Distribution of nonmetallic inclusions in molten steel under hot-top pulsed magneto-oscillation treatment

To control the distribution of nonmetallic inclusions in molten developed method, hot-top pulsed magneto-oscillation （HPMO）, steel is of highly commercial importance. A newly was employed to control nonmetallic inclusions in a medium-carbon steel ingot. The experimental results present that the position of nonmetallic inclusions of spinel （Al-Mg-O） and Mn-S inclusions is significantly influenced by HPMO. The number of nonmetallic inclusions gradually increased from the lateral wall to the center of ingot along the radial direction under the impact of HPMO treatment, whereas this distribution trend cannot be observed in the reference sample without HPMO treatment. In addition, the number of inclusions along vertical direction is proportional to the height of ingot, especially for the inclusions with the size of larger than 10 pro. It indicates that the application of HPMO can push away inclusions from lateral to center, and then the expelled inclusions aggregate and rise up to the top of ingot.

通过靶向酸性肿瘤微环境（TME）的MR纳米探针为体内癌症成像提供了巨大潜力.然而,其成像精准性受肿瘤部位延迟响应及不可控的背景噪声限制.在此研究中,我们构建了一种酸性微环境响应纳米探针SPIO@ZIF-8@Gd（SZG）,该探针可快速响应于肿瘤酸性微环境变化,具有T1-T2双激活效应.其在生理条件下T1和T2信号对比度降低,而靶向TME,沸石咪唑酯骨架-8（ZIF-8）层将快速分解,释放Gd3+（T1WI）,并暴露SPIO核心（T2WI）,从而实现T1和T2双激活效应.与之前报道的T1-T2双响应纳米探针相比, SZG纳米探针在酸性条件下30分钟可呈现出显著的“双激活”效应, 4小时后达到激活峰值.此外,其弛豫时间与pH值间具有良好的相关性.当SZG纳米探针与“双对比增强减影（DESI）”联合使用,可将正常组织与病变组织间的对比度差异提高10倍,这显著高于传统的T1/T2单模对比剂.总体而言,以上研究结果显示通过抑制背景噪声的T1-T2双激活成像策略,为精准肿瘤恶性程度鉴别、早期检测和准确分级提供了新思路.

A hallmark of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is the breaking of B-cell tolerance with the generation of high-affinity autoantibodies;however,the antibody-independent features of the B-cell compartment in SLE are less *** this study,we performed an extensive examination of B-cell subsets and their proinflammatory properties in a Chinese cohort of new-onset SLE *** observed that SLE patients exhibited an increased frequency of transitional B cells compared with healthy donors and rheumatoid arthritis *** from SLE patients potently promoted the survival of transitional B cells in a type I IFN-dependent manner,which can be recapitulated by direct IFN-α***,the effect of IFN-αon enhanced survival of transitional B cells was associated with NF-κB pathway activation and reduced expression of the pro-apoptotic molecule *** B cells from SLE patients harbored a higher capacity to produce proinflammatory cytokine IL-6,which was also linked to the overactivated type I IFN *** addition,the frequency of IL-6-producing transitional B cells was positively correlated with disease activity in SLE patients,and these cells were significantly reduced after short-term standard ***,the current study provides a direct link between type I IFN pathway overactivation and the abnormally high frequency and proinflammatory properties of transitional B cells in active SLE patients,which contributes to the understanding of the roles of type I IFNs and B cells in the pathogenesis of SLE.

Analysis and Experimental Study on the Friction Force at the Binding Point of Flexible Cable on Satellite

Mainly for the problem that the friction force generated by the existing process of bind-ing,fixing and fastening the flexible cable on the satellite is unknown,the friction force analysis and experimental research on the binding point of the flexible cable are carried *** equivalent model of the cable bundle bound by nylon cable ties is established,the force on the binding point is analyzed,and the empirical formula for calculating the friction force at the binding point is *** formula shows that the friction force is related to the cable bundle diameter,the number of winding cycles of silicone rubber tape,the width of nylon cable ties,and the binding *** friction force tests of the cable diameter of 5.06 mm,8.02 mm,24.02 mm,38.04 mm under different winding turns of tape were carried out,which was compared with the theoretical calculation *** is concluded that the calculation accuracy of the theoretical model is more than 95%,which can estimate the actual friction force value *** provides a reference and basis for the theoretical and experimental research on the friction force of the flexible cable binding point on satellite.

The equations of motion governing the quasi-static and dynamical behavior of a viscoelastic Timoshenko beam are derived. The viscoelastic material is assumed to obey a three-dimensional fractional derivative constitutive relation. ne quasi-static behavior of the viscoelastic Timoshenko beam under step loading is analyzed and the analytical solution is obtained. The influence of material parameters on the deflection is investigated. The dynamical response of the viscoelastic Timoshenko beam subjected to a periodic excitation is studied by means of mode shape functions. And the effect of both transverse shear and rotational inertia on the vibration of the beam is discussed.

Axial gas-liquid separators have been adopted in fission gas removal systems for the development of thorium molten salt reactors. In our previous study, we observed an unsteady flow phenomenon in which the flow pattern is directly dependent on the backpressure in a gas-liquid separator; however, the underlying flow mechanism is still unknown. In order to move a step further in clarifying how the flow pattern evolves with a variation in backpressure, a large eddy simulation(LES) was adopted to study the flow field evolution. In the simulation, an artificial boundary was applied at the separator outlet under the assumption that the backpressure increases linearly. The numerical results indicate that the unsteady flow feature is captured by the LES approach, and the flow transition is mainly due to the axial velocity profile redistribution induced by the backpressure variation. With the increase in backpressure,the axial velocity near the downstream orifice transits from negative to positive. This change in the axial velocity sign forces the unstable spiral vortex to become a stable rectilinear vortex.

In order to mitigate global warming,the international communities actively explore low-carbon and green development *** to the Paris Agreement that came into effect in 2016,there will be a global stocktaking plan to carry out every 5 years from 2023 *** September 2020,China proposed a"double carbon"target of carbon peaking before 2030 and carbon neutrality before *** carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals requires accurate carbon emissions and carbon ***’s existing carbon monitoring methods have insufficient detection accuracy,low spatial resolution,and narrow swath,which are difficult to meet the monitoring requirement of carbon sources and sinks *** order to meet the needs of carbon stocktaking and support the monitoring and supervision of carbon sources and sinks,it is recommended to make full use of the foundation of the existing satellites,improve the detection technical specifications of carbon sources and sinks monitoring measures,and build a multi-means and comprehensive,LEO-GEO orbit carbon monitoring satellite system to achieve higher precision,higher resolution and multi-dimensional carbon *** this basis,it is recommended to strengthen international cooperation,improve data sharing policy,actively participate in the development of carbon retrieval algorithm and the setting of international carbon monitoring standards,establish an independent and controllable global carbon monitoring and evaluation system,and contribute China’s strength to the global realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
