Oil blending is the method of choice used worldwide to improve oxidative stability and nutritional *** is no such edible oil/fat that meets all the recommendations from the health point of *** fatty acid composition of vegetable oils decides the fate of the *** single oil is unable to provide a balanced amount of fatty acids(FAs)required/recommended on a daily intake *** oils/fats is an appropriate procedure of physically mixing multiple oils in suitable proportions which may provide functional lipids with improved antioxidant potential and desirable physical and chemical *** review piled up the accessible data on the blending of diverse oils/fats in the combination of binary,ternary,quaternary,or other types of oils into a single blended *** can be found very convincing towards appropriate FA profile,enhancement in physicochemical characteristics,and augmented stability for the period of storage or when used as cooking/frying processes which could ultimately serve as an effectual dietary intervention towards the health protectiveness.

BACKGROUND Cornelia de Lange syndrome(CdLS)is a congenital multisystemic genetic *** expected lifespan of children with this disorder has been prolonged in parallel with the advances in medicine in recent ***,they still more frequently undergo cardiac *** are some challenges for clinicians when faced with CdLS *** present the perioperative management of a child with CdLS undergoing open-heart *** SUMMARY Severe pulmonic and subpulmonic valvular stenosis,enlargement of the right side of the heart,mild tricuspid regurgitation,atrial septal defect,and patent ductus arteriosus were diagnosed in a 14-month-old boy with manifested cyanosis,developmental delay,and *** balloon valvuloplasty was unsuccessful due to a severe stenotic pulmonary valve,therefore it was decided to perform an open surgical *** a successful and uncomplicated intraoperative course,the patient was extubated on postoperative day 5,and adrenalin and dopamine infusions were gradually decreased and stopped on postoperative days 6 and 10,*** laryngomalacia and suboptimal vocal cord movements were diagnosed,and tracheotomy and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy were performed under general anesthesia in the same session at postoperative day *** patient was discharged on postoperative day 85 after a challenging postoperative period with additional airway and nutritional *** This is the first report of the perioperative anesthetic and clinical management of a CdLS patient undergoing open-heart surgery.

Environment psychologically affects *** to the base of cognitive psychology,there is a direct relationship between human behavior,environment,and emotional *** that pleasantness and unpleasantness are associated with peripheral nervous system activation,the current study aims to explore if the pleasant or unpleasant architectural places can stimulate the brain regions engaged in emotions or *** the main contribution,we used functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)measuring blood oxygenation level-dependent(BOLD)changes to effectively detect the brain’s region that mainly responds to the emotional-perceptual *** on the results of examining the emotional assessment model of “Pleasure-Arousal”applied to 140 students,30 most-rated images representing 15 pleasant and 15 unpleasant places were shown to 32 participants in a 1.5-T MRI *** applying standard preprocessing steps(re-alignment,slice-timing,coregistration,segmentation,normalization,and smoothing)to functional MR images,first-level analysis was applied to each *** results were evaluated using statistical corrections at different levels for female and male participants with the second-level *** conclusion,it has been shown that there is a significant linkage between environmental experience and brain activation so that the architectural qualities can change blood flow in specific brain regions.

In this study,an attempt was made to manufacture an AZ31–Al5005 laminated composite by explosive welding.A mixture of ammonium nitrate(90%),fuel oil(5%),and TNT(5%)was used as the *** detonation velocity of the explosive material was approximately 3100 m•s^(−1).The microstructure and mechanical and corrosion properties of the joint were comparatively *** characterisation of the joint was conducted by optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive spectroscopy(SEM-EDS),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The mechanical properties were determined using micro-Vickers hardness,tensile,and Charpy impact *** addition,electrochemical tests were conducted on the AZ31–Al5005 laminated composite and the individual components to determine their corrosion *** corrosion behaviours of the structures were determined in a 3.5%NaCl solution at room temperature using potentiodynamic scanning(PDS).The metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of the joints were within the acceptable limits.

This paper describes the occurrence of dolomite and the mechanism of dolomitization of the Upper Triassic-Lower Jurassic Klzlloren Formation in the autochthonous Bolkardagl unit of the middle Taurus Mountains in south western Turkey. Dolomites were analyzed for geochemical, isotopic and crystallographic variation. Dolomites occur as a replacement of precursor carbonate and cement. The dolomite crystals range from 〈10 to -1000 ltm existing as both replacements and cements. Sr concentrations range between 84 and 156 ppm, and the molar Sr/Ca ratios of dolomitizing fluids are estimated to range between 0.0066 to 0.013 ratios. Dolomites are Ca-rich （with average CaCO3 and MgCO3 equal to 56.43 and 43.57 mol%, respectively） and they are non-stoichiometric, with an average Sr=ll6 ppm, Na=286 ppm, Mn=81 ppm, Fe=1329 ppm, and ~lSO and ~lac ranges from -0.6%o to -6.1% Pee Dee Belemnite [PDB], and ＋1.2 to ＋3.9%0 PDB. The North American Shale Composition [NASC]- normalized rare earth element （REE） values of the both limestone and dolomite sample groups show very similar REE patterns characterized by small positive Eu （mean=l.32 and mean=l.42, respectively） and slightly or considerably negative Ce （mean=0.61 and mean=0.72, respectively） anomalies and a clear depletion in all REE species. The Klzlloren Formation dolomites have been formed as early diagenetic from mixing zone fluids at the tidal-subtidal environment and at the late diagenetic from basinal brines at the shallow-deep burial depths.

The present work studies the environmental isotopes assess groundwater characteristics of the different parts of the main aquifer in the northeast Missan Province in south of Iraq. Water samples of groundwater and surface water were collected for two dry and wet seasons during the water year of 2011-2012. The study shows that most of the groundwater in the aquifer falls above the global meteoric water line, and all the samples fall below the Mediterranean meteoric water line, indicating that these samples are a mixture of two water types. The tritium content of these samples supports this conclusion. The overall conclusion of this study indicates that there are two sources of groundwater recharge in the studied area： the ephemeral streams （Teeb and Dewerge） and major precipitation sources. According to the tritium levels at or below one tritium unit （TU） obtained from the water, supply wells are highly confined or ＂not vulnerable＂. Overall, the 3^H results imply that recent recharge has taken place during the last four to five decades. In the recharge area, the high tritium content in the southern part of the Teeb area suggests that the recharge originates from rapid infiltration of surface runoff. Therefore, the groundwater resources in the study area should be protected from contamination, because it will influence the aquifer in a relatively short period of time if any contamination enters the recharge areas of the aquifer.

This paper presents the plasma polymerization of poly（hexafluorobutyl acrylate）（PHFBA） thin films on different substrates in an RF plasma reactor with an outer planar electrode. This reactor configuration allows？large area uniformity and fast processing times. Deposition rates of up to60 nm min-1were observed. The influence？of plasma power and substrate temperature on the？deposition rate, structure and wettability of the as-deposited films was？investigated. It was observed that better hydrophobicity was obtained at high plasma power and in low temperature conditions. PHFBA thin films deposited on electrospun poly（acrylonitrile） fiber mats under such conditions resulted in superhydrophobic surfaces with？contact angle values greater than 150°.In？vitro cell studies using human epithelial cells demonstrated the non-toxic nature of the？plasma-polymerized PHFBA films.

Kinetics of complexation reaction of Co2+ with 2-benzoylpyridine-4-phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazone(BPPT) was spectrophotometrically examined at 421 *** ligand that is developed for a simple kinetic-spectrophotometric determination of Co2+ is based on 1:2 complex formation between Co2+ and *** complexation reaction was carried out in ethanol-water medium at 25 ℃.Kinetic and activation parameters of the complexation reaction were calculated,and the rate equation and the reaction mechanism were *** calibration graph is linear in the concentration range of 0.10～2.91 mg·L-1 for the tangent *** species that caused interference were investigated.

Early Miocene（ca.21-18 Ma） volcanism in the Karacadag area comprises three groups of volcanic rocks:（1） calcalkaline suite（andesitic to rhyolitic lavas and their pyroclastics）,（2） mildly-alkaline suite（alkali basalt,hawaiite,mugearite,benmoreite and trachydacite）,and（3） a single trachyandesitic flow *** observations,40Ar/39Ar ages and geochemical data show that there was a progressive temporal transition from group 1 to 3 in a post-collisional tectonic *** calcalkaline suite rocks with medium-K in composition resemble those of subduction-related lavas, whereas the mildly-alkaline suite rocks having a sodic tendency（Na2O/K2O=l.5-3.2） resemble those of within-plate *** element and Sr-Nd isotopic characteristics of the suites suggest that the lithospheric mantle beneath the Karacadag area was heterogeneously enriched by two processes before collision:（1） enrichment by subduction-related processes,which is important in the genesis of the calcalkaline volcanism,（2） enrichment by small degree melts from the astenosphere,which dominates the mildly alkaline *** of the enriched lithosphere by either delamination following collision and uplift or removal of the subducted slab following subduction and collision（i.e.,slab breakoff） is the likely mechanism for the initiation of the post-collision volcanism.
