Influences of (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O co.tents on Three-Way Catalyst Performances

A series of catalysts with (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O co.tents range from 0 to 50% in co.ting and single-palladium loads on substrates were prepared to study effects of (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O co.tents on catalytic activities and durability by co.trasting the characteristics of light-off, A/F and catalytic co.versions of the fresh catalysts with that of the aged catalysts. The results show that (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O can enhance the catalysts light-off characteristics, widen A/F windows and increase catalytic co.versions at a certain extent through optimizing physical structural and chemical property of the mixed co.ting. However, (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O co.tents influence greatly on the catalysts activities and durability, and the catalysts with co.tents ranging from 10% to 30% exhibited better integrative properties in all samples, and 10% was the optical co.tent to make the catalyst performance highest in this thesis. It is indicated that an suitable co.tent of (Ce-Zr-La-Pr)O plays an important role in assisting catalysis, enhancing durability and increasing oxygen storage capability.

The catalysts with Rh loading on different cerium-zirco.ium mixed oxides were characterized by BET, H2-TPR and OSC. The effects of different cerium-zirco.ium mixed oxides on catalytic performance and thermal stability of Rh loaded catalyst were studied. The results show that: (1) Rh can enhance cerium-zirco.ium mixed oxides OSC and catalytic reaction rates; (2) cerium-zirco.ium mixed oxides with high Ce co.tents and low Zr co.tents are more favorable to the stability of catalysts. Moreover, the co.tents of CeO2 have important effect on catalysts characteristics, and the addition of some rare earth co.ponents, such as La, Pr and Nd also have some influences.

The gelation of crude oil with high wax and asphaltene co.tent at low temperatures often results in the block of transportation pipeline in Africa. In recent years, it was reported that surface hydrophobicmodified nanoparticles have important applications in crude oil flow modification. In this work, four kinds of co.e-shell hybride nanoparticles by grafting poly（octadecyl, doco.yl acrylate） and poly（acrylate-α-olefin） onto the surface of nano-sized SiO2were synthesized by grafting polymerization *** chemical structure of nanoparticles was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.y（FT-IR）,scanning electron microsco.y（SEM） and thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）. The rheological behaviors of crude oil and precipitation of asphaltenes in the presence of nanoparticles were studied by measuring the visco.e-temperature relationship curve, the cumulative wax precipitation amount, and morphology of waxes and asphaltenes. The results indicate that the doco.yl polyacrylate@SiO2nanoparticle（PDA@SiO2） can reduce the cumulative wax precipitation amount of crude oil by 72.8%, decline the visco.ity of crude oil by 85.6% at 20℃, reduce the average size of wax crystals by 89.7%, and inhibit the agglomeration of asphaltene by 74.8%. Therefore, the nanoparticles not only adjust the crystalline behaviors of waxes, but also inhibit the agglomeration of asphaltenes. Apparently, co.e-shell hybride nanoparticles provides more heterogeneous nucleation sites for the crystallization of wax molecules,thus inhibiting the formation of three-dimensional network structure. The co.e-shell polymer@SiO2hybride nanoparticles are one of promising additives for inhibiting crystallization of waxes and agglomeration of asphaltenes in crude oil.

This paper presents a design of 14-bit 80 Msample/s pipelined ADC implemented in 0.35μm CMOS. A charge-sharing co.rection is proposed to remove the signal-dependent charge-injection,together with a low-jitter clock circuit,guaranteeing the high dynamic performance for the ADC.A scheme of capacitor-switching and a symmetrical layout technique minimizes capacitor mismatch,ensuring the overall *** measured results show that the calibration-free ADC achieves an effective number of bits of 11.6-bit,spurious free dynamic range （SFDR） of 84.8 dB,signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio（SNDR） of 72 dB,differential nonlinearity of＋0.63/—0.6 LSB and integrated nonlinearity of＋ 1.3/-0.9 LSB at 36.7 MHz input and maintains over 75 dB SFDR and 59 dB SNDR up to 200 MHz.

The functions of rare earth metals in the automobile emission purification catalysts were reviewed, and it was clarified that with precious metals resources using up gradually emission regulations beco.ing more and more strict, rare earth metals will play more and more important roles in the high performance, and in low price automobile emission purification catalysts, they can not be substituted by other elements, for example, precious metals.

The advent of CRISPR-Cas has revolutionized precise gene editing. While pioneering CRISPR nucleases like Cas9 and Cas12 generate targeted DNA double-strand breaks(DSB) for knockout or homology-directed repair, next generation CRISPR technologies enable gene editing without DNA DSB. Base editors directly co.vert bases, prime editors make diverse alterations, and dead Cas-regulator fusions allow nuanced co.trol of gene expression, avoiding potentially risks like translocations. Meanwhile, the disco.ery of diminutive Cas12 orthologs and Obligate Mobile Element-Guided Activity(OMEGA) nucleases has overco.e cargo limitations of adeno-associated viral vectors, expanding prospects for in vivo therapeutic delivery. Here, we review the ever-evolving landscape of cutting-edge gene editing tools, focusing on miniature Cas12 orthologs and OMEGA effectors amenable to single AAV packaging. We also summarize CRISPR therapies delivered using AAV vectors, discuss challenges such as efficiency and specificity, and look to the future of this transformative field of in vivo gene editing enabled by AAV vectors delivery.

Background:A traditional Chinese medicine formula,Youdujing(YDJ)ointment,is widely used for treatment of human papilloma virus-related diseases,such as cervical ***,the underlying mechanisms by which active co.pounds of YDJ alleviates cervical cancer are still ***:We applied a co.prehensive network pharmaco.ogy approach to explore the key mechanisms of YDJ by integrating potential target identification,network analysis,and enrichment analysis into classical molecular docking ***,we used network and enrichment analyses to identify potential therapeutic ***,we performed molecular docking to investigate the potential active co.pounds of ***,we carried out a network-based analysis to unravel potentially effective drug ***:Network analysis yielded four potential therapeutic targets:ESRI,NFKB1,TNF,and *** docking highlighted that these proteins may interact with four potential active co.pounds of YDJ:E4,Y2,Y20,and ***,we found that Y2 or Y21 can act alone or together with E4 to trigger apoptotic cascades via the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway and estrogen ***:Our study not only explained why YDJ is effective for cervical cancer treatment,but also lays a strong foundation for future clinical studies based on this traditional medicine.

In recent decades, plant-derived feed additives have been widely investigated as antibiotic alternatives for use in animal health and production because they exert multiple biological functions and are less likely to induce resistance *** review summarizes the research history and classification of phytogenic feed additives and their main functions, potential modes of action, influencing factors, and potential negative effects. Further, we highlight the challenges in developing sustainable, safe, and affordable plant-derived antibiotic alternatives for use in livestock production.
