摘 要:As an effective combination chemotherapy,FOLFIRINOX regimen(fluorouracil,leucovorin,irinotecan,and oxaliplatin)has shown definite antitumor eficacy for treating pancreatic cancer(PC)***,the traditional systematic administration of these chemotherapeutics limits the drug targeting and causes unwanted effects.
