The attention is a scarce resource in decentralized autonomous organizations(DAOs),as their self-governance relies heavily on the attention-intensive decision-making process of“proposal and voting”.To prevent the negative effects of pro-posers’attention-capturing strategies that contribute to the“tragedy of the commons”and ensure an efficient distribution of attention among multiple proposals,it is necessary to establish a market-driven allocation scheme for DAOs’***,the Harberger tax-based attention markets are designed to facilitate its allocation via continuous and automated trading,where the individualized Harberger tax rate(HTR)determined by the pro-posers’reputation is ***,the Stackelberg game model is formulated in these markets,casting attention to owners in the role of leaders and other competitive proposers as *** equilibrium trading strategies are also discussed to unravel the intricate dynamics of attention ***,utilizing the single-round Stackelberg game as an illustrative example,the existence of Nash equilibrium trading strategies is ***,the impact of individualized HTR on trading strategies is investigated,and results suggest that it has a negative correlation with leaders’self-accessed prices and ownership duration,but its effect on their revenues varies under different *** study is expected to provide valuable insights into leveraging attention resources to improve DAOs’governance and decision-making process.

In this paper,the pursuit-evasion game with state and control constraints is solved to achieve the Nash equilibrium of both the pursuer and the evader with an iterative self-play *** the condition where the Hamiltonian formed by means of Pontryagin’s maximum principle has the unique solution,it can be proven that the iterative control law converges to the Nash equilibrium ***,the strong nonlinearity of the ordinary differential equations formulated by Pontryagin’s maximum principle makes the control policy difficult to figured *** the system dynamics employed in this manuscript contains a high dimensional state vector with *** practical applications,such as the control of aircraft,the provided overload is ***,in this paper,we consider the optimal strategy of pursuit-evasion games with constant constraint on the control,while some state vectors are restricted by the function of the *** address the challenges,the optimal control problems are transformed into nonlinear programming problems through the direct collocation ***,two numerical cases of the aircraft pursuit-evasion scenario are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented method to obtain the optimal control of both the pursuer and the evader.

To tackle the energy crisis and climate change,wind farms are being heavily invested in across the *** China's coastal areas,there are abundant wind resources and numerous offshore wind farms are being *** secure operation of these wind farms may suffer from typhoons,and researchers have studied power system operation and resilience enhancement in typhoon ***,the intricate movement of a typhoon makes it challenging to evaluate its spatial-temporal *** published papers only consider predefined typhoon trajectories neglecting *** address this challenge,this study proposes a stochastic unit commitment model that incorporates high-penetration offshore wind power generation in typhoon *** adopts a data-driven method to describe the uncertainties of typhoon trajectories and considers the realistic anti-typhoon mode in offshore wind farms.A two-stage stochastic unit commitment model is designed to enhance power system resilience in typhoon *** formulate the model into a mixed-integer linear programming problem and then solve it based on the computationally-efficient progressive hedging algorithm(PHA).Finally,numerical experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

We examine the electronic and transport properties of a new phase PdSe monolayer with a puckered structure calculated by first-principles and Boltzmann transport *** spin−orbit coupling is found to play a negligible effect on the electronic properties of PdSe *** lattice thermal conductivity of PdSe monolayer exhibits remarkable anisotropic characteristic due to anisotropic phonon group velocity along different directions and its intrinsic structure *** compromised electronic mobility despite a relatively low thermal conduction results in a moderate ZT value but significantly anisotropic thermoelectric performance in single-layer *** present work suggests that the remarkable thermal transport anisotropy of PdSe monolayer can be used for thermal management,and enhance the scope of possibilities for heat flow manipulation in PdSe based *** sizeable puckered cages and wiggling lattice implies it an ideal platform for ionic and molecular engineering for thermoelectronic applications.

Oxygen evolution reaction(OER)plays a crucial role in developing energy conversion and adjusting electronic structure of the electrocatalysts can effectively improve the catalytic activity and ***,it is a challenge to adjust the electronic structure on two-dimensional iridium dioxide nanosheets(IrO_(2)NS),which have the advantages of high atom ***,we regulate the surface properties of IrO_(2)NS through sulfonated carbon dots(SCDs)to promote the OER catalytic *** catalyst IrO_(2)NS/SCDs-2 exhibited excellent catalytic activity with a lower overpotential of 180 mV than IrO_(2)NS(230 mV)at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)in a 0.5 M H_(2)SO_(4) *** after 160 h of stability testing,the overpotential of IrO_(2)NS/SCDs-2 only decreased by 4 ***,transient potential scanning test can visually demonstrate that the addition of SCDs improves the conductivity of the catalyst and increases the electron transfer rate.

Multi-resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence(MR-TADF)emitters can enable narrowband emission with high color purity and electroluminescence ***/carbonyl(N/C=O)system is receiving increasing attention while the nitrogen/boron(N/B)system has been widely *** decoration is an effective approach for N/B type MR-TADF system but always leads to broadening and red-shifting of the emission band in N/C=O MR-TADF *** attribute these unfavorable phenomena to the formation of intramolecular charge transfer between the MR-core and peripheral *** address this issue,we have developed a new strategy by decorating DMQAO(a fused N/C=O MR-core)with a triazine acceptor and a neutral terphenyl group to construct MTDMQAO and MBDMQAO,*** introduction of the triazine acceptor not only realizes efficient narrowband emission in MTDMQAO,but also accelerates the reverse intersystem crossing process through enhanced spin-orbital *** a result,MTDMQAO exhibits a significantly higher external quantum efficiency of 29.4%compared to the referent emitters,validating the rationality of our derivation *** study highlights the potential of the N/C=O system for MR-TADF emitters and provides important insights for understanding the difference between N/B and N/C=O systems.

This paper presents the design of a vision-based automated robotic microinjection system for batch injection of both zebrafish embryos and larvae.A novel visual recognition algorithm based on an automatic threshold and excessive dilatation is introduced to accurately identify the center of zebrafish embryos and larval yolks.A corresponding software system is developed using the producer-consumer model as the framework structure,and a friendly user interface is designed to allow operators to choose from a range of desired functions according to their different *** addition,a novel microstructural agarose device is designed and fabricated to simultaneously immobilize mixed batches of embryos and ***,a prototype microinjection system is fabricated by integrating hardware devices with visual *** experimental study is conducted to verify the performance of the robotic microinjection *** results show that the reported system can accurately identify zebrafish embryos and larvae and efficiently complete batch microinjection tasks of the mixtures with an injection success rate of 92.05%in 13.88 s per *** with manual and existing microinjection systems,the proposed system demonstrates the merits of versatility,excellent efficiency,high success rate,high survival rate,and sufficient stability.
