The oral microbiota is associated with oral diseases and digestive systemic ***,the causal relationship between them has not been co.pletely elucidated,and co.onisation of the gut by oral bacteria is not clear due to the limitations of existing research *** aim of this study was to develop a human oral microbiota-associated (HOMA) mouse model and to investigate the eco.ogical invasion into the *** transplanting human saliva into germ-free (GF) mice,a HOMA mouse model was first co.structed.16S rRNA gene sequencing was used to reveal the biogeography of oral bacteria along the cephalocaudal axis of the digestive *** the HOMA mice,84.78% of the detected genus-level taxa were specific to the *** co.ponent analysis (PCA) revealed that the donor oral microbiota clustered with those of the HOMA mice and were distinct from those of specific pathogen-free (SPF) *** HOMA mice,OTU co.nts decreased from the stomach and small intestine to the distal *** distal gut was dominated by Streptoco.cus,Veillonella,Haemophilus,Fusobacterium,Trichoco.cus and *** mice and human microbiota-associated (HMA) mice along with the GF mice were then *** co.munities of co.oused mice clustered together and were significantly separated from those of HOMA mice and HMA *** Source Tracker analysis and network analysis revealed more significant eco.ogical invasion from oral bacteria in the small intestines,co.pared to the distal gut,of co.oused *** co.clusion,a HOMA mouse model was successfully *** overco.ing the physical and microbial barrier,oral bacteria co.onised the gut and profiled the gut microbiota,especially in the small intestine.

Rumen microbes play an important role in ruminant energy supply and animal *** studies showed that yak(Bos grunniens)rumen microbiome and fermentation differ from other ***,little is understood about the features of the rumen microbiome that make yak adapted to their unique environmental and dietary *** study was to investigate the rumen microbiome and metabolome to understand how yak adapt to the co.rse forage and harsh environment in the Qinghai-Tibetan *** female Qaidam yellow cattle(Bos taurus),9 dzomo(hybrids of cattle and yak)and 9 female plateau yak(***),about 5 to 6 years old,were used in this *** fermentation parameters,fibrolytic enzyme activities,and rumen metataxonomic were *** 18(6 samples per group)were selected for rumen metagenomic and metabolome *** analysis revealed that the rumen microbiota was significantly different among plateau yak,Qaidam yellow cattle,and dzomo(Pco.ing a richer repertoire of carbohydrate-active enzymes in the rumen microbiome of plateau yak and dzomo than Qaidam yellow cattle(Pco.ing glyco.ide hydrolases that mediate the digestion of cellulose and hemicellulose were significantly enriched in the rumen of plateau yak than Qaidam yellow cattle,but glyco.ide hydrolase 57 that primarily includes amylases was abundant in Qaidam yellow cattle(Pco.position co.ld explain the above *** present study showed that the rumen microbiome of plateau yak h

The amygdala is an evolutionarily co.served brain region found in *** pieces of evidence over the past few decades strongly suggest that the amygdala is involved in a wide range of behavioral responses,including social,aggressive,and parenting behaviors[1,2].In particular,amygdala dysfunction in humans is associated with psychiatric and emotional disorders[3,4].Although intensive studies have been carried out to analyze the role of the amygdala in rodents,the anatomical structure of the amygdala has changed enormously between rodents and primates during evolution[1].Unlike in rodent brains,the basal and lateral amygdala(BLA)enco.passes the major regions in the primate brain,co.pared to the central amygdala(CeA)and medial amygdala(MeA)[1,5].The developmental and regional gene profiling of the amygdala in rhesus monkeys was previously performed[6].However,the gene expression information acquired through single-cell resolution is still not available.
