Human activities such as the implementation of ecological protection projects and expansion of construction land can cause complex land use changes that affect ecosystem service values （ESV）. In this study, we investigated changes in ESV in response to land use changes in Ningwu County, in eastern Loess Plateau of China. Our aim is to provide guidance for sustainable land use planning in this region. We used remote sensing to evaluate land use changes, and applied a fast, proxy-based method for evaluating ESVat three points in time： 1990, 2000, and 2010. More than 89% of the total ESV in Ningwu County was attributable to woodland and grassland. The ESV in western mountain areas show the greatest increase from 1990 to 2010, but ESV decreased the most in the low-elevation northeastern area of flat terrain These tradeoffs led to a slight net decrease （1.0%） in Ningwu County＇s total ESV. Although the decline in ESV was relatively low compared to the rate of economic growth, total ESV was much lower than global and national average levels at the end of the study period.

Wind activity is proved to have significant impacts on aeolian desertification. Clarifying the fluctuations and change trend of wind velocity is important for understanding their influence on aeolian desertification. In this study, we used a dataset of wind velocities collected from 93 meteorological stations across northern China from 1957 to 2011 to analyze the changes in wind activity during this period. We tested the monotonic and step（abrupt） trends for annual and seasonal data of mean wind velocity by using Mann-Kendall and Mann-Whitney tests, respectively. The results indicated that the annual mean wind velocity decreased by 0.83 m/s from 1957 to 2011. The decreasing trends were also significant（P〈0.01） for each season. The magnitude of the decrease was smallest in the east of northern China and largest in the west of northern China, and the most remarkable decrease occurred in the northwest of northern China. Abrupt decreases in annual and seasonal mean wind velocities occurred in the mid-1980 s, which was consistent with the changes in aeolian desertification since the mid-1980 s in northern China. As revealed by our study, although both modern aeolian desertification and ecosystem rehabilitation are affected by human activities to some extent, they are also likely to be strongly controlled by climate change, especially by wind activity.

Reconstruction of the desert paleoclimate is important to understand the mechanisms that triggered and/or enhanced climate *** optically stimulated luminescence(OSL)dating,grain size,magnetic susceptibility,X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and geochemical indicators,we provide a welldated record of a sedimentary outcrop on the southeast margin of the Bardain Jaran Desert,Northwest China,during the last glacial *** Qz-OSL ages are obtained,41.0±3.4 ka,54.7±4.4 ka,59.5±5.0 ka and 66.8±5.8 ka,corresponding to the depths of 35 cm,70 cm,150 cm and 200 cm *** like grain size,clay content,magnetic susceptibility,XRD and geochemical index(***,Ba,Sr/Ca)jointly indicate abrupt climate changes at the depth of 35 cm(age,ca.41.0 ka)and200 cm(age,ca.67 ka).Namely,the 280 cm sedimentary outcrop perfectly records a warm wet climate stage,corresponding to the late Marine Isotope Stages(MIS)4 to the early MIS ***,there is a trend of grain size increase after around 40ka BP,which is most likely a signal of wind strength *** research supports that enhancing Siberian High pressure system during the late MIS 3played a key role in NW East Asia climate evolution.

The temporal evolution of entropy of Jiuzhaigou ecotourism areal system has been quantitatively analyzed by using equation of system entropy V = k In M - k In C. The computed entropy for Jiuzhaigou ecotourism areal system for 20 years indicates a negative value during 1986-1996, which implies that the system had remained a healthy state during this period. The system entropy value, however, showed a constant increase since 1996 until it turned to be positive in 2000 when the system became chaotic. After 2000 the entropy value declined until 2003 when it escalated once again. By analyzing the causes and process of entropy change of the system, it is argued that fluctuation of entropy value is due to the overloading of tourist service capacity by tourism activities. It is desired to curb the flow of tourist volume and reinforce conservation efforts as well as, so that an ideal balance between conservation and development could be maintained.

According to the data surveyed and released respectively by 3 official authorities including the Bureau of Agricultural Economics under US Department of Agriculture,Bureau of Labor Statistics under US Department of Labor and the Census Bureau under US Department of Commerce,the agricultural population in the United States had a sharp decrease in 1910-1970,and the population structure had completed the transition from agricultural population to industrial population. But there are also some omissions in the official statistical data,mainly including the " agricultural service" workers,floating agricultural population,illegal immigrants and child laborers. These 4 kinds of labor force population that directly or indirectly engage in farm production are not included in the agricultural population of the United States. For the purpose of exaggerating agricultural labor productivity and covering up exploitation from the perspective of the official US authorities and due to limited statistical methods as well as complicated conditions,some data problems including great difference in agricultural population statistics and inaccurate absolute quantity have been caused.

With the rise of travel platforms,online comments have become a common phenomenon and an important index of people’s travel *** this paper,taking Qixingyan scenic spot in Zhaoqing City as the research object,data was collected from the perspective of online comments,and then data filtering,statistics of high-frequency words and visual presentation were carried *** data was analyzed and collated through emotion analysis to construct a tourist emotion analysis *** a series of empirical analysis,it can be concluded that tourists were more sensitive and concerned about tourist destination *** and landscape were important contents for the scenic spot to enhance its *** not only attracted the attention of tourists,but also had a significant influence on tourists’***,relevant suggestions on resource management,economic development model and service,and food development were put forward.

Marketing Research on Hotel Industry using WeChat to Transform Customer Traffic

The hotel industry is trying to use "private traffic" to promote direct channel *** the perspective of social trust, the structural equation model is used to verify the social interactions between hotel and customers on WeChat, the interactions between customers’ WeChat friends, WeChat community interaction, and the relationship between brand communication and hotel direct sales. The results show that the interaction between customers’ WeChat friends and WeChat community interaction can promote customers to order hotel products from the hotel’s direct channel, and brand communication plays two completely opposite moderating roles in this process. Therefore, it is proposed that hotels should use WeChat to carry out marketing work strategically, so as to avoid excessive dependence on distribution channels.
