Runway （2006） is the masterpiece of Alice Munro who is a famous Canadian female writer, concerns about women＇s living status. Through depiction of women＇s living states in some smal which shows her I places of Canada, Munro explores women＇s dilemmas that may lead to their inescapable and hopeless situation. The motif of Runway is running away： running away from family, marriage, religion, virtue, betrayal, and even themselves, but the result of running away is no escape and still lingering at their depressed origins. Population exposure to pollutants is important for studies on the exposure-response relationship. However, it is difficult to evaluate population exposure to non-conventional pollutants due to limited data on concentration levels and the movement patterns of inhabitants. In this study, an air dispersion model was used to simulate N, N-dimethylformarnide （DMF） concentrations, as a proxy to monitoring concentrations. A total of 1289 randomly selected household representatives were surveyed to obtain information on movement characteristics. subsequently, population movement patterns were combined with DMF concentration levels on maps of 100 m× 100 m resolution to calculate population exposure. During 2008, the estimated population exposure to DMF ranged from 0.002 to 0.64 mg/m^3. The highest level of population exposure to DMF was found in the north and northwest sub-districts of the study area, ranging from 0.42 to 0.64 mg/m^3. The population exposure to DMF for different occupational groups indicated that retired people and farmers were vulnerable subpopulations among people highly exposed to DME This was mainly because they spent most time at home where the DMF concentration was high. As pollutant concentrations were divided into small grids, we found that exposure levels were substantially impacted by population movement characteristics.

Summary What is already known about this topic?Reports detailing the clinical presentation of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)are extensive in ***,data remains limited regarding the long-term effects of the 2022 outbreak on the community and healthcare workers(HCWs).What is added by this report?In the follow-up study conducted with 1,069 community members and 3,309 HCWs infected with COVID-19,we observed that five months postoutbreak,39.2%of community members and 28.7%of HCWs reported experiencing at least one *** symptoms most frequently reported included fatigue or muscle weakness,insomnia,cognitive dysfunction,hair loss,joint or muscle pain,and persistent *** tended to experience fewer long-term physical consequences and their symptoms had an expedited recovery time compared to the community ***,HCWs displayed a higher prevalence of moderate to severe depression and anxiety.

With‘Kyoho’grapes as the experimental material,the effects of different concentrations of chlorine dioxide(5,10 and 15 mg/L)and ozone(30,60and 90 mg/m^(3))fumigation on the contents of total phenols,proanthocyanidins and malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the grapes during low temperature storage were compared and analyzed,hoping to provide reference for the storage and preservation of‘Kyoho’grapes after *** results showed that compared with the control,certain concentrations of fumigant preservatives inhibited the degradation of total phenols and proanthocyanidins in‘Kyoho’grapes to varying degrees,maintained better cell membrane integrity,and inhibited the increase of MDA content and PPO activity,and in the later stage,more stable POD and higher activity of CAT and SOD were *** analysis showed that among the six fumigation treatments,10 mg/L ClO_(2)and 60 mg/m^(3)O_(3)could delay the aging process of grapes and maintain better antioxidant capacity and storage quality.

Approximately 303,000 women die annually while giving birth, worldwide, and more than 99% of the deaths occur in developing countries. In Zambia, a developing country situated in sub-Saharan Africa, most of the maternal mortalities occur during the intrapartum and immediate postpartum periods, arising from postpartum hemorrhage, sepsis, obstructed labor, and hypertensive disorders. Aim: The aim of this study was to assess the quality of intrapartum services provided in health facilities in the country. Methodology: Guided by a descriptive cross sectional design, data were collected from 264 women in labor using a World Health Organization validated observation checklist. Convenience sampling was used to recruit the women, while multistage sampling was used to select four health facilities. The Social Package for Social Sciences, version 23 was used to analyze the data. Results: One health facility met the World Health Organization 80% minimum standard in four out of the five categories used to measure quality in intrapartum care, while the other three met the minimum standard in one category each. Conclusion: Low numbers of midwives, inadequate supplies and equipment were major obstacles to following national and international agreed standards for providing optimal care during intrapartum period. The objective of this study was to assess sensory acceptability of locally-produced chickpea-based ready-to-use supplementary foods （RUSF） among moderately malnourished children （6-59 months）. A quantitative descriptive analysis using a five point hedonic scale among a total of 140 mother-baby pairs was conducted in five hotspot priority one district. The target groups were sampled from 10 sites of five districts （two sites per district）. The child-mother pairs per district were selected through systematic random sampling. The selection criteria included children aged 6-59 months with moderate acute malnutrition （MAM） and not suffering from any illness. Half of the respondents （46%） were farmers, while 29% were housewives; only 21% had formal education. Both sexes were equally represented in the sample size among children with 46% being males while 54% females. About half （46%） of households had four or more children with median maternal age during child birth reported at 28.6 ± 5.9 years. About 89% of children consumed complementary food from starchy staple food; 17% consumed from vitamin A rich foods; 57% consumed from dark green leafy vegetables; no child consumed meat, fish and eggs; 49.3% consumed legumes, nuts and seeds; 36.4% consumed milk and milk products and the mean dietary diversity was rated at two out of the nine food groups. The amount of RUSF consumed by children from 48-59 months was higher than children who were 6-11 months. Amhara region had accepted chickpea only and chickpea ＋ maize＋ soy the two products more than the other four regions with an average mean value of 4.8 and 4.6 by mother/caregiver and interviewer, respectively. Mothers＇ perception of the appearance of the products and their overall acceptability was similar in most regions except South Nation Nationality People Region （SNNPR） where the rating of the two products was low with an average mean value of 4.6.
