Coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of *** Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,comprising Hangzhou City,Huzhou City,Jiaxing City,and Shaoxing City,was the first metropolitan circle approved by the National development and Reform Commission(NDRC)as a demonstration of economic transformation in *** evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the four cities and analyze the coordinative development in three systems(including digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment),we collected panel data during 2015–2022 from these four *** development level of the three systems was evaluated by the standard deviation method and comprehensive development *** results are as follows:(1)the level of coupling coordinated development of the three systems in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle was relatively low;(2)the coupling coordination degree of the four cities in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle showed significant regional differences,among which Hangzhou City was in the leading position,and Huzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing cities made steady but slow progress in the coupling development of the three systems;and(3)the development of digital economy and talent employment needs to be *** study contributes to the coordinative development of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle by innovatively focusing on the coupling coordination relationship among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment,which also meets the industrial layout of Hangzhou Metropolitan *** this way,the optimal allocation and sustainable development of digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle can be achieved.

The increasing recognition of hydrogen as a critical element in the global net-zero transition and its clear role in decarbonizing challenging sectors coincide with the growing urgency to address climate ***'s favourable renewable-energy capacity,ranging from 28%to 36%for solar,has been reported by the global solar irradiance ***,the majority of hydrogen production today relies on fossil fuels(96%),with only a small fraction(4%)being produced through water *** though there have been many studies on climate change mitigation with a focus on Africa,a green hydrogen production from a photovoltaic power station approach has not been ***,literature with a focus on Nigeria is *** study focuses on the African green hydrogen production industry,utilizing Nigeria as a case study to explore the feasibility of generating clean hydrogen vectors from a percentage of photovoltaic power output in various regions of the country through stand-alone solar grid electrification *** of the usage and effectiveness of the produced hydrogen fuel in each region are carried out,with the highest region having an annual output of 12247278 kg of green hydrogen and 8573094 kg of ammonia and the lowest region having an output of 511245 kg of green hydrogen and 357871 kg of ammonia,and the expected production from the proposed usage of 50%of the power generation output of the installed 1.6-MWp and 80-kWp solar power minigrids in the regions is *** analyses were repeated for the other considered regions in the *** results showcased the enormous advantages of the electrolytic production of hydrogen and how the greener economy project can play a major role in mitigating climate change effects and overreliance on fossil fuels as the driver of the economy in many African countries.

This article discusses the achievements and major changes in China's rural development, elaborates on the prominent problems related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China, and discusses some key policy issues concerning the building of a new socialist countryside, especially from the perspective of balancing urban and rural development. The underlying viewpoint of this article is that to promote the building of a new countryside, a system and mechanism of balancing urban and rural development must be gradually established and improved. The policies should focus on improving the social mobility mechanism to remove the institutional barriers to the social mobility of farmers; establishing public finances to cover both urban and rural areas to narrow the gap in basic public service provision between cities and the countryside; expediting the establishment of a social security network to protect the interests of rural disadvantaged groups; improving the mechanism of protecting land-use rights and interests of farmers; effectively organizing the mechanism of ensuring allocations for the building of a new countryside; improving the organizational structure of rural society to support self-organized farmers' groups; and changing the concept of rural governance and the operation of social governance.
