Ecological Suitability Assessment and Introduction Experiment on Rosa damascena trigintipetala in sichuan Province, China

This study comprehensively considered the climate, soil, terrain, and land-use type conditions suitable for Rosa damascena trigintipetala and further established an ecological suitability evaluation model of R. damascena triginffpetala in sichuan Province, China, based on geographic information systems （GIS） and Agro-Ecological Zone （AEZ） models; then we assessed the different ecological suitability grades for this species in sichuan Province of China and summarized the suitable land areas and spatial distribution pattern for R. damascena trigintipetala. The results show that the suitable areas （which contain highly suitable, generally suitable, and critically suitable areas） for R. damascena trigintipetala are 307.268×lO4 hm^2, which accounts for 6.34% of the total provincial area. Results also indicate that shrub land and open forest land are the major land-use types suitable for R. damascena trigintipetala, with the suitable areas of 303.162×lO4 hm2 （6.25% of the total provincial area）. An introduction test was conducted in one of the suitable areas, Xichang City, which demonstrated that R. damascena trigintipetala grows well at theexperimental sites. The quality of rose oil extracted from R. damascena trigintipetala planted in Xichang meets the Bulgaria Rose Oil Standard, thus verifying the accuracy and reliability of the ecological suitability assessment results.

The only major breakthrough in the exploration of the Sinian of the sichuan Basin has been the Weiyuan gas field. Taking the typical structures in the sichuan Basin as examples, an apatite fission track simulation was applied to constrain the thermal evolutionary history of the source rocks in this study. Combined with trap formation and evolution, the formation, destruction, and accumulation history of the Sinian reservoirs were analyzed from a dynamic perspective. The Sinian reservoirs underwent several primary stages： the paleo-reservoir formation and destruction in the late Silurian, hydrocarbon recharge in the Permian-Triassic, the cracking of oil to gas and dissolved-gas in the late Triassic-Mid-Late Jurassic, and the exsolution and accumulation of dissolved-gas as a result of episodic uplift since the Late Cretaceous. The exsolution process of dissolved-gas is of great significance to the accumulation of natural gas. The formation of the Weiyuan gas field is also related to this process. The Sinian in the sichuan Basin has a broad exploration prospect, and exploration targets focused on the Leshan-Longnüsi Paleo-uplift tectonic zone with weak influences on potential hydrocarbon reservoirs from the late tectonism and transformation.

In recent years,taxonomic research of the genus Diploderma has made great progress,but there are still areas lacking relevant *** 2020-2021,we carried out survey of reptile diversity in and around the Shaluli Mountains and collected some specimens of *** which,based on systematics inferred from mitochondrial ND2 gene sequence and morphological data,three new species were recognized:Diploderma daochengense *** the Shuiluo River and Muli River valleys in southeastern Daocheng County,*** *** the upper-middle valleys of the Yalong River in Xinlong County,and *** *** the Yalong River middle valley and Liqiu River ***,these three new species formed three monophyletic lineages with strongly supported and nested into the subclade I of the Bayesian and Maximum Likelihood *** uncorrected mean genetic distance between these new species and their closely related species was 4.3%(*** ***),3.4%(*** ***)and 5.5%(*** ***),higher than many pairs of species of *** respect to the morphology,*** *** be easily diagnosed from *** byhaving smoothupper edge of the dorsolateral stripes,cyan or dark olive green to yellow gular spots inbothsexes and light yelloworwhite ventrolateral body in males;*** *** be easily diagnosed from *** by having cyan gular spot in both sexes;*** *** be easily diagnosed from *** by having more T4S 20-25(average 23),more F4S 16-20(average 17)and yellow to light yellow ventrolateral body,yellow gular spot present in *** date,the number of species of the genus Diploderma has increased to 40,of which 37 species have been known in China.

Synthesis of dimeric estradiol enzyme model containing imidazolyl and study on its catalytic efficiency in hydrolysis of carboxylates and phosphates

Dimeric estradiol enzyme model (2) was synthesized by etherification of 2,4-bis(N-imidazolylmethyl)-17β-estradiol (1) with 1,3-dibromopropane in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3. Hydrolysis of carboxylates and phosphates catalyzed by the model showed Michaelis-Menten kinetic behavior. Hydrophobic interaction between the model and ester accelerates the hydrolysis markedly, rate enhancement of up to 65 and 285 fold, relative to imidazole, is observed.

Complex patterns of precipitation and extreme events during 1951-2011 in sichuan Basin, Southwestern China

sichuan Basin is located in southwestern China and affected by a complex water vapor （WV） sources. Here, the spatial and temporal patterns of precipitation and extreme events are investigated by six indices of World Meteorology Organization Commission, including annual precipitation total （AP）, maximum daily precipitation （Maxld）, intensity of rainfall over 1 mm/d （IR1）, maximum and mean consecutive dry days （Max CDD, Mean CDD） and coefficient of variance. Based on 24 daily precipitation time series from 1951 to 2o11, Mann-Kendall test is employed to quantify the significant level of these indices, from which the classification of precipitation change and its spatial patterns are obtained. Meanwhile, the probability distributions of these indices are identified by L-moment analysis and the Goodness-of-fit test, and the corresponding values are calculated by theoretical model at different return periods. The results reveal that the western basin displays normal drought： less AP and precipitation intensity while longer drought. The southern basin shows normal increase： larger AP and precipitation intensity but shorter CDD. However, in hilly region of the central basin and the transition zone between basin and mountains, precipitation changes abnormally： increasing both drought （one or both of Mean CDD and MaxCDD） and precipitation intensity （one or both of Maxld and trend of AP is. Probability IR1） no matter what the distribution models also demonstrate the complex patterns： a negative correlation between Maxld and Max CDD in the west （R2≥0.61） while a positive correlation in the east （R2≥0.41） at all return periods. These patterns are induced by the changes in WV sources and the layout of local terrain. The increase of WV in summer and decrease in spring leads to the heavier rainfall and longer drought respectively. Supported manganese oxide catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method for methane catalytic combustion, and effects of the support （Al2O3, SiO2 and TiO2） and Mn loading were investigated. These catalysts were characterized with N2 adsorption, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and temperature-programmed reduction techniques. Methane conversion varied in a large range depending on supports or Mn loading. Al2O3 supported 15% Mn catalyst exhibited better activity toward methane catalytic oxidation. The community is a necessary environment with the help of which people with mental disorders can be rehabilitated and can return to *** WHO(World Health Organization)advocates that mental health services should be available at the grassroots level and be integrated systematically into the primary healthcare(PHC)system[1].The WHO's Comprehensive Mental Health Action Plan 2013-2020 also sets one of the four objectives in community-based settings:the provisi on of comprehe nsive,in tegrated mental health and social care services[2].According to the WHO's Project Atlas,published in 2001,community care facilities for mental health exist in 63.4%of countries(n=183),covering 79.9%of the world's population[3].Specialists and researchers in numerous countries have recognized and affirmed the effectiveness of community-based management for mental disorders[4,5] associated with the reform[6,7].
