With the rapid development of Internet of Things(IoT)technology,IoT systems have been widely applied in health-care,transportation,home,and other ***,with the continuous expansion of the scale and increasing complexity of IoT systems,the stability and security issues of IoT systems have become increasingly ***,it is crucial to detect anomalies in the collected IoT time series from various ***,deep learning models have been leveraged for IoT anomaly ***,owing to the challenges associated with data labeling,most IoT anomaly detection methods resort to unsupervised learning ***,the absence of accurate abnormal information in unsupervised learning methods limits their *** address these problems,we propose AS-GCN-MTM,an adaptive structural Graph Convolutional Networks(GCN)-based framework using a mean-teacher mechanism(AS-GCN-MTM)for anomaly *** performs better than unsupervised methods using only a small amount of labeled *** Teachers is an effective semi-supervised learning method that utilizes unlabeled data for training to improve the generalization ability and performance of the ***,the dependencies between data are often unknown in time series *** solve this problem,we designed a graph structure adaptive learning layer based on neural networks,which can automatically learn the graph structure from time series *** not only better captures the relationships between nodes but also enhances the model’s performance by augmenting key *** have demonstrated that our method improves the baseline model with the highest F1 value by 10.4%,36.1%,and 5.6%,respectively,on three real datasets with a 10%data labeling rate.

Exploring Motor Imagery EEG: Enhanced EEG Microstate Analysis with GMD-Driven Density Canopy Method

The analysis of microstates in EEG signals is a crucial technique for understanding the spatiotemporal dynamics of brain electrical *** methods such as Atomic Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering(AAHC),K-means clustering,Principal Component Analysis(PCA),and Independent Component Analysis(ICA)are limited by a fixed number of microstate maps and insufficient capability in cross-task feature *** these limitations,this study introduces a Global Map Dissimilarity(GMD)-driven density canopy K-means clustering *** innovative approach autonomously determines the optimal number of EEG microstate topographies and employs Gaussian kernel density estimation alongside the GMD index for dynamic modeling of EEG *** this advanced algorithm,the study analyzes the Motor Imagery(MI)dataset from the GigaScience database,*** findings reveal six distinct microstates during actual right-hand movement and five microstates across other task conditions,with microstate C showing superior performance in all task *** imagined movement,microstate A was significantly *** with existing algorithms indicates a significant improvement in clustering performance by the refined method,with an average Calinski-Harabasz Index(CHI)of 35517.29 and a Davis-Bouldin Index(DBI)average of ***,an information-theoretical analysis of the microstate sequences suggests that imagined movement exhibits higher complexity and disorder than actual *** utilizing the extracted microstate sequence parameters as features,the improved algorithm achieved a classification accuracy of 98.41%in EEG signal categorization for motor imagery.A performance of 78.183%accuracy was achieved in a four-class motor imagery task on the BCI-IV-2a *** results demonstrate the potential of the advanced algorithm in microstate analysis,offering a more effective tool for a deeper understanding of the spatiotemporal features of EE

Centrifuge modeling of a large-scale surcharge on adjacent foundation

This study investigates the ground and structural response of adjacent raft foundations induced by largescale surcharge by ore in soft soil areas through a 130g centrifuge modeling test with an innovative layered loading *** prototype of the test is a coastal iron ore yard with a natural foundation of deep soft ***,it is necessary to adopt some measures to reduce the influence of the large-scale surcharge on the adjacent raft foundation,such as inst.lling stone columns for foundation *** an acceleration of 130 g,the model conducts similar simulations of iron ore,stone columns,and raft foundation *** tested soil mass has dimensions of 900 mm×700 mm×300 mm(lengthwidthdepth),which is remodeled from the soil extracted from the drilling *** test conditions are consistent with the actual engineering conditions and the effects of four-level loading conditions on the composite foundation of stone columns,unreinforced zone,and raft foundations are *** automatic layer-by-layer loading device was innovatively developed to simulate the loading process of actual engineering more *** composite foundation of stone columns had a large settlement after the loading,forming an obvious settlement trough and causing the surface of the unreinforced zone to *** 12 m surcharge loading causes a horizontal displacement of 13.19 cm and a vertical settlement of 1.37 m in the raft *** stone columns located on both sides of the unreinforced zone suffered significant shear damage at the sand-mud *** to the reinforcement effect of stone columns,the sand layer below the top of the stone columns moves ***,the horizontal earth pressure in the raft foundation zone increases *** stone columns will form new drainage channels and accelerate the dissipation of excess pore pressure.

Hydrogel-based triboelectric nanoge nerator(TENG)has a promising applied prospect in wearable electronic ***,its low performance,poor stability,insufficient recyclability and inferior self-healing seriously hinder its ***,we report a robust route to a liquid metal(LM)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogel-based TENG(LP-TENG).Owing to the intrinsically liquid feature of conductive LM within the flexible PVA hydrogel,the as-prepared LP-TENG exhibited comprehensiye advantages of adaptability,biocompatibility,outstanding electrical performance,superior stability,recyclability and diverse applications,which were unattainable by traditional ***,the LP-TENG delivered appealing open circuit voltage of 250 V,short circuit current of 4μA and transferred charge of 120 nC with high stability,outperforming most advanced TENG *** LP-TENG was successfully employed for versatile applications with multifunctionality,including human motion detection,handwriting recognition,energy collection,message transmission and human-machine *** work presents significant prospects for crafting advanced materials and devices in the fields of wearable electronics,flexible skin and smart robots.

Mechanism of Ta on the microstructure and properties of Fe-Mn damping alloys

Fe-Mn-Co-xTa alloys（x=0,1,2,3 wt.%） were fabricated using spark plasma sintering to explore the influence of Ta content on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and damping characteristics of Fe-17Mn-3Co damping *** micro structural analysis reveals the dominant presence of γ-austenite,ε-martensite,α'-martensite,and Co3Ta precipitates within the *** increments in Ta content exhibit proportional enhancements in hardness,tensile strength,and fracture elongation of the ***,these improvements in mechanical attributes are closely correlated with the generated second-phase *** the Ta content increases,there is a gradual augmentation in the formation of Co3Ta within the ***,the damping property initially experiences an ascent followed by a subsequent decline with rising Ta *** damping behavior finds its origins in multiple mechanisms,including grain boundary damping stemming from reduced grain size,interfacial damping induced by the generated Co3Ta,and dislocation *** is noteworthy that the emergence of the secondary phase wields a dual impact on damping *** the one hand,the proliferation of the second phase fosters increased interfaces for energy *** the other hand,these interfaces give rise to compressive stresses,constraining interface movement and thus impeding damping property enhancement.

Carbon dots(CDs)with precise targeting function show great potential in the field of drug delivery *** this study,the functionalized nucleus-targeting orange-emissive CDs with nuclear localization sequence(NLS)were loaded with adriamycin(DOX)to obtain a nucleus-targeting orange-emissive CDs drug delivery system(CDs-NLS-DOX),which delivered DOX to tumor cell nuclei to enhance its anti-tumor *** drug carrier orange-emissive CDs showed excitation-independent behavior,stable and enhanced imaging capability and good biocompatibility in vitro and in ***,the CDs-NLS could target the nuclei efficiently,and the CDs-NLS-DOX complexes had a high drug loading rate(59.4%)after loading DOX,exhibiting p H-dependent DOX release behavior through breaking acylhydrazone bond in a weak acidic *** addition,the CDs-NLS-DOX complexes exhibited an enhanced killing activity against.human hepatoma cells(HepG2).The in vivo therapeutic effects on HepG2 nude mice transplanted tumors indicated the CDs-NLS-DOX had a stronger ability to inhibit tumor growth compared to free *** short,CDs-NLS-DOX is expected to be a precise and efficient nucleus-targeting nano-drug delivery system for tumor treatment.

Macrophage exosomes modified by miR-365-2-5p promoted osteoblast osteogenic differentiation by targeting OLFML1
