BACKGROUND Incontinentia pigmenti(IP)is a rare X-linked dominant genetic disorder that can be fatal in male *** is a disease that affects many systems of the human *** addition to characteristic skin changes,patients may also have pathological features of the eyes,teeth,and central nervous ***,the lesions in these systems may be the first symptoms for which patients seek *** date,no cases of IP complicated by intracranial arachnoid cyst(IAC)have been *** paper aims to report a case of IP with IAC in order to share the diagnosis and treatment experience of this rare case with other *** SUMMARY An 11-year-old female patient suffered intermittent limb convulsions for five months and was sent to *** the initial stage,the patient was considered to have primary *** investigation of the patient's medical history,physical examination and imaging examination led to the diagnosis of IP combined with intracranial space-occupying lesions,and secondary *** patient was treated with craniotomy,and postoperative pathology revealed an *** patient recovered well after craniotomy and had no obvious surgeryrelated *** the follow-up period,the patient did not have recurrent epilepsy *** IP is a multi-system disease that presents with typical skin lesions at birth,but the long-term prognosis of this disease depends on the involvement of systems other than the skin,especially nervous system and ocular lesions.

Chondroitinase ABC treatment of injured spinal cord in rats Evaluation of long-term outcomes

Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans （CSPGs） which are produced by mature oligodendrocytes and reactive astrocytes can be upregulated after spinal cord injury and contribute to regenerative failure. Chondroitinase ABC （ChABC） digests glycosaminoglycan chains on CSPGs and can thereby overcome CSPG-mediated inhibition. However, many current studies have used an incomplete spinal cord injury model, and examined results after 8-12 weeks of ChABC treatment. In this study, a complete rat spinal cord transection injury model was used to study the long-term effects of ChABC treatment by subarachnoid catheter. Pathology of spinal cord regeneration was compared with control 24 weeks following ChABC treatment using immunohistochemistry and axon tracing techniques. At 24 weeks after injury, neurofilament 200 expression was significantly greater in the ChABC treatment group compared with the transection group. In the ChABC treatment group, axonal growth was demonstrated by a large number of biotinylated dextran amine positive axons caudal to, or past, the epicenter of injury. Biotinylated dextran amine-labeled fibers were found in the proximal end of the spinal cord in the transection alone group. These results confirm that ChABC can promote axon growth, neural regeneration, and repair after spinal cord injury in rats long after the initial injury.

In order to find out the matching principle of excitation force and energy consumption of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device,the energy consumption mechanism of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device is *** to the structural characteristics and operating principle of the picking device,the no-load and load movement and force characteristics of the crank bearing and vibrating component are analyzed,and the theoretical model of energy consumption of the reciprocating vibration picking device is jointly constructed,and the simulation analysis is carried *** results show that the vibrating component and load mass have a significant influence on torque,the load air resistance phase has a significant effect on torque,and the load air resistance and friction coefficient have no significant influence on ***,by building an AC servo motor torque detection system and a torque sensing detection system,verification experiments are carried out,the maximum torque of the preset system is 1.3 N∙m,the rated power is 400 W,the motor frequency is 20 Hz,the amplitude is 15 mm,and the total mass of the vibrating component is 0.143 *** results show that,the no-load operation,the change trend of detected torque is consistent with simulation,the torque model is verified to be *** maximum torque of simulation and detection are 0.52 N∙m and 0.57 N∙m respectively,and the error between test and simulation is 9.6%.For load operation,the maximum torque of five groups of branch loads of 20 g,60 g,100 g,140 g,180 g and 220 g are detected to be 0.73 N∙m,0.74 N∙m,0.75 N∙m,0.82 N∙m and 0.83 N∙m,respectively,and the relationship model between load and torque is obtained by *** research results can provide a theoretical basis which can configure a suitable motor in the reciprocating vibration Chinese wolfberry picking device with a certain load limit.

Background:Hypertension is one of the most common comorbid conditions of *** and epilepsy may be related to each *** Bigu practice induces a similar effect as fasting in the first *** ketogenesis is induced during ketogenic diet therapy,we hypothesize that ketogenesis is detectable and related body weight loss would occur during the first week of Qigong Bigu ***:During the prospective observational study,34 healthy adult participants attended the Qigong Bigu practice for one *** blood pressure,body weight,calorie consumption,blood glucose and beta-hydroxybutyrate level were ***:The body weight and body mass index decreased by 2.39±1.34 kg(95%CI 1.92–2.85)and 0.94±0.57(95%CI 0.73–1.15),respectively,after five days of practice(P<0.001).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased by 17.86±14.17 mmHg(95%CI 12.36–23.35)and 9.75±7.45 mmHg(95%CI 6.86–12.64),respectively(P<0.001).The average five-day calorie consumption was 1197.47±569.97 kcal(95%CI 998.60–1396.35).Meanwhile,no symptomatic hypoglycemia or other significant side effects were *** blood beta-hydroxybutyrate level increased to a nutritional level of 1.15±1.12 mmol/L(95%CI 0.76–1.62).The calorie consumption negatively correlated to the beta-hydroxybutyrate level in the *** loss of body weight and the decrease of body mass index were positively correlated to the blood beta-hydroxybutyrate ***:Qigong Bigu can decrease the blood pressure,the body weight and the body mass index in healthy adult *** fasting stage of Qigong Bigu is accompanied by *** trial of Qigong Bigu in hypertension and epilepsy patients might be *** blood beta-hydroxybutyrate might be used as a biomarker to evaluate the effect of Qigong Bigu practice during fasting.

AIM： To determine the GI of some cereals and tubers produced in China in an effort to establish the database of glycemic index （GI） of Chinese ***： Food containing 50 g carbohydrate was consumed by 8-12 healthy adults after they have been fasted for 10 h and blood glucose was monitored for 2 h. Glucose was used as reference food. 石墨炔由于其高载流子迁移率和有序的孔隙结构被认为是一种很有应用前景的光催化材料.本研究通过交叉偶联合成了一种新型球状石墨炔,并与棒状Mn_(0.2)Cd_(0.8)S耦合构建了S型异质结用于光催化析氢.结果表明,Mn_(0.2)Cd_(0.8)S/石墨炔异质结光催化剂表现出优异的光催化活性,产氢性能分别较Mn_(0.2)Cd_(0.8)S和球形石墨炔单体催化剂提升了16.78和613.2倍.同时,该催化剂应用于平米级规模产氢取得较好效果.其优异的光催化活性可归因于石墨炔的独特性能及S-scheme异质结的有效构建.通过紫外光电子能谱、原位辐射X射线光电子能谱、电子顺磁共振能谱、密度泛函理论计算和其他表征技术探究了S-scheme异质结的形成和光催化活性的增强.该工作可为石墨炔的形貌可调性制备以及高效异质结光催化剂的设计和合成提供新参考.

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Electroacupuncture plus Qigong on Ulcerative Colonitis

The clinical effect of acupuncture plus qigong on ulcerative colonitis was analyzed in 113 cases. They were randomly divided into electroacupuncture plus qigong group (treatment group, in short), acupmoxi group and qigong groups. The results showed that the cure rate was 77% in the treatment group, 57% in the acupmoxi group and 53% in the qigong group. A chisquare test showed a significant difference (P<0.01), indicating that electroacupuncture plus qigong had a marked curative effect and suggesting that early treatment can produce a satisfactory effect.
