Knowledge Management （KM） is the next stage in the evolution of organizational transformation strategies. Total Quality Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Learning practices are the ingredients of knowledge management to strategize the organizational learning. Efforts to implement these strategies brought about the realization that a knowledge perspective is a requirement for competing in the challenging environment. Knowledge management may have different meaning depending on whether the perspective is coming from Operations, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or finance. Knowledge management efforts typically focus on organizational vision such as improved performance, competitive advantage, innovations, sharing of learned lessons ＆ continuous learning resulting in sustaining of organizational effectiveness. There can be a distinguished focus on the management of knowledge as a strategic asset and a focus on encouraging the sharing of knowledge. KM efforts can help individuals and groups to share valuable organizational insights, to reduce redundant work, to avoid reinventing the wheel, to reduce training time for new employees, to retain intellectual capital as employees turnover in an organization, and to adapt to changing environments and markets （McAdam ＆ McCreedy 2000）（Thompson ＆ Walsham 2004）. This paper is an attempt to study the drivers of knowledge management as motivation. As knowledge management programs can often lead to greater innovation, better customer experiences, consistency in good practices, knowledge access across a global organization, and other organizational benefits.

Climate change and financing adaptation by farmers in northern Nigeria

This paper examines farmers’perceptions of their exposure to climate change in rural northern *** also examines whether there is a significant relationship between the exposure of farmers to climate change and their need for financial access as an adaptation *** were administered to 320 respondents in rural communities in northern *** analysis shows that rural farmers are affected by climate change through increased temperature,prolonged dry seasons,floods,and drought,which lead to low harvest and,in turn,low *** estimate from a non-parametric test also shows a significant relationship between farmers’perceived exposure to climate change and their need for *** the Spearman correlation results show a 63%association between exposure to climate change and the need for finance,96%of those seeking credit to mitigate these impacts would be unable to do so due to financial *** paper recommends that the Central Bank of Nigeria should ensure that microfinance institutions refocus their products/services to those who need them the most in order to enhance access to financial resources and enable farmers to build resilience that will maximize post-harvest ***,considering that climate change is a global phenomenon with local effects,perhaps the international community could support lending to smallholder farmers through central banks by insuring the loans that banks give to farmers towards financing climate change adaptation strategies.

本文检验中国资本市场融资融券制度所施加的股票卖空压力对企业高管在职消费的影响。以2007-2014年中国上市公司财务数据为样本,基于自然实验框架的双重差分模型进行检验,结果发现,允许卖空的上市公司,其高管在职消费水平与不能卖空的上市公司相比显著降低;进一步的研究则发现,股票卖空压力是通过缓解信息不对称程度和减少委托代理问题来抑制高管的在职消费。本文实证结果说明股票卖空对高管在职消费来说是一种潜在的外部治理机制。

This study aimed to establish the core and functional competency model for the health care consultants,taking nine health care consultants from a health care center affiliated to a teaching hospital in Taiwan as the study *** study was conducted through three ***,it conducted behavior event interview to sort out the functional competency model for each group type,so as to understand the functional competencies of each functional ***,constructing the competency scale by questionnaire survey method aimed to verify the importance of the functional ***,the common competencies were found out based on the functional model of each group type,and the organizational vision was taken into account to analyze the core *** results of the study summarized nine core competencies and 7 functional competency items of the reporting group,1 functional competency item of the consulting room group,6 functional competency items of the endoscope group,2 functional competency items of the reception group and 5 functional competency items of the guiding group leader group and proposed suggestions for future practice.

The organization of 2009 Beijing Olympic Games and the World Expo 2010 shanghai has contributed to the rapid economic growth of *** to the economic data released by National Bureau of Statistics in 2011,China’s GDP in 2010 showed that China has become the world’s second largest economy in *** gained an increasingly important role in the global economy,China’s increasingly close ties to the world have formed relative threats to Taiwan and Southeast Asian *** relocation of Taiwan manufacturing companies has further evolved into the necessary trend in international competition of "creating a self-brand." Due to the parallelism of social and economic system and industry standards between Taiwan and Western countries,the "financial crisis" triggered by the US subprime mortgage crisis leading to the merger integration among Tier1 manufacturers has already brought dramatic impacts on the mass production models of Taiwan’s SME conventional *** the implementation of case study in "Conventional Industry Technology Development" from Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs （Project No.:S09800053-099） and at the economic reversal,the paper proposes a design method for R＆D quality enhancement planning for the case manufacturers of exploration,presenting how "OEM," "ODM" or even "OBM" plays a role on the different stages of evolution,followed by implementing the plans and design of establishing self-brands after enhancing the design *** study will provide a detailed description on the innovative brand development model of industrial restructuring for manufacturing and one of the important reference models for strengthening the competitiveness of industry.

The purpose of this paper is to study users’ acceptance of the Key Performance Indicator Monitoring System （KPI-MS） developed using PHP 5.2 as the scripting language and MySQL Community Server 5.0 as the databases management *** acceptance of KPI-MS system is in terms of its perceived usefulness and perceived ease of *** data for the study was collected using a survey instrument which was modified from Davis’s study on Technology Acceptance Model （TAM）.A total of 78 participants from all the schools and centres in one of the public universities in West Malaysia participated in this *** instrument was validated by three experts in the related field and scored the reliability with Cronbach alpha value of 0.955.A descriptive analysis was conducted to indicate the mean scores of KPI-MS rated by the *** findings showed that the users rated KPI-MS as very useful in monitoring KPI performance of their schools or *** conclusion,the KPI-MS system is accepted by the users in terms of perceive usefulness and perceive ease of use on the system.
