Extracellular matrix(ECM)is characterized as widespread,abundant,and *** ECM members,collagen is widely accepted as one of the most prominent components for its essential structural property that can provide a scaffold for other components of ECM and the rich biological functions,which has been extensively used in tissue *** evidence has shown that the balance of ECM degradation and remodeling is vital to regulations of maternal-fetal interface including menstrual cycling,decidualization,embryo implantation and pregnancy ***,disorders in these events may eventually lead to failure of *** the improvement of assisted conception and embryo culture technologies bring hope to many infertile couples,some unfavorable outcomes,such as recurrent implantation failure(RIF),recurrent pregnancy loss(RPL)or recurrent miscarriage(RM),keep troubling the clinicians and ***,in vitro three-dimensional(3D)model mimicking the microenvironment of the maternal-fetal interface is developed to investigate the physiological and pathological conditions of conception and *** progress of this technology is based on clarifying the role of ECM in the endometrium and the interaction between endometrium and *** on collagen,the present review summarized the degradation and regulation of ECM and its role in normal menstruation,endometrium receptivity and unsatisfying events occurring in infertility treatments,as well as the application in therapeutic approaches to improve pregnancy *** investigations about ECM focusing on the maternal-fetal interface interaction with mesenchymal stem cells or local immunoregulation may inspire new thoughts and advancements in the clinical application of infertility treatments.

The world-class Huize Pb-Zn deposits of Yunnan province,in southwestern China,located in the center of the sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou Pb-Zn polymetallic metallogenic province,has Pb＋Zn reserves of more than 5 million tons at Pb＋Zn grade of higher than 25%and contains abundant associated metals,such as Ag,Ge,Cd,and *** deposits are hosted in the Lower Carboniferous carbonate strata and the Permian Emeishan basalts which distributed in the northern and southwestern parts of the *** is the only gangue mineral in the primary ores of the deposits and can be classified into three types,namely lumpy,patch and vein calcites in accordance with their *** is not intercalated contact between calcite and ore minerals and among the three types of calcite,indicating that they are the same ore-forming age with different stages and its forming sequence is from lumpy to patch to vein calcites. This paper presents the rare earth element（REE） and C-O isotopic compositions of calcites in the Huize Pb-Zn *** lumpy to patch to vein calcites,REE contents decrease as LREE/ HREE ratios *** chondrite-normalized REE patterns of the three types of calcites are characterized by LREE-rich shaped,in which the lumpy calcite shows（La）_N〈（Ce）_N〈（Pr）_N≈（Nd）_N with Eu/Eu~＊〈1,the patch calcite has（La）_N〈（Ce）_N〈（Pr）_N≈（Nd）_N with Eu/Eu~＊〉1,and the vein calcite displays（La）_N〉（Ce）_N〉（Pr）_N〉（Nd）_N with Eu/Eu~＊〉*** REE geochemistry of the three types of calcite is different from those of the strata of various age and Permian Emeishan basalt exposed in the ***δ^（13） C_（PDb） andδ^（18）O_（Smow） values of the three types of calcites vary from-3.5‰to-2.1‰and 16.7‰to 18.6‰,respectively,falling within a small field between primary mantle and marine carbonate in theδ^（13）C_（PDb） vsδ^（18）O_（Smow） diagram. On August 8^(th), 2017, an Ms 7.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Jiuzhaigou County, northern sichuan Province, China. The Jiuzhaigou Valley World National Park was the most affected area due to the epicentre being located in the scenic area of the park. Understanding the distribution characteristics of landslides triggered by earthquakes to help protect the natural heritage sites in Jiuzhaigou Valley remains a scientific challenge. In this study, a relatively complete inventory of the coseismic landslides triggered by the earthquake was compiled through the interpretation of high-resolution images combined with a field investigation. The results indicate thatcoseismic landslides not only are concentrated in Rize Gulley, Danzu Gully and Zezhawa Gully in the study area but also occur in the front part of Shuzheng Gully along the road network(from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley to Heye Village). The landslides predominantly occur on the east-and southeastfacing slopes in the study area, which is a result of the integrated action of the valley direction and fault movement direction. The back-slope effect and the slope structure caused the difference in coseismic landslide distribution within the three gullies(Danzu Gully, Rize Gully, and Zezhawa Gully) near the inferred fault. In addition, the topographic position index was used to analyse the impact of microlandforms on earthquake-triggered landslides by considering the effect of the slope angle. The study results reveal a higher concentration of landslides in the slope position class of the middle slope(30°-50°) in Jiuzhaigou Valley. These findings can provide scientific guidance for the protection of natural heritage sites and post-disaster reconstruction in Jiuzhaigou Valley.

Study Objectives: To determine the association of excessive daytime sleepiness（EDS） with the conversion of neurodegenerative diseases in patients with idiopathic REM sleep behavior disorder（iRBD）.Methods: A total of 179 patients with iRBD（79.1% males,mean age = 66.3 ± 9.8 years） were consecutively ***-five patients with Epworth Sleepiness Scale score ≥14 were defined as having ***,clinical,and polysomnographic data were compared between iRBD patients with and without *** risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases was examined using Cox proportional hazards ***: After a mean follow-up of 5.8 years（SD = 4.3 years）,50（27.9%） patients developed neurodegenerative *** was a significantly higher proportion of conversion in patients with EDS compared to those without EDS（42.2 % vs.23.1%,p =.01）.EDS significantly predicted an increased risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases（adjusted hazard ratios [HR] = 2.56,95% confidence interval [CI] 1.37 to 4.77） after adjusting for age,sex,body mass index,current depression,obstructive sleep apnea,and periodic limb movements during *** analyses demonstrated that EDS predicted the conversion of Parkinson’s disease（PD）（adjusted HR = 3.55,95% CI 1.59 to 7.89） but not dementia（adjusted HR = 1.48,95% CI 0.44 to 4.97）.Conclusions: EDS is associated with an increased risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases,especially PD,in patients with *** findings suggest that EDS is a potential clinical biomarker of α-synucleinopathies in iRBD.

High-efficiency sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) are in great demand for energy storage applications,which are dominated by the Na+storage performance of electrode ***,a one-pot solvothermal method is developed to construct amorphous/crystalline MoO_(2)(a/c-MoO_(2)) homojunction for boosting Na+*** simulations signify that electrons redistribute at the homogenous interface of a/c-MoO_(2),resulting in an inbuilt driving force to easily adsorb charge carriers and promote the electron/ion transfer *** on its crystallographic superiorities,the a/c-MoO_(2)homojunction with high Na adsorbability(-1.61 eV) and low Na diffusion energy barrier(0.519 eV) achieves higher capacity(307 mA h g^(-1)at 0.1 A/g),better rate capability and cycling stability than either a-MoO_(2)or c-MoO_(2)*** in-situ X-ray diffraction(XRD) and ex-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)techniques,the ’adsorption-insertion-conversion’ mechanism is well established for Na+storage of MoO_(2).Our work opens new opportunities to optimize electrode materials via crystallographic engineering for efficient Na+storage,and helps to better understand the effects of homojunction structure in enhanced electrochemical performance.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of most common and deadliest ***(Cel),a natural product derived from the Tripterygium wilfordii plant,has been extensively researched for its potential effectiveness in fighting ***,its clinical application has been hindered by the unclear mechanism of ***,we used chemical proteomics to identify the direct targets of Cel and enhanced its targetability and antitumor capacity by developing a Cel-based liposomes in *** demonstrated that Cel selectively targets the voltage-dependent anion channel 2(VDAC2).Cel directly binds to the cysteine residues of VDAC2,and induces cytochrome C release via dysregulating VDAC2-mediated mitochondrial permeability transition pore(mPTP)*** further found that Cel induces ROS-mediated ferroptosis and apoptosis in HCC ***,coencapsulation of Cel into alkyl glucoside-modified liposomes(AGCL)improved its antitumor efficacy and minimized its side *** has been shown to effectively suppress the proliferation of tumor *** a xenograft nude mice experiment,AGCL significantly inhibited tumor growth and promoted *** findings reveal that Cel directly targets VDAC2 to induce mitochondria-dependent cell death,while the Cel liposomes enhance its targetability and reduces side ***,Cel shows promise as a therapeutic agent for HCC.

The hilly area of Southwest China is a typical rice production area which is limited by seasonal droughts and low temperature in the early rice growth period.A field experiment was conducted on three typical paddy fields(low-lying paddy field,medium-elevation paddy field,and upland paddy field)in this ***(N)treatment(180 kg N ha-1 year-1)was compared to a control treatment(0 kg N ha-1 year-1)to evaluate the effects of integrated rice management(IRM)on rice growth,grain yield,and N *** rice management integrated raised beds containing plastic mulch,furrow irrigation,and triangular *** comparison to traditional rice management(TRM),IRM promoted rice tiller development,with 7–13 more tillers per cluster at the maximum tillering stage and 1–6 more tillers per cluster at the end of tillering *** rice management significantly increased the rice aboveground biomass by 34.4%–109.0%in different growth periods and the aboveground N uptake by 25.3%–159.0%.Number of productive tillers significantly increased by 33.0%,resulting in a 33.0%increase in grain yield and 8.0%improvement of N use efficiency(NUE).Grain yields were significantly increased in all three paddy fields assessed,with IRM being the most important factor for grain yield and productive tiller *** of paddy field type and N level on N uptake by aboveground plants were reflected in the rice reproductive growth period,with the effects of IRM more striking due to the dry climate *** conclusion,IRM simultaneously improved rice yield and NUE,presenting a valuable rice management technique in the paddy fields assessed.
