Objective: To compare Quanti-FERON-TB Gold In-Tube (QFT-GIT) test and tuberculin skin test (TST) for the diagnosis of latent tuberculosis infection in children. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 64 participants who were between 3 months and 14 years old and had close contact with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were included. Both QFT-GIT test and TST were done and the results were analyzed by SPSS software and Kappa test. Results: The distribution of gender and age according to QFT-GIT and TST results were matched (P>0.05). Overall agreement between QFT-GIT and TST for diagnosis of latent tuberculosis infection in children was 75%. In addition, the contingency coefficient was 0.257, and the Kappa measure of agreement was 0.246 (P=0.034). Conclusions: Compared to TST, QFT-GIT shows no apparent advantage for diagnosis of latent tuberculosis infection in children.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of a Swedish version of The Krantz Health Opinion Survey (KHOS). A convenience sample of 79 persons (47 men and 32 women) was recruited from The Heart and Lung Patients’ National Association at ten local meeting places in different areas in Sweden. The questionnaire was examined for face and content validity, internal consistency and test-retest reliability. The findings showed that the Swedish version of KHOS is acceptable in terms of face and content validity, internal consistency and test-retest reliability over time among 79 individuals >65 years of age and with a cardiac disease. In conclusion, wider evaluations of the psychometric use of KHOS for other populations and settings are recommended.

目的总结45°侧卧位下经微创前外侧入路(OCM)行全髋关节置换术的手术经验以及短期结果回顾。方法回顾性分析18例45°侧卧位经微创前外侧入路(OCM)行全髋关节置换术围手术期及1年随访结果,包括可视化疼痛评分(VAS)和髋关节Harris评分,血红蛋白下降值,异体输血率,住院时间等,进行影像学评价,测量髋臼假体外展角,前倾角以及股骨假体内外翻与沉降程度,并与同期常规后入路行全髋关节置换术组病例进行对照,采用独立样本t检验及卡方检验分别进行组间计量与计数资料比较。结果 OCM组术后48 h VAS评分,术后1周Harris评分,血红蛋白下降值,输血率,平均住院日均优于后入路组;术后1年OCM组平均Harris评分为(93.74±1.80),后入路组(92.24±2.76),差异有统计学意义(t=2.068,P<0.05)。两组病例均无并发症发生。两组间髋臼假体外展角,前倾角比较无差异,股骨假体沉降距离,内外翻角度无差异。结论经OCM入路全髋关节置换术围手术期疼痛轻,失血少,康复快,具有快速康复的优势,具有一定的临床应用前景,但仍需期待更多的前瞻性研究及远期效果报道。

Crowdsourcing has been used recently as an alternative to traditional costly annotation by many natural language processing groups. In this paper, we explore the use of Wechat Official Account Platform (WOAP) in order to build a speech corpus and to assess the feasibility of using WOAP followers (also known as contributors) to assemble speech corpus of Mongolian. A Mongolian language qualification test was used to filter out potential non-qualified participants. We gathered natural speech recordings in our daily life, and constructed a Chinese-Mongolian Speech Corpus (CMSC) of 31472 utterances from 296 native speakers who are fluent in Mongolian, totalling 30.8 h of speech. Then,an evaluation experiment was performed, in where the contributors were asked to choose a correct sentence from a multiple choice list to ensure the high-quality of corpus. The results obtained so far showed that crowdsourcing for constructing CMSC with an evaluation mechanism could be more effective than traditional experiments requiring expertise.

以电子鼻气敏传感器阵列跟踪牛乳清蛋白干预小鼠粪便气味,以期建立基于气味信息无损评价牛乳清蛋白功能的新方法。动物实验结果表明,与NS组比较,给药牛乳清蛋白试验组血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性上升,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降,牛乳清蛋白在小鼠血清中具有抗氧化的能力。电子鼻实验单因素方差分析发现,样品量、顶空生成时间、顶空生成体积和载气流速对传感器S5影响均不显著,对其他传感器响应信号的影响显著。结合典则判别分析获得电子鼻检测较佳条件为:样品量1粒,顶空生成时间10 min,顶空生成体积150 mL,载气流速200 mL·min-1。结合主成分分析和典则判别分析,电子鼻基本可将牛乳清蛋白不同灌胃剂量与对照组小鼠粪便样品区分,并区分不同灌胃剂量的不同周期组小鼠粪便样品。采用多元线性回归分析建立了小鼠体重的预测(R 2=0.1227),效果尚可。典型相关分析结果表明,粪便电子鼻气味信息与其生理指标两者有着极好的相关性,关联性较强。基于干预小鼠粪便气味信息,可以实现牛乳清蛋白干预与对照药物处理的区分,为食品体内功能性无创评价提供了方法思路。

Motorcycles are the riskiest mode of travel in Malaysia,however motorcycles are also very sensitive to the road surface ***,by taking advantage of this,a system of software applications that analyses motorcycle motion and mapped out risky road sections was developed,*** system consists of three major components,*** Data Logger app,which utilizes a smart phone to collect acceleration data,ROCOM Risk Mapping app,which is a web-based application,and ROCOM Visual Tracking,which is a stand along *** is able to detect adverse acceleration( >2g)or vibration on the road surface similar to the High Accuracy GPS Data Logging for Vehicle testing(VBOX).Risk mapping validation along a section of the motorcycle lane along Federal Route 2 shows that not only ROCOM have the similar risk-mapping pattern,but its route tracking capability on the map is far superior that the *** pilot and field test results showed that ROCOM works best when mounting the smartphone on the motorcycle handle bar or basket,and it can detect various road anomalies with successful detection rate of 62%,with high detection rate when passing through uneven road surfaces.

Chronic low back pain consists of both nociceptive and neuropathic mechanisms and can be classified as a mixed pain syndrome. Neuropathic component of chronic low back pain has often been under-recognized and under-treated by the physicians. Recent studies have demonstrated that approximately 20%-55% of chronic low back pain patients have neuropathic pain symptoms. An altered peripheral, spinal, and supraspinal processing of pain arising as a result of a lesion affecting the nerves system are the major contributor to neuropathic low back pain. The clinical evaluation is still the gold standard for assessment and diagnosis of neuropathic low back pain. Although diagnosis can be difficult due to the lack of reliable gold standard diagnostic test for neuropathic low back pain, screening tools may help non-specialists, in particular, to identify potential patients with neuropathic low back pain who require further diagnostic evaluation and pain management. Several screening tools for neuropathic pain have been developed and tested with different patient populations. Among the screening tools, the pain DETECT questionnaire and the Standardized evaluation of Pain are validated in patients with low back pain. The Standardized evaluation of Pain may lead to more effectivein discriminating between neuropathic and nociceptive pain in patients with low back pain according to the higher rate of sensitivity and its validity in patients with low back pain. However, the most appropriate approach is still to combine findings on physical and neurologic examinations and patient's report in distinguishing neuropathic pain from nociceptive pain. The clinical examination including bedside sensory tests is still the best available tool for assessment and diagnosis neuropathic pain among patients with chronic low back pain. Due to the fact that chronic low back pain consists of both nociceptive and neuropathic mechanisms, a multimodal treatment approach is more rational in the management
