This paper proposes and validates a comprehensive model of consumer acceptance in the context of offline e-cash *** modifies the unified theory of acceptance and the use of technology model(UTAUT)with constructs of perceived security,cost of use,and government *** collected from 4428 questionnaires about users’attitudes toward e-cash is used to apply a structural equation model which,in turn,assesses the predictive *** empirical results indicate that perceived security and cost of use are beneficial extensions to the traditional UTAUT model,and intention is a key antecedent to users’actual utilization of *** addition,the demographic moderators are found to have significant effects on the relations among the *** results are useful to e-cash development and significant to the issue of Digital Currency Electronic Payment.

Australian households are increasingly vulnerable to natural hazard-related disasters. To manage disaster risk, government commissioned inquiries have called for greater investment in mitigation. This article critically examines the call for a shift in funding priority towards pre-disaster mitigation measures, in the context of growing concerns around the ability of households to access and afford insurance. It examines mitigation measures in the context of three prominent Australian disasters: the Black Saturday bushfires(Victoria, 2009), the Queensland floods(2010–2011), and Cyclone Yasi(Queensland, 2011). We argue that as a mode of disaster security, mitigation operates as a complex assemblage of logics and practices of protection, preparedness, and resilience, which problematizes simplistic protection/resilience binaries. On the one hand, mitigation serves as a mode of protection, which underscores the dominant maladaptive rationality of insurance. It promises a collective solution to uninsurability that is limited by government fiscal constraints and growing employment of risk-reflective insurance *** the other hand, there is evidence of an emergent rationality of household insurance as a path to resilience and preparedness—for example, in the development of insurance systems that price household retrofitting technologies and in the development of policyholder education campaigns. This resilience rationality holds the promise of securing individuals previously excluded from ***, for householders lacking the necessary physical,cognitive, and financial capacities to make themselves and their properties resilient, the transition to a pre-disaster mitigation mode of security will likely do little to alleviate disadvantage and marginalization.

Carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastics (CFRP) have excellent specific strength and rigidity, which has made them a popular material for lightweight construction. The growing demand for fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP) leads to the problem of the sustainable handling of FRP at the end of their life cycle. The aim of the research project was to gain knowledge about the shredding of FRP concerning the optimal machine and process design of the shredding process and the possible formation of harmful, inhalable dust fractions and WHO fibers. Toxicity should be investigated at the cellular level. The investigated shredding parameters influence the amount and length of fiber dust produced, both when shredding with a cutting mill and when shredding with a single-shaft shredder. In all investigations, an increasing rotational speed leads to an increase in the fiber dust mass or the fiber concentration. The proportion of short, respirable fibers increases, but raising the speed does not lead to a further, significant shortening of the fibers. A reduction in feedstock size leads to a slightly reduced mass of fiber dust in the ground material. A reduction in the screen size also leads to an increase in fiber dust mass and concentration. There was no recognizable cytotoxicity in the relevant concentration range up to 500 μg/cm2 and no significant induction of cell migration. This indicates minor flammable effects of the dust formed after inhalation. The biological data indicate that the WHO fibers produced by shredding are only a minor health hazard. Formally, the detected carbon fiber (CF) fragments meet the fiber definition of the legislator. However, carbon fibers currently have no specific limit value.

A Case of Inflammatory Hepatocellular Adenoma Complicated by Steatohepatitis

A 54-year-old man with hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus and fatty liver was referred to our institution for accurate diagnosis of a 4-cm space-occupying lesion in subsegment 6 of the liver, identified on ultrasonography as an iso-to hypointense lesion with clear margins. Dynamic computed tomography disclosed light accumulation of contrast medium at the margins of the space-occupying lesion from the arterial phase through to the venous phase. Sonazoid-enhanced ultrasonography showed staining of the tumor margins in the vascular phase, disappearing in the post-vascular phase. Hepatic arteriography identified the space-occupying lesion as hypervascular. Since accurate diagnosis by imaging was difficult, tumor resection was performed to exclude hepatocellular carcinoma, after obtaining consent from the patient. Histological examination revealed steatohepatitis and sinusoidal dilatation, representing socalled peliosis hepatis, in the surroundings, while the tumor showed mild hepatocellular atypia. On immunohistochemistry, tumor cells were positive for liver fatty acid-binding protein, glutamine synthetase and serum amyloid A, and negative for β-catenin and glypican 3. Glutamine synthetase, in particular, showed strong diffuse staining. Inflammatory hepatocellular adenoma was thus considered the most likely diagnosis. The pathogenesis and outcome of inflammatory hepatocellular adenoma are not fully understood, and this case with concomitant steatohepatitis was considered worth reporting.

China’s uninterrupted high-speed economic growth depends on promoting the process of *** on provincial data during 2003-2016,this paper empirically estimates the impact of labor costs on China’s industrialization and examines its mechanism and *** results show that the rising labor costs such as wages and social security premiums may lead to China’s“de-industrialization”.With endogeneity excluded,the conclusion still *** following policy suggestions are proposed:increasing the effective labor supply in the industrial sector to slow down the increase in wages,implementing social insurance premium reform to reduce social security premium rate,reversing the situation of investment“fl eeing from the real economy and into the virtual economy”in a multi-pronged manner,and optimizing the combination of labor,capital and technology in various ways.

The introduction of strict quarantine restrictions in many countries initiated a direction in science to study the behavioral characteristics of children and adolescents during the social isolation at the population *** present our observations during the two lockdowns in *** objective of this study was to determine:a)the level of light(LPA)and moderate-to-vigorous(MVPA)physical activity among school-age children,and b)the impact of the external and internal factors on their physical activity during the *** Physical Activity Questionnaire(GPAQ)as part of our questionnaire Q-RAPH was *** of 1091 children 6–18 years old(54%boys)filled Q-RAPH at two measurement points in 2020 and *** performing ANCOVA and logistic regression,we found a significant decrease in MVPA by 12.7%in 2021 compared to 2020(p<0.001)while LPA was about 1.5 h a day during both *** proportion of children who reach the recommended levels of MVPA also decreased by 13.7%in 2021(p<0.001).Factors negatively affecting the achievement of 60 min a day of MVPA were female gender,chronic diseases,overweight/obesity,non-participation in organized sports,and a decrease in the average air *** study evidences the insufficient level of preventive measures and requires an intensification of health education among the Ukrainian *** developing preventive measures,special attention should be paid to groups vulnerable to MVPA reduction as children who have chronic diseases and/or overweight/obesity as well as non-participation in sports.

On the basis of a description of the framework of China＇s urban and rural old-age security system and major security policies, this study examines the operation of the old-age security system currently in effect. From the point of view of setting up a system that would cover both urban and rural areas, we can see problems with the current system, including a development imbalance between urban and rural social security, wide gaps between different groups, the absence, fragmentation and artificial segmentation of the social security system, blurred government responsibility, etc. The paper goes on to propose establishing an old-age subsidy for urban and rural residents without income security, improving basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees in urban areas, reforming the superannuation schemes of government organizations and public institutions, and setting up rural oldage insurance.
