摘      要：The next five years will be a crucial time for China＇s economic development, which is related to China＇s two major strategic objectives： namely, building a moderately prosperous society and realizing the country＇s industrialization. China should reconsider its direction and thinking concerning its opening-up strategy in a changing external economic environment, so as to assure steady, sustainable and healthy economic growth during the 13th Five-Year Plan period （2016-20）.
