In recent years, China has paid attention to the college expansion plan, and people have attached importance not to only students＇ academic performance, but also their quality and extracurricular activities. At this point, all kinds of activities for college students have been widely concerned. Students in ordinary universities almost exercise in the gymnasium, which requires optimizing the management mode of gymnasium construction. In the process of university gymnasium management, it needs building effectively according to the requirements of college students＇ activities, ensuring a better activity space for college students. At this point, it is necessary for relevant management personnel to focus on the management, and make perfect management mode, so as to ensure the better optimal management system. This paper proposes measures to build the university gymnasium management mode through the analysis of the university gymnasium management mode problems, in order to offer reference for management personnel.

It will promote a great improvement in sports information access, information services and other aspects, as well as greatly stimulate the progress of sports information work. Therefore, this paper will emphatically analyze the impact on sports information work for holding the winter Olympic Games in China.

With the progress of new trends of society, gymnasium, the most important part in Chinese sports facility, can not only meet the needs of physical exercise of students, but also provide a favorable place for social welfare development. But due to the influence of traditional management methods, some problems are still seen in the process of operation of university gymnasiums in china, which restricts the overall development of our country＇s sports enterprise. Therefore, this paper probes into the study on disadvantageous existed conditions and analyzes the operation strategies and management strategies of university gymnasiums on the basis of their characteristics and advantages.

The Olympic Games, as the global sports event, attract many countries in the world to participate in and they always take obtaining the right of holding it as the pride of the country. With the constant development of the Olympic Games, people have proposed higher requirements for it and the reformation is eagerly needed and the reformation is mainly concentrated on the item setting. According to a large amount of theoretical research to the item setting of Olympic Games in academia, there is big issue about the item setting for the current Summer Olympic Games which has sustained for a long time. Its practical representations are the contradiction between narrowing the scope of the Olympic Games and borrowing in the new items and the contradiction of gender equality in item setting and also the contradiction of balancing the business value and social value. Therefore, this thesis will mainly study on the evolution and value of the item setting of the Summer Olympic Games and propose reasonable improvement measures for the issue of the item setting, combining with the practical conditions, and thus to better promote the sustain development of the Summer Olympic Games.

The effects of combined training(CT)on improving general health are well known,however,few studies have investigated the effects of low-volume ***,the aim of this study is to investigate the effects of 6 weeks of lowvolume CT on body composition,handgrip strength(HGS),cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)and affective response(AR)to *** healthy,active young adult man(meanSD,[20.061.66]years;[22.232.76]kg/m2)performed either a low-volume CT(EG,n?9),or maintained a normal life(CG,n?9).The CT was composed of three resistance exercises followed by a high intensity-interval training(HIIT)on cycle ergometer performed twice a *** measures of the body composition,HGS,maximal oxygen consumption(V_O2max)and AR to exercise were taken at baseline and after training for ***,an ANOVA test of repeated measures and t-test paired samples were used with a p*** results showed that EG improved HGS(pre:[45.6711.84]kg ***:[52.4411.90]kg,p0.05),nevertheless the feeling scale was positive in all weeks and without significant differences between them(p>0.05).Lastly,for active young adults,the low-volume CT improved HGS,CRF and had a positive outcome in AR,with less volume and time spent than traditional exercise recommendations.

Quantitative analysis is increasingly being used in team sports to better understand performance in these stylized,delineated,complex social ***,the authors provide a first step toward understanding the pattern-forming dynamics that emerge from collective offensive and defensive behavior in team *** authors propose a novel method of analysis that captures how teams occupy sub-areas of the field as the ball changes *** authors use this method to analyze a game of association football(soccer) based upon a hypothesis that local player numerical dominance is key to defensive stability and offensive *** authors find that the teams consistently allocated more players than their opponents in sub-areas of play closer to their own *** is consistent with a predominantly defensive strategy intended to prevent yielding even a single *** authors also find differences between the two teams' strategies:while both adopted the same distribution of defensive,midfield,and attacking players(a 4:3:3 system of play),one team was significantly more effective in maintaining both defensive and offensive numerical dominance for defensive stability and offensive *** team indeed won the match with an advantage of one goal(2 to 1) but the analysis shows the advantage in play was more pervasive than the single goal victory would *** proposed focus on the local dynamics of team collective behavior is distinct from the traditional focus on individual player *** supports a broader view in which specific player abilities contribute within the context of the dynamics of multiplayer team coordination and coaching *** applying this complex system analysis to association football,the authors can understand how players' and teams' strategies result in successful and unsuccessful relationships between teammates and opponents in the area of play.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of obesity and aerobic exercise training on oxidant-antioxidant balance,neurotrophic factor levels, and blood-brain barrier(BBB) ***: Ten non-obese healthy men(body mass index < 25 kg/m2) and 10 obese men(body mass index ≥ 25 kg/m2) were included in the *** groups performed treadmill exercise for 40 min 3 times weekly for 8 weeks at 70% heart rate reserve. Blood samples were collected to examine oxidant-antioxidant balance(reactive oxygen species(ROS) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity levels), neurotrophic factors(brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), nerve growth factor, and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor levels), and BBB function(S100βand neuron-specific enolase(NSE) levels) before and after exercise ***: The obese group showed significantly greater changes than the non-obese group in serum ROS(-0.46 ± 0.31 mmol/L vs.-0.10 ±0.17 mmol/L,p=0.005),serum S100 p levels(-8.50 ± 5.92 ng/L vs.-0.78 ± 5.45 ng/L,p=0.007),and serum NSE levels(-0.89 ± 0.54 μg/L vs.-0.01 ± 0.74 μg/L,p= 0.007) after training. At baseline,the obese group showed significantly higher serum ROS and S100β levels and significantly lower serum SOD activity and BDNF levels than the non-obese group(p < 0.05). The obese group showed significantly lower serum ROS, S100β,and NSE levels and significantly higher serum SOD activity and BDNF levels after training compared with baseline(p < 0.05).Conclusion: These results suggest that obesity can reduce serum neurotrophic factor levels and can induce BBB dysfunction. On the other hand,aerobic exercise can improve an oxidant-antioxidant imbalance in obese subjects and limit BBB dysfunction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of obesity and high-intensity acute exercise on oxidant-antioxidant status,neurotrophic factor expression, and blood-brain barrier(BBB) ***: Twenty-four healthy, untrained men(12 non-obese(mean 14.9% body fat) and 12 obese subjects(mean 29.8% body fat)) performed20 min of continuous submaximal aerobic exercise at 85% maximal oxygen consumption. Blood sampling was performed to examine the oxidant-antioxidant status(reactive oxygen species(ROS) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)), neurotrophic factors(brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and nerve growth factor(NGF)), and BBB disruption(S100β and neuron-specific enolase) before and after acute ***: The obese group showed significantly higher pre-exercise serum ROS levels and significantly lower pre-exercise serum SOD levels than the non-obese group(p < 0.05). Serum ROS, SOD, BDNF, NGF, and S100β levels were significantly increased post-exercise compared with pre-exercise levels in both the non-obese and the obese groups(p < 0.05). The obese group showed significantly higher serum ROS, BDNF, NGF,and S100β levels post-exercise compared to the non-obese group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Our study suggests that episodic vigorous exercise can increase oxidative stress and blood neurotrophic factor levels and induce disruption of the BBB. Moreover, high levels of neurotrophic factor in the blood after exercise in the obese group may be due to BBB disruption,and it is assumed that oxidative stress was the main cause of this BBB disruption.

Quantitative genetic analysis of chlorophyll a fluorescence parameters in maize in the field environments

Chlorophyl fluorescence transient from initial to maximum fluorescence （“P”step） throughout two intermedi-ate steps （“J”and“I”）（JIP-test） is considered a reliable early quantitative indicator of stress in plants. The JIP-test is particularly useful for crop plants when applied in variable field environments. The aim of the present study was to conduct a quantitative trait loci （QTL） analysis for nine JIP-test parameters in maize during flowering in four field environ-ments differing in weather conditions. QTL analysis and identification of putative candidate genes might help to explain the genetic relationship between photosynthesis and different field scenarios in maize plants. The JIP-test param-eters were analyzed in the intermated B73 ？ Mo17 （IBM） maize population of 205 recombinant inbred lines. A set of 2,178 molecular markers across the whole maize genome was used for QTL analysis revealing 10 significant QTLs for seven JIP-test parameters, of which five were co-localized when combined＆amp;nbsp;over the four environments indicating polygenic inheritance and pleiotropy. Our results demonstrate that QTL analysis of chlorophyl fluorescence parameters was capable of detecting one pleiotropic locus on chromosome 7, coinciding with the gene gst23 that may be associated with efficient photosynthe-sis under different field scenarios.
