A new C_(6)-C_(2)dimer phenol derivative,colletodiphenol A(1),along with two known C_(6)-C_(2)phenol derivatives(2,3)were isolated from the endophytic fungus Colletotrichum capsici related to the traditional chinese medicine Paeonia *** structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data analysis,including HRESIMS,UV,IR,1D and 2D *** antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated,but none of them displayed significant activity.

Objectives：To explore the effects and significance of Huanshuai Recipe Oral Liquid（缓衰口服液,HSR）,a formula with supplementing qi,nourishing blood and activating blood on restructuring glomerular microvasculature and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）in subtotal nephrectomized（SNX） ***：A total of 76 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups：16 in the sham-operated group and fed with tap water 10 mL/kg per day; 20 in the model group were operated with 5/6 SNX and fed with tap water 10 mL/kg per day; 20 SNX rats in the HSR group were treated with HSR 10 mL/kg per day; 20 SNX rats in the losartan group were treated with losartan 40 mg/kg per *** creatinine（SCr）and urinary protein excretion（Upro）were examined at the 2nd,4th,8th,and 12th weeks of the treatment,and the remnant kidneys were *** in histological microstructure were evaluated using light microscopy,and the expression of VEGF was detected by using ***：Upro,microvasculature injury and glomerulosclerosis were found to be alleviated in HSR and Losartan groups,*** change of VEGF expression showed positive correlation with glomerular capillary area and peritubular capillary number（r=0.448,r=0.422,P〈0.01）, but negative correlation with that of SCr and Upro（r=-0.592,r=-0.481,P〈0.01）.Conclusions：HSR could regulate the VEGF expression,reduce the loss of microvasculature,which demonstrated similar renal protective effects to losartan in SNX *** of chinese herbal medicine influence on VEGF signaling and restructuring renal microvasculature may elucidate the molecular mechanism of renal protection to a certain degree.

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Zhenqi Buxue Oral Liquid(ZQ),progesterone capsules,and their combination in treating oligomenorrhea and hypomenorrhea with qi-blood and Kidney(Shen)essence ***:This was a prospective,randomized,multi-center controlled trial between June 2022 to December ***-six oligomenorrhea and hypomenorrhea patients with qi-blood and Shen essence deficiency were randomly assigned to receive ZQ(ZQ group,29 cases),progesterone capsules(PG group,32 cases),or the combined chinese and Western medicine(COM group,31 cases)at a ratio of 1:1:*** in the ZQ or PG group took daily 10 m L twice a day of ZQ or 200 mg once a day of progesterone capsules for 10 consecutive days on day 15 of the menstrual cycle respectively,and patients in the COM group received the same ZQ combined with progesterone *** treatment course lasted for 3 months and follow-up was performed at 1 and 3 months after the end of *** endpoint was the menstrual traditional chinese medicine Syndrome Scale(TCMSS)*** endpoints included pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)scores,clinical efficacy rate,36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores,sex hormones and thickness of *** events(AEs)were ***:TCMSS scores after 1-and 3-month treatment in all groups were significantly lower than those at baseline(P<0.05).Only TCMSS scores after 3-month treatment in the ZQ and COM groups continuously decreased compared with those after 1-month treatment in the same group(P<0.01).TCMSS scores after 3-month treatment in the ZQ and COM groups were significantly lower than those in the PG group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with baseline,PBAC scores in the ZQ and COM groups after 3 months of treatment were also significantly higher(both P<0.01).The total effective rates of TCM syndrome of 3-month treatment were significantly improved in all groups compared with that after 1 month of treatment(P<0.

Nanomaterial-based drug delivery is a promising strategy for glioma ***,the detailed dynamics of nanoparticles in solid glioma are still a mystery,including their intratumoral iniltration depth,penetration,retention time,and *** these processes in detail requires repeated intravital imaging of the corresponding brain tumor regions over time during glioma ***,we established a syngeneic orthotopic cerebral glioma mouse model by combining the chronic cranial window and two-photon ***,we were able to investigate the dynamics of the nanoparticles during long-term glioma *** hours after the intravenous(i.v.)injection of integrin αVβ3 binding onjugated silicon nanoparticles(SNPs-PEG-RGD-FITC),green nanoparticles had already iniltrated the brain glioma,and then more nanoparticles penetrated into the solid brain tumor and were retained for at least 8 ***,the amount of control SNPs-PEG-FITC that iniltrated into the solid brain tumor was very ***,we found that SNPs-PEG-RGD-FITC were not only located in the tumor border but could also iniltrate into the core region of the solid *** vitro assay also conirmed the high binding affinity between GL-261-Tdtomato cells and *** results indicate that SNPs-PEG-RGD-FITC has high penetration and retention in a solid glioma and our model provides novel ideas for the investigation of nanoparticle dynamics in brain tumors.

Bacillus sp. DL-2 was isolated from the deep sea of the Western Pacific and further utilized as novel biocatalysts to efficiently asymmetrically hydrolyze (±)-1-phenylethyl acetate. After the optimization of hydrolytic reactions, chiral chemicals (R)1-phenylethanol and (S)-l-phenylethyl acetate were obtained with high optical purities (96% and 99.8%, respectively). Our research is about the asymmeric hydrolysis of (±)-1-phenylethyl acetate using whole-cell biocatalysts. In addition, the optical purity of (S)-l-phenylethyl acetate generated through the kinetic resolution of (±)-1-phenylethyl acetate using the whole-cells of Bacillus sp. DL-2 was the highest report so far. Using the whole cells of deep sea bacterium Bacillus sp. DL-2 as the biocatalysts is an enviromnentally friendly method and will play critical roles in industrial asymmetric synthesis.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Zhichuanling Oral Liquid(止喘灵口服液)in the treatment of bronchitis ***:A systematic search of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase and Web of Science was conducted to screen out randomized controlled trials of Zhichuanling Oral Liquid in the treatment of bronchial ***-analysis and systematic evaluation of the included studies were conducted to finally included researches using the Cochrane Handbook 5.1 evaluation standard tool and RevMan 5.3 ***:Five studies were included,with a total sample size of 354 cases,176 in experimental group and 178 in control ***-analysis showed that the total effective rate of Zhichuanling Oral Liquid combined with conventional treatment was better than that of conventional treatment alone(RR=1.27,95%CI[1.13-1.42],Pmedicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma can improve the total effective ***,the quality of the included studies is not high and the number is small,so it is necessary to adopt clinical trial protocols with large samples,rigorous design and in line with international standards to improve the quality of evidence in the future.
