SeeMore: a spatiotemporal predictive model with bidirectional distillation and level-specific meta-adaptation

Predicting future frames using historical spatiotemporal data sequences is challenging and critical, and it is receiving a lot of attention these days from academic and industrial scholars. Most spatiotemporal predictive algorithms ignore the valuable backward reasoning ability and the disparate learning complexities among different layers and hence, cannot build good long-term dependencies and spatial correlations,resulting in suboptimal solutions. To address the aforementioned issues, we propose a two-stage coarse-to-fine spatiotemporal predictive model with bidirectional distillation and level-specific meta-adaptation(See More)in this paper, which includes a bidirectional distillation network(BDN) and a level-specific meta-adapter(LMA), to gain bidirectional multilevel reasoning. In the first stage, BDN concentrates on bidirectional dynamics modeling and coarsely constructs spatial correlations of different layers, while LMA is introduced in the second fine-tuning stage to refine the multilevel spatial correlations from a meta-learning *** particular, BDN mimics the forward and backward reasoning abilities of humans in a distillation manner,which aids in the development of long-term dependencies. The LMA views learning of different layers as disparate but related tasks and guides the transfer of learning experiences among these tasks through learning complexities. Thus, each layer could be closer to its solutions and could extract more informative spatial correlations. By capturing the enhanced short-term spatial correlations and long-term temporal dependencies,the proposed model could extract adequate knowledge from sequential historical observations and accurately predict future frames whose backtracking preconditions are consistent with the historical sequence. Reconstructing enzymatic active sites presents a significant challenge due to the intricacies involved in achieving enzyme-like scaffold folding and spatial arrangement of essential functional *** is also a growing interest in building biocatalytic networks,wherein multiple enzymatic active sites are localized within a single artificial system,allowing for cascaded *** this work,we report the self-assembly of imidazole or its derivatives with fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl-modified histidine and Cu2+to fabricate a supramolecular catalyst,which possesses catechol oxidase-like dicopper center with multiple imidazole as the coordination *** electron microscopy,low-temperature X-band continuous-wave electron paramagnetic resonance,K-edge X-ray absorption spectra/the extended X-ray absorption fine structure analysis,and density functional theory modeling were used for the structural characterization of the *** phenol derivatives and the dissolved oxygen were used as the substrates,with the addition of 4-aminoantipyrine to generate a red adduct with a maximum absorbance at 510 nm,for obtaining time-dependent absorbance change curves and estimating the *** results reveal that the addition of imidazole synergistically accelerates the oxidative activity about 10-fold and the hydrolysis activity about 14-fold than fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl modified-histidine/Cu2+.The supramolecular nanoassembly also exhibits the ability to catalyze oxidation/hydrolysis cascade reactions,converting 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescin diacetate into 2′,7′-*** process can be regulated through the methylation of the imidazole component at various *** work may contribute to the design of advanced biomimetic catalysts,and shed light on early structural models of the active sites of the primitive copper-dependent enzymes.

For a polymer/polymer dismissible blend with two crystallizable components,the crystallization behavior of different components and the reciprocal influences between different crystals are interesting and important,but did not investigate in *** this study,the L-poly(lactic acid)/polypropylene(PLLA/PP)blends with different weight ratios were prepared by melt mixing and the crystallization behavior of the blends were *** showed that the crystalline structures of PLLA and PP were not altered by the *** the crystallization of PLLA,both the diffusion of chain segments and crystallization rate were enhanced under the existence of PP *** the crystallization of PP,its crystallization rate was depressed under the existence of amorphous PLLA molecular *** the PP crystallized from the existence of PLLA crystals,although the diffusion rate of PP was reduced by PLLA crystals,the nucleation positions were obviously enhanced,which accelerated the formation of PP *** investigation would supply more basic data for the application of PLLA/PP blend.
