研究支持结直肠手术使用腹腔镜途径。与开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术减少了术后并发症发生率,缩短了住院时间,同时可以获得相同的肿瘤治疗效果。尽管如此,大部分结直肠手术仍然以开放手术方式进行。部分原因可能是腹腔镜手术存在技术挑战,尤其是在像骨盆这样的狭窄腔隙中工作时。另外,现在一些文献对直肠癌腹腔镜手术的肿瘤治疗效果提出质疑。机器人手术被认为是一种可以克服这些挑战的微创治疗方式。它的优势是可以提供三维图像,使用可以扭曲的器械,并且具有计算机平台,可以做出流畅而且精准的动作。总体而言,目前的证据表明机器人技术在结直肠手术中是安全可行的,并且其短期和长期效果与腹腔镜手术相似。关于机器人手术的成本研究显示出了自相矛盾的结果,这是机器人应用的最大缺点之一。由于机器人技术是一项相对较新的技术,现在鲜有大规模高质量研究。这一领域发表的多数研究包括回顾性评论、案例匹配研究和国家数据库综述。还需要进行大型随机前瞻性研究来进一步支持其使用。

Transcriptome Analysis of High-Temperature Stress in Developing Barley Caryopses： Early Stress Responses and Effects on Storage Compound Biosynthesis

High-temperature stress, like any abiotic stress, impairs the physiology and development of plants, including the stages of seed setting and ripening. We used the Affymetrix 22K Barley1 GeneChip microarray to investigate the response of developing barley （Hordeum vulgare） seeds, termed caryopses, after 0.5, 3, and 6 h of heat stress exposure; 958 induced and 1122 repressed genes exhibited spatial and temporal expression patterns that provide a detailed insight into the caryopses＇ early heat stress responses. Down-regulation of genes related to storage compound biosynthesis and cell growth provides evidence for a rapid impairment of the caryopsis＇ development. Increased levels of sugars and amino acids were indicative for both production of compatible solutes and feedback-induced accumulation of substrates for storage compound biosynthesis. Metadata analysis identified embryo and endosperm as primary locations of heat stress responses, indicating a strong impact of short-term heat stress on central developmental functions of the caryopsis. A comparison with heat stress responses in Arabidopsis shoots and drought stress responses in barley caryopses identified both conserved and presumably heat- and caryopsis-specific stress-responsive genes. Summarized, our data provide an important basis for further investigation of gene functions in order to aid an improved heat tolerance and reduced losses of yield in barley as a model for cereal crops.

从1988年开始,我们对瑞典油菜上发生的病害进行调查。调查每年进行。最普遍发生的病害包括黄萎病,菌核病和黑胫病。菌核病在某些气候比较适宜的年份发生(大约每隔4年发生一次)。黑胫病的发生非常普遍,其引起的溃疡主要是在茎上发生。由Verticillium longisporum引起的黄萎病是瑞典油菜上最重要的病害。这一病害大发生的主要原因是1944-955年间油菜和芜菁甘蓝的连续种植,有时候作为轮作作物。在那些年份,油料作物是经济作物。由于微菌核在土壤中最少可以存活15年。杂草的存在和不同油料作物的4年轮作导致了土壤中累积大量的微菌核,从而造成很高的病原接种体密度。不同年份黄萎病造成的产量损失存在很大差异,这种差异与微菌核造成的可见症状出现早晚有关。在侵染严重的时候,收获前所有植株上都会出现微菌核,植株发生早衰,此时,可造成减产300%。在最近3年调查中,尽管田间土壤中存在大量微菌核,但病害发生较晚,且仅出现青铜色症状,因此对产量的影响也较小。对黄萎病很难进行评估,所以调查中往往被忽略。在许多地区,对油料作物进行较密集的轮作反而有利于黄萎病的发生,使其成为一个严重问题。使用杀菌剂防治黄萎病是不可能的,唯一的防治措施是使用抗性品种和长时间轮作。

The austenite stability and the mechanical properties in a typical medium Mn grade steel,i.e.,5Mn steel,were investigated under a wide range of strain rates through the combination of experimental and theoretical *** obtained results indicate that austenite is more stable at a high strain rate,which is due to the suppression of the austenite to martensite *** suppression is attributed to the increased stacking fault energy and the high deformation energy ***,the suppression of martensitic transformation also leads to the decrease in the ultimate tensile strength and the uniform *** to the increase in an adiabatic heating temperature,an increase in the uniform elongation is acquired at a high strain *** obtained fundamental study results shed light on a wide application of the medium Mn steel under different strain rate conditions.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of routine hospitalization for fetal monitoring on the perinatal survival and neonatal morbidity of monoamniotic twins. This was a multicenter retrospective cohort analysis of 96 monoamniotic twin gestations from 11 university and private perinatal practices. Overall mortality rates were calculated. The risk of intrauterine fetal death and neonatal morbidity was compared among women who were observed as inpatients versus outpatients. The overall mortality rate from enrollment was 19.8% (mean gestational age at enrollment, 17.4 weeks). The perinatal mortality and corrected perinatal mortality rates were 15.4% and 12.6% , respectively. Eighty- seven women had both twins who were surviving at 24 weeks of gestation; 43 women were admitted electively for inpatient surveillance at a median gestational age of 26.5 weeks; the remainder of the women were followed as outpatients and admitted only for routine obstetric indications (median gestational age, 30.1 weeks). No intrauterine fetal deaths occurred in any hospitalized patient. The risk of intrauterine fetal death in women who were followed as outpatients was 14.8% (13/88) versus 0 for women who were followed as inpatients (P <. 001). There also were statistically significant improvements in birth weight, gestational age at delivery, and neonatal morbidity for women who were followed as inpatients. We observed improved neonatal survival and decreased perinatal morbidity among women who were admitted electively for inpatient fetal monitoring.

Vernalization, the acquisition of competence to flower after extended cold treatment, has puzzled researchers throughout the last century. Great progress in understanding the molecular mechanisms of vernalization in Arabidopsis has been made in the course of the last 20 years, placing the flowering repressor- encoding gene FLOWERING LOCUS C （FLC） in the limelight （Bouch6 et al., 2017）. In vernalization-dependent accessions, FRIGIDA （FRI） ensures strong expression of FLC that delays flowering, and extended exposure to low temperatures such as during winter leads to stable repression of FLC, which in turn clears the way for induction of flowering.

We report a Magnetospheric Multiscale(MMS) mission observation of magnetic reconnection occurring at the edge of a large-scale magnetic flux rope(MFR), the crosssection of which was about 2 RE. The MFR was observed at the duskside in the Earth's magnetotail and was highly oblique with its axis approximately along the XGSM direction. We find an electron-scale current sheet near the edge of this MFR.

Water exchange between the different compartments of a heterogeneous specimen can be characterized via diffusion magnetic resonance imaging(dMRI).Many analysis frameworks using dMRI data have been proposed to describe exchange,often using a double diffusion encoding(DDE)stimulated echo *** such as diffusion exchange weighted imaging(DEWI)and the filter exchange and rapid exchange models,use a specific subset of the full space DDE *** this work,a general representation of the DDE signal was employed with different sampling schemes(namely constant b1,diagonal and anti-diagonal)from the data reduction models to estimate exchange.A near-uniform sampling scheme was proposed and compared with the other sampling *** filter exchange and rapid exchange models were also applied to estimate exchange with their own subsampling *** subsampling schemes and models were compared on both simulated data and experimental data acquired with a benchtop MR *** synthetic data,the diagonal and near-uniform sampling schemes performed the best due to the consistency of their estimates with the ground *** experimental data,the shifted diagonal and near-uniform sampling schemes outperformed the others,yielding the most consistent estimates with the full space *** results suggest the feasibility of measuring exchange using a general representation of the DDE signal along with variable sampling *** future studies,algorithms could be further developed for the optimization of sampling schemes,as well as incorporating additional properties,such as geometry and diffusion anisotropy,into exchange frameworks.
