病毒,即柑橘裂皮病类病毒(citrus exocortis viroid,CEVd)、柑橘类病毒Ⅱ型(citrus viriodⅡ,CVdⅡ,又名hop stunt viroid,HSVd)和柑橘类病毒Ⅲ型(citrus viriodⅢ,CVdⅢ),其中CVdⅡ和CVdⅢ为国内首次发现。亚型分析表明CVdⅡ可能为新的亚型;CVdⅢ为b亚型,可能具有矮化功能。【结论】在中国鉴定出3种类型的柑橘类病毒,CEVd与国内已报道的序列完全一致,其中CVdⅡ和CVdⅢ为首次在中国发现;检测到的CVdⅡ可能为新的亚型。

成矿元素的活化、迁移和沉淀富集过程与构造密切相关.因此,详细的区域和矿田构造解析是正确理解矿床成因的关键.江南造山带是华南重要的金(多金属)成矿带,其内部发育有古生代、中生代和多期叠加的金(多金属)矿床,成矿普遍受构造控制,但缺乏对金(多金属)成矿与区域地质、构造控矿作用、成矿构造体制和背景的系统研究,从而限制了人们对矿床成因、成矿作用的深入认识.鉴于此,本文选取该带中成矿构造研究薄弱且成因尚存较大争议的沃溪金-锑-钨矿床,对矿区及外围地表及井下坑道进行了详细的构造调查和解析,并选取能够反映构造与成矿关系的黑钨矿样品进行了LA-ICP-MS U-Pb年代学研究.通过上述工作,并结合前人有关区域构造演化方面的研究成果,我们认为沃溪矿区及邻区主要经历了6期区域变形事件(D1~D6),并初步限定了变形事件的时限和地球动力学背景.在上述基础上,较为系统地探讨了矿床构造控矿的“导-运(配)-储(含)”作用和构造定位机制.依据黑钨矿定年结果((142.0±11)Ma(1σ,n=14,MSWD=1.03)和(135.0±6.9)Ma(1σ,n=17,MSWD=1.4)),并综合构造分析和前人资料,提出沃溪金-锑-钨矿床主要形成于燕山期的两阶段幕式成矿作用,早期W(黑钨)-Au成矿发生在140Ma左右,晚期Au-Sb-W(白钨矿)成矿晚于130Ma,成矿与构造活化密切相关,成矿流体为深源流体(岩浆或变质流体),可能属“陆内活化型”矿床,成矿与古太平洋板块向西幕式俯冲于东亚大陆之下后的板块回撤、滞留与拆沉引发的岩石圈伸展背景有关.

Located in the inland arid area of Central Asia and northwest China,Xinjiang has recently received heightened concerns over soil water erosion,which is highly related with the sustainable utilization of barren soil and limited water *** from the national soil erosion survey of China(1985-2011)and Xinjiang statistical yearbook(2000-2010)was used to analyze the trend,intensity,and serious soil water erosion *** showed that the water erosion area in Xinjiang was 87.6103 km^(2) in 2011,mainly distributed in the Ili river valley and the northern and southern Tian *** erosion gradient was generally slight and the average erosion modulus was 2184 t/(km^(2) a).During the last 26 years,the water erosion area in Xinjiang decreased by 23.2%,whereas the intensity was still *** driving factors from large to small impact included:population boom and human activities4vegetation degradation4rainfall and climate change4topography and soil erodibility4tectonics *** water erosion resulted in eco-environmental and socioeconomic losses,such as destroying farmland and grassland,triggering floods,sedimentation of reservoirs,damaging transportation and irrigation facilities,and aggravating poverty.A landscape ecological design approach is suggested for integrated control of soil ***,an average of 2.07×10^(3) km^(2) of formerly eroded area is conserved each *** study highlighted the importance and longevity of soil and water conservation efforts in Xinjiang,and offered some suggestions on ecological restoration and combating desertification in arid regions of Central Asia.&2015 International Research and Training Center on Erosion and Sedimentation and China Water and Power *** and Hosting by Elsevier *** is an open access article under the CC BY-NC-ND license(http://***/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/).

This research is designed to investigate the relationship between the 24-h movement guidelines(24-HMG)and self-reported academic achievement(AA)using nationally representative data derived from the 2019 *** Youth Risk Behaviour Survey.A multiple-stage cluster sampling procedure has been adopted to ensure a representative sample(N=9127 adolescents;mean age=15.7 years old;male%=49.8%).Logistic regression has been adopted to obtain the odds ratio(OR)regarding the associations between adherence to 24-HMG and AA while controlling for ethnicity,body mass index,sex and *** prevalence of meeting the 24-h movement guidelines in isolation and combination varied greatly(physical activity=23.3%,screen time=32.5%,sleep=22.3%,and 24-HMG=2.8%),while the percentage of highest-class AA was 42.5%.Compared with the situation when none of 24-HMG is met,the achievement of any of the combined guidelines(except for meeting the physical activity guidelines)was significantly associated with higher odds of achieving first-class *** the sleep guideline had 1.42 times increased likelihood to achieve highest-class AA as compared with not meeting the sleep *** screen time guidelines and physical activity guidelines,respectively,were 1.32 and 1.13 times more likely to report first-class AA;but meeting the guidelines of physical activity was not significantly related to *** the 24-HMG had the highest odds of achieving first-class AA(OR=2.01,95%CI:1.47-2.73).In both sexes,adolescents who met 24-HMG self-reported better AA(boys OR=2.05,95%CI:1.34-3.15;girls OR=2.26,95%CI:1.36-3.76).Significant relationships were observed in adolescents from 9-10th grade,but not higher *** research findings suggest that optimal movement behaviours can be seen as an important element to better academic achievement among *** studies can adopt our discoveries to promote adolescents’academic achievement through implementing optimal 24-h movement behaviour

Objectives： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Guipi Decoction（归脾汤, GPD） as an adjunctive in the treatment of depression. Methods： A review of all relevant studies retrieved from a search of the following databases were conducted without any language restriction： Excerpt Medica Database（EMBASE）, Pub Med, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）, VIP Information, Wanfang Data, and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database. Papers published until February 2013 were taken into consideration. The analysis was performed using the Cochrane software Revman 5.1. Results： Nine randomized controlled trials involving 620 patients with depression were included in this review. The meta-analysis revealed that compared with antidepressant therapy alone, treatment with a combination of GPD and an antidepressant drug significantly improved the symptoms of depression [weighted mean difference（WMD）： –3.09; 95% confidence interval（CI）： –4.11 to –2.07] and increased the rates of effectiveness（OR： 4.75; 95% CI： 2.66–8.51） as well as recovery（OR： 1.73; 95% CI： 1.17–2.56）. The adverse effects of GPD were not found to be significant in these studies. Conclusions： The findings of this meta-analysis were in keeping with the notion that GPD formulations were effective in the treatment of depression without causing any severe adverse effects. However, currently available evidence was of low quality and therefore inadequate to justify a strong recommendation of using GPD formulations in the management of depression.

本文基于蒙特卡洛模拟与局部阈值思想,提出了一种能够适应图像复杂背景、亮度不均条件的灰阶图像二值化分割方法。该方法将灰阶图像划分为多个正方形子图像,每个子图像均反映了灰阶图像的局部信息。先利用大津法对每个子图像进行二值化分割,再将所有二值化后的子图像重新合并后形成灰阶图像的二值化结果。针对局部阈值分割过程中子图像的尺寸选取问题及二值化后子图像合并时的边界效应问题,本文结合蒙特卡洛模拟思想提出了改进算法。将子图像尺寸作为蒙特卡洛计算步中的随机变量,通过大量迭代计算获取灰阶图像中每个像素被分割为目标和背景的概率,并按照指定概率阈值对其进行划分。为验证所述方法的可行性与准确性,本文依托多个灰阶图像案例对方法的二值化结果进行了测试,结果表明,本文提出的方法能够较好地处理复杂背景及亮度不均条件下的灰阶图像。本方法可为区域性遥感影像的解译和地物识别提供支撑。
