Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is attracting attention as a next-generation cancer treatment that can selectively destroy malignant tissues,exhibit fewer side effects,and lack pain during *** PDT systems have recently been developed to resolve the issues of bulky and expensive conventional PDT systems and to implement continuous and repetitive *** implantable PDT systems,however,are not able to perform multiple functions simultaneously,such as modulating light intensity,measuring,and transmitting tumor-related data,resulting in the complexity of cancer ***,we introduce a flexible and fully implantable wireless optoelectronic system capable of continuous and effective cancer treatment by fusing PDT and hyperthermia and enabling tumor size monitoring in *** system exploits micro inorganic light-emitting diodes(μ-LED)that emit light with a wavelength of 624 nm,designed not to affect surrounding normal tissues by utilizing a fully programmable light intensity ofμ-LED and precisely monitoring the tumor size by Si phototransistor during a long-term implantation(2–3 weeks).The superiority of simultaneous cancer treatment and tumor size monitoring capabilities of our system operated by wireless power and data transmissions with a cell phone was confirmed through in vitro experiments,ray-tracing simulation results,and a tumor xenograft mouse model in *** all-in-one single system for cancer treatment offers opportunities to not only enable effective treatment of tumors located deep in the tissue but also enable precise and continuous monitoring of tumor size in real-time.

With the rapid development of E-commerce and E-government,there are so many electronic records have been *** increasing number of electronic records brings about storage difficulties,the traditional electronic records center is difficult to cope with the current fast growth requirements of electronic records storage and ***,it is imperative to use cloud storage technology to build electronic record ***,electronic records also have weaknesses in the cloud storage environment,and one of them is that once electronic record owners or managers lose physical control of them,the electronic records are more likely to be tampered with and ***,the paper builds a reliable electronic records preservation system based on coding *** can effectively guarantee the reliability of record storage when the electronic record is damaged,and the original electronic record can be restored by redundant coding,thus ensuring the reliable storage of electronic records.

多属性效用量表已成为主要的健康效用值测量工具。HUI(health utilities index)量表作为国际通用六大成人MAU量表之一,在国内鲜有应用。为促进HUI量表在国内的进一步应用,首先对HUI量表进行了概述,然后简要梳理了HUI量表的起源与发展历程、健康状态描述系统、效用积分体系评分与最小临床重要性差异,最后对HUI量表在卫生经济学评价领域的应用状况进行了总结,并对应用前景进行了展望,这将为国内开展经济学评价研究,尤其是效用值测量与成本-效用分析研究提供基础支持。

Chayote(Sechium edule)is an agricultural crop in the Cucurbitaceae family that is rich in bioactive *** enhance genetic research on chayote,we used Nanopore third-generation sequencing combined with Hi-C data to assemble a draft chayote genome.A chromosome-level assembly anchored on 14 chromosomes(N50 contig and scaffold sizes of 8.40 and 46.56 Mb,respectively)estimated the genome size as 606.42 Mb,which is large for the Cucurbitaceae,with 65.94%(401.08 Mb)ofthe genome comprising repetitive sequences;28,237 protein-coding genes were *** genome analysis indicated that chayote and snake gourd diverged from sponge gourd and that a whole-genome duplication(WGD)event occurred in chayote at 25±4 *** and metabolic analysis revealed genes involved in fruit texture,pigment,fl avor,fl avonoids,antioxidants,and plant hormones during chayote fruit *** analysis of the genome,transcriptome,and metabolome provides insights into chayote evolution and lays the groundwork for future research on fruit and tuber development and genetic improvements in chayote.

The sudden outbreak of the Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)swept across the world in early 2020,triggering the lockdowns of several billion people across many countries,including China,Spain,India,the U.K.,Italy,France,Germany,Brazil,Russia,and the *** transmission of the virus accelerated rapidly with the most confirmed cases in the U.S.,India,Russia,and *** response to this national and global emergency,the NSF Spatiotemporal Innovation Center brought together a taskforce of international researchers and assembled implementation strategies to rapidly respond to this crisis,for supporting research,saving lives,and protecting the health of global *** perspective paper presents our collective view on the global health emergency and our effort in collecting,analyzing,and sharing relevant data on global policy and government responses,human mobility,environmental impact,socioeconomical impact;in developing research capabilities and mitigation measures with global scientists,promoting collaborative research on outbreak dynamics,and reflecting on the dynamic responses from human societies.
