We report the confirmation of a sub-Saturn-size exoplanet,TOI-1194 b,with a mass of about 0.456+0.055-0.051M_(J),and a very low mass companion star with a mass of about 96.5±1.5 MJ,TOI-1251 *** candidates provided by the Transiting Exoplanet Survey satellite(TESS)are suitable for further follow-up observations by ground-based telescopes with small and medium *** analysis is performed based on data from several telescopes worldwide,including telescopes in the Sino-German multiband photometric campaign,which aimed at confirming TESS Objects of Interest(TOIs)using ground-based small-aperture and medium-aperture telescopes,especially for long-period ***-1194 b is confirmed based on the consistent periodic transit depths from the multiband photometric *** measure an orbital period of 2.310644±0.000001 days,the radius is 0.767+0.045-0.041RJ and the amplitude of the RV curve is 69.4_(-7.3)^(+7.9)m s^(-1).TOI-1251 B is confirmed based on the multiband photometric and high-resolution spectroscopic data,whose orbital period is 5.963054+0.000002-0.000001days,radius is 0.947+0.035-0.033 R_(J) and amplitude of the RV curve is 9849_(-40)^(+42)ms^(-1).

Protein surface recognition of the novel tetra-carboxylphenyl calix[4]arene to cytochrome c

The interaction of the novel tetra-carboxylphenyl calix[4]arene （TCPC） with the bovine heart cytochrome c （Cc） was first investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy and molecular modeling methods. The formation of a stable 1：1 complex was monitored by fluorescence titration, and its binding constant is 1.916 ×10^7 L mol^-1. Molecular modeling reveals the recognition mechanism of TCPC to the Cc surface, that is, the electrostatic interaction drives TCPC to the Cc surface, and the van der Waals interaction orientates TCPC parallel to the cleft of Cc.

YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-x)(YBCO)is a kind of high-temperature superconducting material that has important application in information,energy,medical treatment,etc.,and the superconducting properties of YBCO are closely related to its internal *** this study,the microwave heating method was adopted to prepare the YBCO *** internal 3 D online evolution observation based on the synchrotron radiation computed tomography technology shows that there was directional grain growth phenomenon of YBCO during microwave sintering *** local regions with special microstructure,these particles grew to the same ***,the theoretical models of single and multiple particles in the microwave electromagnetic fields were *** on these theoretical models and finite element analysis,it shows that the YBCO particles can modulate the distribution of electromagnetic fields,resulting in the significantly higher electric field intensity at the particle junctions than other ***,there were very high electric field intensity and temperature gradients in the directions of particle *** factors were crucial in directional *** results will provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the controllable preparation and performance optimization of the internal microstructure of superconducting materials in the preparation process.

For evaluating the progresses towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),a global indicator framework was developed by the UN Inter-Agency and Expert Group on Sustainable Development Goals *** this paper,we propose an improved methodology and a set of workflows for calculating SDGs *** main improvements consist of using moderate and high spatial resolution satellite data and state-of-the-art deep learning methodology for land cover classification and for assessing land *** the European Network for Observing our Changing Planet(ERA-PLANET),three SDGs indicators are *** this research,harmonized Landsat and Sentinel-2 data are analyzed and used for land productivity analysis and yield assessment,as well as Landsat 8,Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-1 time series are utilized for crop *** calculate for the whole territory of Ukraine SDG indicators:15.1.1–‘Forest area as proportion of total land area’;15.3.1–‘Proportion of land that is degraded over total land area’;and 2.4.1–‘Proportion of agricultural area under productive and sustainable agriculture’.Workflows for calculating these indicators were implemented in a Virtual Laboratory *** conclude that newly available high-resolution remote sensing products can significantly improve our capacity to assess several SDGs indicators through dedicated workflows.

Volatiles from <i>Prunus persica</i>Flowers and Their Correlation with Flower-Visiting Insect Community in Wanbailin Ecological Garden, China

Object: To investigate the VOCs from living Prunus persica flowers of different branches and their correlation with floral insects. Special, dominant and 20 VOCs were analysed from living Prunus persica flowers captured by closely and circularly headspace way in adsorbent tubes and ATD-GC/MS on 29 April in Wanbailin Ecological Garden, China. VOCs from high altitude tree are more than low altitude in sunny site, and floral volatile constituents from upslope branches are less than downslope of the same tree on high altitude. Special floral VOCs were alpha-dimethyl-benzenemethanol, isopropyl palmitate, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, acetophenone, 3-ethyl-2-methyl-Heptane on sunny slope, and propylene glycol, decanal, hexadecane on shady slope. Dominant VOCs founded during 8 temporal quanta were toluene, hexane, 2-ethyl-1-hexanol, dodecane, pentadecane. Floral VOCs’ number from sunny slope was significantly negative correlated with flower-visiting insect community richness, abundance, diversity on sunny or shady slope, which from shady slope was significantly positive correlated with flower-visiting insect community parameters on both slopes tried dividing insects visiting floral branches from Prunus persica in sunny site with n/2 + 1 or n/2 - 1, and shady site with n/2 before sampled volatiles day. On sampled volatiles day, 2-ethyl-1-hexanol from sunny slope was significantly positive correlated with flower-visiting insect community parameters on shady slope (P Prunus persica on sunny slope, and even floral branches kept on shady slope.
