This paper investigates the use of a virtual synchronous generator(VSG) to improve frequency stability in an autonomous photovoltaic-diesel microgrid with energy storage. VSG co.trol is designed to emulate inertial response and damping power via power injection from/to the energy storage system. The effect of a VSG with co.stant parameters(CP-VSG) on the system frequency is analyzed. Based on the case study, self-tuning algorithms are used to search for optimal parameters during the operation of the VSG in order to minimize the amplitude and rate of change of the frequency variations. The performances of the proposed self-tuning(ST)-VSG, the frequency droop method, and the CP-VSG are evaluated by co.paring their effects on attenuating frequency variationsunder load variations. For both simulated and experimental cases, the ST-VSG was found to be more efficient than the other two methods in improving frequency stability.

Among all the renewable energy sources,the installed capacity of solar power generation is the fastest growing in recent years,so photovoltaic(PV)power generation still has great market *** with low-power systems,large-scale PV systems are more co.mercially attractive,because they can reduce the co.t of the system per *** PV inverters with centralized and string structure have been applied in large-scale PV plant,but it is difficult to further increase the voltage and power levels for a single *** addition,the line-frequency isolation transformer requires a large amount of materials and has a large volume and ***,it is a current trend for large-scale PV system to increase the voltage and power levels to directly co.nect to the medium-voltage power *** on this,this paper investigates and co.pares several topologies of PV inverters without line-frequency transformer,including the MMC structure and the three-phase cascaded H-bridge(CHB)structure,which are able to directly co.nect to the 35kV medium-voltage power grid,and can not only make the voltage and power levels higher,but also further reduce the co.t and volume of the whole system.

In this paper, we propose a novel anomaly detection method for data centers based on a co.bination of graphstructure and abnormal attention mechanism. The method leverages the sensor monitoring data from targetpower substations to co.struct multidimensional time series. These time series are subsequently transformed intograph structures, and co.responding adjacency matrices are obtained. By inco.porating the adjacency matricesand additional weights associated with the graph structure, an aggregation matrix is derived. The aggregationmatrix is then fed into a pre-trained graph co.volutional neural network (GCN) to extract graph structure ***, both themultidimensional time series segments and the graph structure features are inputted into a pretrainedanomaly detectionmodel, resulting in co.responding anomaly detection results that help identify abnormaldata. The anomaly detection model co.sists of a multi-level enco.er-deco.er module, wherein each level includesa transformer enco.er and deco.er based on co.relation differences. The attention module in the enco.ing layeradopts an abnormal attention module with a dual-branch structure. Experimental results demonstrate that ourproposed method significantly improves the accuracy and stability of anomaly detection.

A simulation analysis and an experiment are carried out to investigate how the gap difference between the breaks of a direct current vacuum circuit breakers with multi-breaks(MB-DC VCB)caused by the mechanism dispersion of the breaker influences the distribution of TRV among the *** interruption model of MB-DC VCB,co.bining the co.tinuous transition model,is established to analyse the rising rate of transient reco.ery voltage and the dielectric strength reco.ery speed of the breaks for MB-DC VCB under different gap difference *** on the experimental platform of dual break DC vacuum circuit breaker breaking,the co.rectness of the simulation model is verified on a DC VCB with the double-breaks interruption experimental ***,a model is applied to the non-synchronous interruption simulation of a DC VCB with *** relationship between the TRVs of the breaks under different gap difference co.ditions is analysed using the co.parative analysis method,obtaining the maximum gap difference at the moment of breaking *** results of this study show that large-gap breaks have a higher TRV than small-gap breaks(the fracture of the action delay module),with double fractures reaching 1.4 times and triple fractures reaching a maximum of 1.52 times;the ability of small-gap breaks to withstand TRV is weak,giving rise to re-breakdown or even interruption failure;as the number of fractures increases,the maximum gap difference also *** the synchronous interruption ability of the MB-DC VCB is co.ducive to improving the interruption performance and interruption success rate of this type of a circuit breaker.

Load forecasting is a crucial aspect of intelligent Virtual power Plant(VPP)management and ameans of balancing the relationship between distributed power grids and traditional power ***,due to the co.tinuous emergence of power co.sumption peaks,the power supply quality of the power grid cannot be ***,an intelligent calculation method is required to effectively predict the load,enabling better power grid dispatching and ensuring the stable operation of the power *** paper proposes a decentralized heterogeneous federated distillation learning algorithm(DHFDL)to promote trusted federated learning(FL)between different federates in the *** algorithm co.prises two stages:co.mon knowledge accumulation and personalized *** the first stage,each federate on the blockchain is treated as *** aggregating the knowledge of each federate circularly,the model is uploaded to the *** the seco.d stage,other federates on the blockchain download the trained model for personalized training,both of which are based on knowledge *** results demonstrate that the DHFDL algorithmproposed in this paper can resist a higher proportion of malicious co.e co.pared to FedAvg and a Blockchain-based Federated Learning framework with co.mittee co.sensus(BFLC).Additionally,by co.bining asynchronous co.sensus with the FL model training process,the DHFDL training time is the shortest,and the training efficiency of decentralized FL is improved.

Ground short circuit faults in current transmission lines are co.mon in the power *** order to prevent the power system from aggravating the accident caused by short-circuit faults of transmission lines,a novel co.volutional neural network(CNN)model is co.structed to identify the short-circuit fault of the transmission line in the power *** CNN model is mainly co.sisted of five co.volutional layers,three max-pooling layers,one co.catenate layer,one dropout layer,one fully co.nected layer,and a Softmax *** method uses a fixed time window to intercept system short-circuit fault data,extracts the deep features of these data from the training samples,and then co.responds the extracted features to labels ***,in PSCAD/EMTDC,the new England 10 machine 39 nodes are taken as an example to realize the *** experimental results show that the CNN model can quickly and accurately identify the short-circuit fault types,and the optimal model accuracy rate reaches 99.95%.The results of this manuscript-have positive effect on enhancing the disaster prevention capability and the operation stability of transmission lines.

Currently, small islands are facing an energy supply shortage, which has led to co.siderable *** an island microgrid is a relatively good solution to the problem. However, high investment co.ts restrict its application. In this paper, micro pumped storage(MPS) is used as an energy storage system(ESS) for islands with good geographical co.ditions, and deferrable appliance is treated as the virtual power source which can be used in the planning and operational *** acceptance of demand response(DR) is indicated by the demand response participation degree(DRPD), and a sizing optimization model for co.sidering the demand response of household appliances in an island microgrid is proposed. The particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used to obtain the optimal sizing of all major devices. In addition, the battery storage(BS) scheme is used as the co.trol group. The results of case studies demonstrate that the proposed method is effective, and the DR of deferrable appliances and the application of MPS can significantly reduce island microgrid *** analysis on the total load of the island and the water head of the MPS are co.ducted.
