OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) at acupoints on the pericardium meridian on the expression of phosphorylated Akt(p-Akt) protein in rat myocardium after ischemia and ***: Seventy Wistar rats were evenly randomized into seven groups: the sham operation group(group A), ischemia-reperfusion model Ⅰgroup(group B), ischemia-reperfusion model Ⅱgroup(group C), EA at Neiguan(PC 6) group(group D), EA at Ximen(PC 4) group(group E), EA at Hegu(LI 4) group(group F), and LY294002 + EA at Neiguan(PC 6) group(group G). All processes were monitored by electrocardiography. In group A, the left anterior descending coronary artery was only threaded without ligation for 100 min. In group B,the left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated for 40 min and reperfused for 60 min. The left anterior descending coronary artery in group C was ligated for 40 min and reperfused for 100 *** D, E, and F received EA for 20 min before undergoing ischemia for 40 min, and then received EA for 20 min before undergoing reperfusion for 60 min. Before modeling, group G was injected with LY294002(0.3 mg/kg) into the tail vein, and then underwent the same intervention as the other EA groups. After reperfusion, myocardial tissue from the left cardiac ventricle was collected to enable Western blot analysis of the p-Akt level, and analysis of electrocardiographic ***: In groups B and C, electrocardiography showed obvious elevation of the ST-segment Ⅱlead(ECG-STⅡ), while the ECG-STⅡvalues were significantly lower in groups D, E, and G(P < 0.01). The p-Akt levels in groups D and E were significantly greater than those in groups B and C(P < 0.01).Compared with all other groups, group G showed a significantly different expression of p-Akt(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: The expression of p-Akt protein in cardiomyocytes was significantly greater in rats that were injected with LY294002 and received EA at Ximen(PC 4) compared with all other *** su

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the serum metabolic targets of the"Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28)"acupuncture technique in cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)model rats and to elucidate the potential molecular mechanism of acupuncture in improving ***:We used an intraperitoneal injection of CTX to establish the POI rat model(POI group)and compared serum hormone levels and ovarian histopathological changes to evaluate the effect of the Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28)technique(ZS+POI group)on ovarian ***,nontargeted metabolomics was performed using rat serum by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS).RESULTS:After acupuncture intervention,the serum hormone levels and ovarian pathological morphology of POI rats were effectively ***,UPLC-Q-TOF/MS results showed that the ZS+POI group showed a significant reversal of the levels of 6 differential *** them,the levels of four serum metabolic markers,divanillyltetrahydrofuran ferulate,trans-ferulic acid,tryptamine,and neuraminic acid,increased *** analysis of biological effects showed that all metabolites were involved in the regulation of reproductive hormone levels and antioxidant and antiapoptotic ***:The"Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28)"acupuncture method may improve the ovarian function of POI rats by regulating serum metabolite markers to exert antioxidant and antiapoptotic effects,which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of POI.

AIM: To study the effects of elemene (Ele) on proliferation and cell cycle of human lens epithelial cells 63 (HLE-B3) and the mechanisms of its signal transduction. METHODS: Recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rhbFGF) was used to induce proliferation of HLE-B3 cells, which were incubated with 80mg/L Ele for 24 hours. The inhibitory effects of Ele on the proliferation of HLE-B3 cells were evaluated by MU method. The effect of Ele on HLE-B3 cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). The expressions of protein kinase A (PKA) and protein kinase G (PKG) of HLE-B3 were also analyzed by FCM. RESULTS: Ele altered the cell cycle of HLE-B3 and effectively inhibited HLE-B3 cell proliferation induced by rhbFGF. Ele up-regulated PKA and down-regulated the expression of PKG in HLE-B3 cell. CONCLUSION: Ele inhibits HLE-B3 proliferation, making it an attractive potential agent in regimens to treat after-cataracts.

Conclusions:rMS-Hsp65/IL-2 markedly enhances lymphocyte ***,the fusion protein generated by rMS-Hsp65/lL-2 may be of potential value in generating an effective vaccine against tuberculosis.

Objective: To explore the association of the platelet-activating factor receptor(PAFR) gene rs5938, rs313152 and rs76744145 polymorphisms with coronary heart disease(CHD) and blood stasis syndrome(BSS) of CHD in chinese Han population. Methods: A total of 570 CHD patients(299 with BSS and 271 with non-BSS) and 317 controls were enrolled. The PAFR gene rs5938, rs313152 and rs76744145 polymorphisms were genotyped using the multiplex SNaP shot technology. The statistical analysis was conducted using a multiple variable logistic regression model. Results: Significant differences were detected in the genotypes frequency distributions of the rs5938(P0.05), between the controls and CHD patients. Individuals with an rs5938 or rs313152 mutated allele had a low risk for CHD [adjusted odds ratio(aOR)=0.35, 95% confidence interval(CI): 0.23 to 0.56, Pchinese medicine patterns, the rs5938 polymorphism mutated alleles had a significant association with a low risk for BSS of CHD(aOR=0.32, 95% CI: 0.18 to 0.57, P0.05). Furthermore, the interaction effect of the rs5938 and rs313152 polymorphisms for BSS of CHD was significantly based on an aOR value associated with the combination of the rs5938 GT genotype with the rs313152 TC genotype of 0.27(95% CI: 0.1 to 0.7, Pchinese Han population.

[Objectives] This study was conducted to establish a method for microbial limit test of Compound Gangbangui Capsule. [Methods] According to the chinese Pharmacopoei 2015 edition of the four general rules,the microbiological limits of non-sterile products were verified. [Results]Compound Gangbangui Capsule has a strong inhibitory effect on S. aureus,and the antimicrobial activity was significantly eliminated after increasing the diluent（ 1∶ 20）; and the recoveries were in the range of 0. 5-2. 0 when the total quantities of aerobic microbes were determined by dilution method（ 1∶ 20）. When the total quantities of mould and yeast were determined by conventional method（ 1∶ 20）,the recoveries were from 0. 5 to 2. 0,and Escherichia coli can be detected in experimental groups by the test solution dilution method. [Conclusions]With the plate method,the total quantities of aerobic bacteria and the quantities of mould and yeast were examined by increasing diluent and conventional method,respectively,and control bacteria,E. coli was examined by conventional method. This method has been proved effective for microbial limit test of Compound Gangbangui Capsule,and can effectively control the quality of the preparation. The method is accurate and reliable.
