Origin and evolution of false brinelling and fretting co.rosion under rolling co.ditions

Rolling bearings working in oscillating applications often suffer from false brinelling and fretting co.rosion that limit their service *** present,the study of oscillation-induced failures is primarily dominated by a large number of sliding and bench ***,most of the previous work are not able to fully describe the two closely related but different failure *** this study,the origin and evolution of the two failures are thoroughly investigated under strictly co.trolled oscillating rolling *** results show that failure evolves from false brinelling to fretting co.rosion under dry friction co.ditions regardless of the oscillation *** process is acco.panied by a large area peeling and serious oxidation,and the oxygen co.tent increases from 2.50 wt%to 21.22 wt%.Oxidation is a crucial factor in the evolution of false brinelling into fretting ***,the distribution of microwear and oxygen co.tent depend on the oscillation *** lubrication co.ditions,the friction co.fficient(co.)is smaller in the initial stage and led to local slip or transient instability of rolling ***,the size of the wear marks and co. increased and appeared to be larger than those under a dry friction ***,grease can separate the co.tact surfaces,only surface deformation owing to false brinelling and slight damage at the roughness level *** evolution of false brinelling and fretting co.rosion is also closely related to residual *** brinelling often occurrs with residual stress acco.ulation,meanwhile,the residual stress increases from 120 to 300 *** peeling occurs,residual stress is *** failure pattern transformed from false brinelling to fretting co.rosion and is acco.panied by *** far,none of investigation is able to show satisfactory evolution of oscillating-induced failures,this study may co.tribute to more scientific understanding of rolling bearings against long-

In this work,the underlying mechanism responsible for the near-linear elastic deformation behavior of a dual-phase Ti-Nb alloy co.sisting of β and α'' phase with large reco.erable strain was systematically *** on in situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction(SXRD)analyses,it was found that besides intrinsic elastic deformation,a slight reversible β-α'' stress-induced martensitic(SIM)transformation,which proceeded in a co.secutive mode under the retarding effect of micro-defects,took place during the near-linear elastic *** unloading,a small amount of residual macrosco.ic strain remained in the specimen due to the inco.plete reverse α''→β transformation on *** high near-linear elastic deformability of the co.d drawing(CD)Ti-Nb alloy has been revealed to be attributed to the co.pling actions of intrinsic elasticity as well as the co.secutive and reversible β-α'' SIM *** research may co.tribute to a new avenue for the design and development of novel dual-phase Ti-based alloys with desirable elastic deformability.

Low-temperature,ambient processing of high-quality CsPbBr3films is demanded for scalable production of efficient,low-co.t carbon-electrode perovskite solar cells（PSCs）.Herein,we demonstrate a crystal orientation engineering strategy of PbBr2precursor film to accelerate its reaction with CsBr precursor during two-step sequential deposition of CsPbBr3films.

Revealing effect of Al co.tent on oxidation of novel co.Cr-Nb-W carbide-strengthened superalloy

The high-temperature oxidation behavior of novel co.Cr-Nb-W carbide-strengthened wear-resistance alloys with different Al co.tents（1wt%, 2wt% and 3wt%）at 950, 1000 and 1050 °C was thoroughly investigated by scanning electron microsco.y, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y and field emission electron probe analyzer. The porous property of Nb C in-situ oxidation products（Nb2O5, co.Nb2O6and co.Nb2O9） induces a multi-layered oxide scale with micropores and ***-Cr-Nb-W alloy with 1 wt% Al undergoes catastrophic oxidation and spalling above 1000 °C. The outward transportation of Cr and co.is effectively restrained by a co.tinuous Al2O3scale formed around Nb C in-situ oxidation region when Al co.tent reaches 3 wt%. The β-co.Al in co.Cr-Nb-W alloy with 3 wt% Al has an oxidation priority over eutectic carbides and the alloy matrix which are both enriched with Cr, thereby preventing the formation of Cr-depletion area and improving the self-healing ability of the oxide film. A slight change in Al co.tent has a remarkable influence on the co.perative effect of Al and Cr and multiplies the antioxidant capacity of co.Cr-Nb-W alloy above 1000 °C.

Anomaly Detection Algorithm of Power System Based on Graph Structure and Anomaly Attention

In this paper, we propose a novel anomaly detection method for data centers based on a co.bination of graphstructure and abnormal attention mechanism. The method leverages the sensor monitoring data from targetpower substations to co.struct multidimensional time series. These time series are subsequently transformed intograph structures, and co.responding adjacency matrices are obtained. By inco.porating the adjacency matricesand additional weights associated with the graph structure, an aggregation matrix is derived. The aggregationmatrix is then fed into a pre-trained graph co.volutional neural network (GCN) to extract graph structure ***, both themultidimensional time series segments and the graph structure features are inputted into a pretrainedanomaly detectionmodel, resulting in co.responding anomaly detection results that help identify abnormaldata. The anomaly detection model co.sists of a multi-level enco.er-deco.er module, wherein each level includesa transformer enco.er and deco.er based on co.relation differences. The attention module in the enco.ing layeradopts an abnormal attention module with a dual-branch structure. Experimental results demonstrate that ourproposed method significantly improves the accuracy and stability of anomaly detection.

A Bus Planning Algorithm for FPC Design in co.plex Scenarios

Flexible printed circuit(FPC) design in co.plex scenarios has a list of pin co.centration areas, which lead to extremely co.gested intersection regions while co.necting the pins. Currently, it is challenging to explore the routability and to find topologically non-crossing and routable paths manually for the nets timely. The existing bus planning methods cannot offer optimal solutions co.cerning the special resource distribution of the FPC design. To investigate an effective way to shorten the routing time of FPC and achieve enhanced performance, a bus planning algorithm is proposed to tackle co.plex area co.nection problems. On the basis of the pin location information, the routing space is partitioned and generally represented as an undirected graph, and the topological non-crossing relationship between different regions is obtained using the dynamic pin sequence. co.sidering the routability and electrical co.straints, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to search the optimal location of the crossing point on the region boundary. Experimental results on industrial cases show that the proposed algorithm realize better performance in terms of co.nt and routability in co.parison with numerous selected state-of-the-art router and methods.

Effect of the Retarder on Initial Hydration and Mechanical Properties of the"one-step"Alkaliactivated co.posite Cementitious Materials

This paper studied the effects of different retarders on the performance of the"one-step"alkali-activated co.posite cementitious material(ACCM)which is co.posed of ground granulated blast slag(GGBS)and fly ash(FA),and analyzed its mechanical properties,hydration mechanism,and retardation *** effects of retarders on the hydration products,mechanical properties,and hydration kinetics of ACCM were investigated using XRD,SEM,FTIR,EDS,and thermoactive *** results showed that Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)·10H_(2)O(B)delayed the exotherm during the alkali activation process and co.ld effectively delay the setting time of ACCM,but the mechanical properties were slightly *** setting time of ACCM increased with the increase in SG co.tent,but the mechanical properties of ACCM decreased with the increase in SG co.tent.C1_(2)H_(22)O_(11)(CHO)co.ld effectively delay the hydration reaction of ACCM and weakly enhanced the co.pressive strength.H_(3)PO_(4)(HP)at a co.centration of 0.05 mol/L had a certain effect on ACCM retardation,but HP at a co.centration of 0.07 and 0.09 mol/L had an effect of promoting the setting and hardening time of ACCM.

This paper focuses on the laminar flame instability of three high molecular weight n-alkanes,namely n-hexane,n-octane,and *** experiment was carried out in a co.stant volume co.bustion bomb to get the flame *** critical radius under different co.ditions was extracted using the image processing *** with the existing critical Peclet number theory,the dominant factors of flame instability under current co.ditions for three n-alkanes can be figured ***,the average cell size(equivalent cell radius,R_(cell))was extracted to provide quantitative analysis of the flame cellular structure,based on the method developed in this *** theoretical R_(cell)were also calculated and co.pared with the experimental results to validate the proposed method.

Effect of phase transition during roasting of Mountain Pass rare earth co.centrate on leaching efficiency of rare earths

To find a greener and more eco.omical approach for treating the Mountain Pass rare earth co.centrate(MPREC),a novel "co.bination Method",including the processes of oxidizing roasting,HCI leaching and sulfuric acid roasting,is proposed in this *** this paper,the effect of phase transition behavior in hydrochloric acid leaching during oxidative roasting at 450-600℃ was *** roasting,the bastnasite in MPREC is deco.posed into CeLa_(2)O_(3)F_(3) and(Ce_(0.33),La_(0.33),Ca_(0.33))O_(1.5).As the CeLa_(2)O_(3)F_(3) phase has the fluorine-fixation effect,the generated CeLa_(2)O_(3)F_(3) phase can not be dissolved by HCI after roasting at 500 and 550℃,but it can be deco.posed by HCI after roasting at over 600℃,resulting in the improvement of the leaching rate of total F *** maximum leaching efficiency of rare earth elements(REEs) can reach 70.32 wt% at the roasting temperature of 550℃.After roasting at over 600℃,some F^-ions in the solution co.bined with RE^(3+) to form REF_(3) precipitate and enter the leaching residue,and the others are in the form of [CeF_(3)]^+ in the leaching solution during leaching,therefore,the leaching efficiency of non-ce rium REEs decreases while that of cerium element *** work provides basic research for optimizing the actual production process of MPREC.
