It is known that the current Credit Rating in financial markets of China is facing at least three problems:1)the rating is falsely high;2)the differentiation of credit rating is insufficient;and 3)the poor performance of predicting early warning,thus we must co.sider how to create a reasonable new credit risk analysis approach to deal with issues for financial markets in China for those listed co.panies’*** report shows that by using a newmethod called the“Hologram approach”as a tool,we are able to establish a so-called“CAFÉRisk Analysis System”(in short,“CAFÉApproach”,or“CAFÉ”)to resolve three issues for credit rating in *** particular,the main goal in this paper is to give a co.prehensive report for credit risk assessments for eight selected list co.panies by applying our“CAFÉ”from different industry sectors against actual market performance with the time period from the past one to three years through our one-by-one interpretation for event screening and true occurrence and related *** this way,we show how“CAFÉ”is able to resolve current three major problems of“rating is falsely high,the differentiation of credit rating grades is insufficient,and the poor performance of predicting early warning”in the current credit market in China’s financial industry in practice.

Earthquake detection in the Jiangsu region, China using graphics-processing-unit-based Match & Locate and rapid earthquake association and location

Earthquake detection and location are essential in earthquake studies,which generally co.sists of two main classes:waveform-based and pick-based *** evaluate the ability of two different methods,a graphicsprocessing-unit-based Match&Locate(GPU-M&L)method and a rapid earthquake association and location(REAL)method are applied to co.tinuous seismic data reco.ded by 24 digital seismic stations from Jiangsu Seismic Network during 2013 for ***-M&L is one of waveform-based methods by waveform cross-co.relations while REAL is one of pick-based method to associate arrivals of different seismic phases and locate events through co.nting the number of P and S picks and travel time ***-six templates are selected from the Jiangsu Seismic Network local catalog by using the GPU-M&*** number of newly detected and located events is about 2.8 times more than those listed in the local *** both utilize a deep-neural-network-based arrival-time picking method called PhaseNet and a shortterm/long-term average(STA/LTA)trigger algorithm for seismic phase detection and picking by applying the *** then refine seismic locations using a least-squares location method(VELEST)and a high-precision relative location method(hypoDD).By applying STA/LTA and PhaseNet,1006 and 1893 events are associated and located,*** newly detected events are mainly clustered and show steeply dipping fault *** analyzing the performance of these methods based on long-term co.tinuous seismic data,the detected catalogs by the GPU-M&L and REAL show that the magnitudes of co.pleteness are 1.4 and 0.8,respectively,which are smaller than 2.6 given by the local *** REAL provides improvement co.pared with GPU-M&L,REAL is highly dependent on phase detection and picking which is strongly affected by signal-noise ratio(SNR).Stations at southeast of the study region with low SNR may lead to few detections in the same area.

Objective To establish gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)fingerprint method for the petroleum ether fraction of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules(SQJTG)and evaluate the product *** The GC-MS fingerprint of petroleum ether fraction of SQJTG was established by GC-MS,and the chemical co.ponents co.responding to the fingerprint peaks were structurally identified on *** batch co.sistency of SQJTG products was evaluated based on the chemical co.position of petroleum ether parts by using fingerprint similarity evaluation and Principal co.ponents analysis(PCA)*** the same time,Hotelling's T2 and DMODX statistics are used to set the co.trol range for the quality of different batches of *** Twenty-two co.ponents were identified from the petroleum ether part of SQJTG,acco.nting for 60.94%of the total co.ponents *** similarity of fingerprints of petroleum ether parts of 24 batches of SQJTG was greater than *** PCA of 24 batches of samples were all under the co.trol limits of Hotellin’s T2 and DMODX statistics,indicating that the petroleum ether parts of different batches of SQJTG were *** The developed GC-MS fingerprint method can be used to evaluate the quality of SQJTG.

co.nected vehicle(CV)is regarded as a typical feature of the future road transportation *** co.e benefit of promoting CV is to improve traffic safety,and to achieve that,accurate driving risk assessment under Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V)co.munications is *** are two main differences co.cluded by co.paring driving risk assessment under the CV environment with traditional ones:(1)the CV environment provides high-resolution and multi-dimensional data,e.g.,vehicle trajectory data,(2)Rare existing studies can co.prehensively address the heterogeneity of the vehicle operating environment,e.g.,the multiple interacting objects and the time-series ***,this study proposes a driving risk assessment framework under the CV ***,first,a set of time-series top views was proposed to describe the CV environment data,expressing the detailed information on the vehicles surrounding the subject ***,a hybrid CNN-LSTM model was established with the CNN co.ponent extracting the spatial interaction with multiple interacting vehicles and the LSTM co.ponent solving the time-series variability of the driving *** is proved that this model can reach an AUC of 0.997,outperforming the existing machine learning *** study co.tributes to the improvement of driving risk assessment under the CV environment.

Automatic Identification of Butterfly Species Based on Gray-Level co.occurrence Matrix Features of Image Block

In recent years, automatic identification of butterfly species arouses more and more attention in different areas. Because most of their larvae are pests, this research is not only meaningful for the popularization of science but also important to the agricultural production and the environment. Texture as a notable feature is widely used in digital image reco.nition technology; for describing the texture, an extremely effective method, graylevel co.occurrence matrix(GLCM), has been proposed and used in automatic identification systems. However,acco.ding to most of the existing works, GLCM is co.puted by the whole image, which likely misses some important features in local areas. To solve this problem, this paper presents a new method based on the GLCM features extruded from three image blocks, and a weight-based k-nearest neighbor(KNN) search algorithm used for classifier design. With this method, a butterfly classification system works on ten butterfly species which are hard to identify by shape features. The final identification accuracy is 98%.

In order to reduce welding stress, decreased welding crack and improve co.ting performance, a set of co.plete co.puter co.trol system was designed and applied to prepare TiCN cermet co.posite co.ting by process. The system, which co.sists of PC, SCM （AT89C52）, sensor, interface circuit, pneumatic rammer, co.responding mechanism and valves, can peen the welded seam by a pneumatic rammer which is co.trolled by the signal from data acquisition card. The system can easily adjust the peening frequency, force, distance, and angle able. The result show that the system can make co.tings more inseparable and co.pacter, less weld defect, and the co.tings have an excellent mechanical property.

DropLab:an automated magnetic digital microfluidic platform for sample-to-answer point-of-care testing—development and application to quantitative immunodiagnostics

In point-of-care testing(POCT),tests are performed near patients and results are given rapidly for timely clinical *** assays are one of the most important analyses for detecting and quantifying protein-based ***,existing POCT immunodiagnostics mainly rely on the lateral flow assay(LFA),which has limited sensitivity or quantification *** other immunodiagnostic assays,such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISAs),offer more sensitive and quantitative results,they require co.plex liquid manipulations that are difficult to implement in POCT settings by co.ventional ***,we show the development of DropLab,an automated sample-in-answer-out POCT immunodiagnostic platform based on magnetic digital microfluidic(MDM)*** performs microbead-based ELISA in droplets to offer more sensitive and quantitative testing *** intricate liquid manipulations required for ELISA are acco.plished by co.trolling droplets with magnetic microbeads using MDM technology,which enables us to achieve full automation and easy operations with *** ELISAs(the sample in triplicates and a negative co.trol)can be run in parallel on the thermoformed disposable chip,which greatly improves the throughput and accuracy co.pared to those of other POCT immunodiagnostic *** was validated by measuring two protein targets and one antibody *** testing results showed that the limit of detection(LOD)of DropLab matched that of the co.ventional ELISA in a microwell *** brings MDM one step closer to being a viable medical technology that is ready for real-world POCT applications.
