Background Epidemiologic studies have shown an independent and definite association between obstructive sleep apnea （OSA） and hypertension. This study aimed to define the association between daytime blood pressure and severity of OSA in Chinese population in mainland of China. Methods Twenty university hospital sleep centers in mainland of China were invited by the Chinese Medical Association （CMA） to participate in this epidemiologic study and 2297 consecutive patients （aged 18-85 years; 1981 males and 316 females） referred to these twenty sleep centers for evaluation of OSA between January 2004 and April 2006 were prospectively enrolled. Nocturnal polysomnography was performed in each patient, and disease severity was assessed based on the apnea-hypopnea index （AHI）. These patients were classfied into four groups： non-apneic control （control, n=257） with AHI 〈5 episodes/hour; mild sleep apnea （mild, n=402） with AHI 〉5 and 〈15 episodes/hour; moderate sleep apnea （moderate, n=460） with AHI 〉15 and 〈30 episodes/hour and severe sleep apnea （severe, n=1178） with AHI 〉30 episodes/hour. Daytime blood pressure measurements were performed under standardized conditions in each patient at 10 a.m. in office on the day of referring to sleep centers for getting average value. All the patients were requested to quit medications related to blood pressure for three days before the day of assessing. Results Both daytime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure values were significantly related to AHI positively （r = 0.201 and 0.276, respectively; both P values 〈0.001） and to nadir nocturnal oxygen saturation negatively （r = -0.215 and -0.277, respectively; both P values 〈0.001）, which were the parameters of OSA severity. In two special designed mean plots, means of daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased gradually with increasing AHI. Beyond AHI of 61-65, this increasing trend reached a plateau. Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in China in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in China-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in China used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in China and confirmed that some medical institutions in China have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

The Review summarizes much of particle physics and cosmology. Using data from previous editions, plus 3,283 new measurements from 899 papers, we list, evaluate, and average measured properties of gauge bosons and the recently discovered Higgs boson, leptons, quarks, mesons, and baryons. We summarize searches for hypothetical particles such as heavy neutrinos, supersymmetric and technicolor particles, axions, dark photons, etc. All the particle properties and search limits are listed in Summary Tables. We also give numerous tables, figures, formulae, and reviews of topics such as Supersymmetry, Extra Dimensions, Particle Detectors, Probability, and Statistics. Among the 112 reviews are many that are new or heavily revised including those on： Dark Energy, Higgs Boson Physics, Electroweak Model, Neutrino Cross Section Measurements, Monte Carlo Neutrino Generators, Top Quark, Dark Matter, Dynamical Electroweak Symmetry Breaking, Accelerator Physics of Colliders, High-Energy Collider Parameters, Big Bang Nucleosynthesis, Astrophysical Constants and Cosmological Parameters. A booklet is available containing the Summary Tables and abbreviated versions of some of the other sections of this full Review. 河口海岸是人类生存的重要空间和经济发展的关键区域。然而,在气候变化和人类活动的双重压力下,河口海岸面临环境恶化、湿地生态受损和灾害风险增加等多重问题。为保障河口海岸可持续发展,本文以数字孪生概念为基础,结合河口海岸多圈层多界面的系统特征,提出了一个综合河口海岸立体监测和数据聚融、多过程耦合模型系统、数字孪生体和智能服务平台等关键要素的河口海岸数字孪生系统。此外,本文还详细介绍了构建河口海岸数字孪生系统所需的核心技术,涵盖监测物联网、模型耦合、大数据管理和智能分析,以及知识图谱等。尽管面临多学科全要素综合监测、人地海耦合模拟、跨领域跨行业协同、信息安全保障和服务标准制定等多重挑战,河口海岸数字孪生具有逼近真实、系统关联和提供智能服务等特点,能够提供监测、预报、预警、预演和预案等智能服务。这将有助于提高我们对河口海岸复杂系统演变、预测和应对的研究和应用能力,推动河口海岸学科群的发展,提升风险管理和综合治理水平,为河口海岸可持续发展提供强有力的支持。

1. Overview The Review of Particle Physics and the abbreviated version, the Particle Physics Booklet, are reviews of the field of Particle Physics. This complete Review includes a compilation/evaluation of data on particle properties, called the ＂Particle Listings.＂ These Listings include 3,283 new measurements from 899 papers, in addition to the 32,153 measurements from 8,944 papers that first appeared in previous editions [1].
