The use of fillers to enhance the corrosion protection of epoxy resins has been widely *** this work,cerium dioxide(CeO_(2))and benzotriazole(BTA)were introduced into an epoxy resin to enhance the corrosion resistance of Q235 carbon *** electron microscopy results indicated that the CeO_(2) grains were rod-like and ellipsoidal in shape,and the distribution pattern of BTA was analyzed by energy dispersive *** dynamic potential polarization curve proved the excellent corrosion resistance of the composite epoxy resin with CeO_(2) and BTA co-addition,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test analysis indicated the significantly enhanced long-term corrosion protection performance of the composite *** the optimal protective performance was provided by the coating containing 0.3%(mass)CeO_(2) and 20%(mass)BTA,which was attributed to the barrier performance of CeO_(2) particles and the chemical barrier effect of *** formation of corrosion products was analyzed using X-ray *** addition,the corrosion resistance mechanism of the coating was also discussed in detail.

The integration of lightweight and high-modulus magnesium-based materials is becoming increasingly valued as structural materials due to the complexity and intelligence of industrial products like automobiles and *** this study,the graphene nanoplatelets(GNPs)/Mg-Zn-Zr composites with 0.5 wt%GNPs were successfully prepared by the combination of multidirectional forging(MDF)and hot extrusion(Ex).The newly-developed composites after multi-step deformation possessed excellent strength and modulus,with a tensile strength exceeding 375 MPa and an elastic modulus reaching 54 *** results revealed that the stripping and thinning of GNPs bands parallel to the extrusion direction occurred after MDF+Ex,which promoted the dynamic recrystallization and the formation of numerous fine *** significant improvement in comprehensive mechanical performances of the composites could be primarily ascribed to the refinement of grain size caused by the optimized distribution of GNPs,and efficient load transfer facilitated by the tight interface.

In this work,a new ZnO/CoNiO_(2)/CoO/C metal oxides composite is prepared by cost-effective hydrothermal method coupled with annealing process under N_(2) ***,the oxidation-defect annealing environment is conducive to both morphology and component of the composite,which flower-like ZnO/CoNiO_(2)/CoO/C is *** from good chemical stability of ZnO,high energy capacity of CoNiO_(2) and CoO and good conductivity of C,the as-prepared sample shows promising electrochemical behavior,including the specific capacity of 1435 C·g^(-1) at 1 A·g^(-1),capacity retention of 87.3%at 20 A·g^(-1),and cycling stability of 90.5%for 3000 cycles at 5 A·g^(-1),***,the prepared ZnO/CoNiO_(2)/CoO/C/NF//AC aqueous hybrid supercapacitors device delivers the best specific energy of 55.9 W·h·kg^(-1) at 850 W·kg^(-1).The results reflect that the as-prepared ZnO/CoNiO_(2)/CoO/C microflowers are considered as high performance electrode materials for supercapacitor,and the strategy mentioned in this paper is benefit to prepare mixed metal oxides composite for energy conversion and storage.

The cyclic hydrogenation technology in a direct coal liquefaction process relies on the dissolved hydrogen of the solvent or oil participating in the hydrogenation ***,a theoretical basis for process optimization and reactor design can be established by analyzing the solubility of hydrogen in liquefaction *** studies of hydrogen solubility in liquefaction solvents are challenging due to harsh reaction conditions and complex solvent *** this study,the composition and content of liquefied solvents were *** model compounds,hexadecane,toluene,naphthalene,tetrahydronaphthalene,and phenanthrene were chosen to represent the liquefied solvents in chain alkanes and monocyclic,bicyclic,and tricyclic aromatic *** solubility of hydrogen X(mol/mol)in pure solvent components and mixed solvents(alkanes and aromatics mixed in proportion to the chain alkanes+bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,bicyclic saturated aromatic hydrocarbons+bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons+compounds containing het-eroatoms composed of mixed components)are determined using Aspen simulation at temperature and pressure conditions of 373–523 K and 2–10 *** results demonstrated that at high temperatures and pressures,the solubility of hydrogen in the solvent increases with the increase in temperature and pressure,with the pressure having a greater ***-more,the results revealed that hydrogen is more soluble in straight-chain alkanes than in other solvents,and the solubility of eicosanoids reaches a maximum of *** hydrogen solubility in aromatic ring compounds decreased gradually with an increase in the aromatic ring *** influence of chain alkanes on the solubility of hydrogen predominates in a mixture of solvents with different mixing ratios of chain alkanes and aromatic *** solubility of hydrogen in mixed aromatic solvents is less than that in the corresponding single ***

The residual subsidence caused by underground mining in mountain area has a long subsidence duration time and great potential harm,which seriously threatens the safety of people's production and life in the mining ***,it is necessary to use appropriate monitoring methods and mathematical models to effectively monitor and predict the residual subsidence caused by underground *** with traditional level survey and InSAR(Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar)technology,GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)online monitoring technology has the advantages of long-term monitoring,high precision and more flexible monitoring *** empirical equation method of residual subsidence in mining subsidence is effectively combined with the rock creep equation,which can not only describe the residual subsidence process from the mechanism,but also predict the residual ***,based on GNSS online monitoring technology,combined with the mining subsidence model of mountain area and adding the correlation coefficient of the compaction degree of caving broken rock and the Kelvin model of rock mechanics,this paper constructs the residual subsidence time series model of arbitrary point on the ground in mountain *** the example,the predicted results of the model in the inversion parameter phase and the dynamic prediction phase are compared with the measured data *** results show that the model can carry out effective numerical calculation according to the GNSS monitoring data of any point on the ground,and the model prediction effect is good,which provides a new method for the prediction of residual subsidence in mountain mining.

Simulation of Dynamic Recrystallization in 7075 Aluminum Alloy Using Cellular Automaton

The evolution of microstructure during hot deformation is key to achieving good mechanical properties in aluminum *** have developed a cellular automaton(CA) based model to simulate the microstructural evolution in 7075 aluminum alloy during hot *** compression tests were conducted to obtain material parameters for 7075 aluminum alloy,leading to the establishment of models for dislocation density,nucleation of recrystallized grains,and grain *** these aspects with grain topological deformation,our CA model effectively predicts flow stress,dynamic recrystallization(DRX) volume fraction,and average grain size under diverse deformation conditions.A systematic comparison was made between electron back scattered diffraction(EBSD) maps and CA model simulated under different deformation temperatures(573 to 723 K),strain rates(0.001 to 1 s^(-1)),and strain amounts(30% to 70%).These analyses indicate that large strain,high temperature,and low strain rate facilitate dynamic recrystallization and grain *** results from the CA model show good accuracy and predictive capability,with experimental error within 10%.

Preparation of TiO_(2) Nano-Flower Coating on Ti Substrates with Good Physical Sterilization Effect and Biocompatibility

We report a facile solution method to form titanium oxide(TiO_(2))nano-flower structure on the titanium(Ti)substrates for realizing good physical sterilization and *** first prepare TiO_(2) nanotubes(NT)with a diameter of about 80-100 nm and a length of about 5μm on Ti substrates by anodization,which is utilized as ***,we employ immersion treatment in different concentrations of phosphoric acid solution at 75℃ for 5 h to realize the transformation from TiO_(2) NT to TiO_(2) nano-flower *** addition,we studied the effects of phosphoric acid concentration(1 wt%,2.5 wt%,5 wt% and 10 wt%)on the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure,and the antibacterial properties and biocompatibility of the TiO_(2) nano-flower *** results show that TiO_(2) nano-flower structure become larger and thicker with the increase in the phosphoric acid concentration,and the thickness of the coating can reach 6.88μ***,the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure shows good physical sterilization effect,especially for the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure formed in 10 wt%H^(3)PO_(4) solution,the antibacterial rate can reach 95%.In addition,the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure have no toxicity to the osteoblasts and support cell growth.

Mg_(3)Sb_(2)-based thermoelectric materials have been the focus of widespread investigations as promising candidates for the harvesting of waste *** stability and service performance are key points for the commercial applications of these *** utilized Mg_(4.3)Sb_(3)Ni as a barrier layer to improve the thermal stability of Mg 3 Sb 2-based ***,its intrinsic high resistivity contributed nega-tively to the desired performance of the *** this work,we investigated two other Mg-Sb-Ni ternary phases,MgSbNi and MgSbNi_(2),as new barrier layer materials to connect with Mg_(3.2)Sb_(2)Y_(0.05).The results show that the efficiency of the Mg_(1.2)SbNi/Mg_(3.2)Sb_(2)Y_(0.05)/Mg_(1.2)SbNi joint is increased by 33%relative to the higher Mg-content barriers due to lower *** system exhibited good interfacial compatibility and showed little change with aging at 673 K for 20 days.

In this work,the phase evolution mechanism and nanomechanical properties of(CoCrNi))(82)Al_(9)Ti_(9)high-entropy alloy(HEA)prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)in the molten pool were *** HEA contains multiple primary elements and undergoes high-temperature gradient and rapid cooling during *** leads to significant inhomogeneity of nano-scale microstructure characteristics and instability of *** optimizing process parameters,the microstructure evolution at the optimal parameter volume energy density of 440 J/mm^(3)was studied.A phase transition from BCC to FCC occurred in the melt *** the micro-area of the melt pool results in a temperature rise and the combustion-induced loss of Al ***,the Ni element content increases significantly outside the melt *** process enhances the phase stability of FCC and facilitates phase ***,rapid cooling leads to the formation of distinctive ultrafine equiaxial crystals inside the melt pool,accompanied by the generation of intracrystalline needle-like nano-scale *** the melt pool,the accumulation of energy results in the formation of coarse ***,the nano-hardness inside the molten pool is remarkably high at 11.79 GPa,while the outside the molten pool is reduced to 9.58 *** the fracture toughness outside the melt pool also *** with inside the melt pool,the residual stress outside the melt pool changed from compressive to tensile stress and decreased from 603.28 to 322.84 MPa.
