New mining technique with big panels and stopes in deep mine

For the purpose to suit the bad mining technical conditions,such as deep imbed,gentle dip angle,and high initial stress in Dongguashan deposit,the stoping scheme was *** new mining technique,with temporary curtain walls,large panels and stopes,was achieved as *** deposit model,which was built through the DATAMINE,was led into FLAC3D for numerical *** on these,the stabilities of pillars and stopes were *** the other hand,the impact of output stability by new scheme was verified with the help of optimization planning *** results show that stopes and curtain walls are safe when the width of temporary curtain walls between panels are 18 *** length and width of stope increase to 78 m(82 m)and 18 m respectively,and those of panel increase to 300-500 m and 100 m *** commercial test indicates that the new scheme can attain the aims of simpler production organization,better stope ventilation and work condition,smaller quantities of development and cutting,and 2/3 of equipments as before with the stable *** pillar stoping technique is credible and valuable.

High pressure die casting(HPDC)AlSi10Mn Mg alloy castings are widely used in the automobile *** can optimize the mechanical properties of castings through heat treatment,while the release of thermal stress arouses the deformation of large integrated ***,the development of non-heat treatment Al alloys is becoming the hot *** addition,HPDC contains externally solidified crystals(ESCs),which are detrimental to the mechanical properties of *** achieve high strength and toughness of non-heat treatment die-casting Al-Si alloy,we used AlSi9Mn alloy as matrix with the introduction of Zr,Ti,Nb,and *** influences on ESCs and mechanical properties were systematically investigated through three-dimensional reconstruction and thermodynamic *** results reveal that the addition of Ti increased ESCs'size and porosity,while the introduction of Nb refined ESCs and decreased ***,large-sized Al_3(Zr,Ti)phases formed and degraded the mechanical *** introduction of Ce resulted in the poisoning effect and reduced mechanical properties.

Densely distributed coherent nanoparticles(DCN)in steel matrix can enhance the work-hardening ability and ductility of steel *** the routes to this end can be generally classified into the liquid-solid route and the solid-solid ***,the formation of DCN structures in steel requires long processes and complex *** far,obtaining steel with coherent particle enhancement in a short time remains a bottleneck,and some necessary steps remain ***,we show a high-efficiency liquid-phase refining process reinforced by a dynamic magnetic ***-Y-Mn-O particles had an average size of around(3.53±1.21)nm and can be obtained in just around 180 *** small nanoparticles were coherent with the matrix,implying no accumulated dislocations between the particles and the steel *** findings have a potential application for improving material machining capacity,creep resistance,and radiation resistance.

Multidisciplinary design optimization on production scale of underground metal mine

In order to ensure overall optimization of the underground metal mine production scale, multidisciplinary design optimization model of production scale which covers the subsystem objective function of income of production, safety and environmental impact in the underground metal mine was established by using multidisciplinary design optimization method. The coupling effects from various disciplines were fully considered, and adaptive mutative scale chaos immunization optimization algorithm was adopted to solve multidisciplinary design optimization model of underground metal mine production scale. Practical results show that multidisciplinary design optimization on production scale of an underground lead and zinc mine reflect the actual operating conditions more realistically, the production scale is about 1.25 Mt/a (Lead and zinc metal content of 160 000 t/a), the economic life is approximately 14 a, corresponding coefficient of production profits can be increased to 15.13%, safety factor can be increased to 5.4% and environmental impact coefficient can be reduced by 9.52%.

To master theoretical calculation for dust removal efficiency of high pressure atomization in an underground coal mine, the corresponding atomization characteristics and dust removal efficiency were both comprehensively studied in theory by virtue of related theories of hydromechanics and *** to actual measurements of flow coefficients and atomization angles of X-type swirl nozzle,computational formula was derived for atomized particle sizes of such a nozzle in conjunction with relevant empirical equation. Moreover, a mathematical model for applying high pressure atomization to dust removal in underground coal mine was also established to deduce theoretical computation formula of fractional efficiency. Then, Matlab was adopted to portray the relation curve between fractional efficiency and influence factors. In addition, a theoretical formula was also set up for removal efficiency of respirable dust and total coal dust based on dust size and frequency distribution equations. In the end,impacts of dust characteristic parameters on various dust removal efficiencies were analyzed.

The micelle generating process of the sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) solution with the addition of chemical inhibitors was elucidated using phase separation model, and the descending order of the capacity for the selected chemical inhibitors to reduce the critical micelle concentrations of the solution are Mg Cl_2, Ca Cl_2,NH_4HCO_3 and NH_4Cl. The data to quantitatively describe the foam decay process, including foaming ratio,foam life and decay behaviors, was obtained by pressure measuring system. The results indicate that chemical inhibitors can improve the solution foamability. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the solution foamability is sorted as NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3, Mg Cl2 and Ca Cl_2 which can distinctly improve the foam stability as well. The capacity of the inhibitors to enhance the SDS foam stability can be arranged as Mg Cl_2, NH_4 Cl, NH_4HCO_3 and Ca Cl_2. It is observed that the gravity drainage plays a leading role in the increase of proportion of diffusion drainage. The oxidation dynamic parameters of the coal samples treated by inhibition foams were investigated using thermal analysis technique, and their synergistic effects on inhibiting coal oxidation were explored.

To identify the instability on large scale underground mined-out area in the metal mine effectively,the parameters of radial basis function were determined through clustering method and the improved fuzzy radial basis function neural network(FRBFNN)model of instability identification model about large scale underground mined-out area in the metal mine was *** improved FRBFNN model was trained and *** results show that the improved FRBFNN model has high training accuracy and generalization *** such as pillar area ratio,filling level and the value of rock quality designation have strong influence on instability of large scale underground mined-out *** of analysis about the improved FRBFNN model was proved by the practical application results about instability discrimination of surrounding rock in large-scale underground mined-out area of a metal mine in south China.

Successful preparation of BaCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3–δ)cathode oxide by rapidly cooling allowing for high-performance proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells

A pure phase BaCo_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3–δ)(BCF),which cannot be obtained before,is successfully prepared in this study by using the calcination method with a rapid cooling *** successful preparation of BCF allows the evaluation of this material as a cathode for proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells(H-SOFCs)for the first *** H-SOFC using the BCF cathode achieves an encouraging fuel cell performance of 2012 mW·cm–2 at 700,two℃-fold higher than that of a similar cell using the classical high-performance Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3–δ)(BSCF)***-principles calculations reveal the mechanism for the performance enhancement,indicating that the new BCF cathode significantly lowers the energy barriers in the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)compared with the BSCF ***,improved cathode performance and fuel cell output are obtained for the BCF *** fuel cell using the BCF cathode also shows excellent long-term stability that can work stably for nearly 900 h without noticeable *** fuel cell performance and long-term stability of the current BCF cell are superior to most of the H-SOFCs reported in previous reports,suggesting that BCF is a promising cathode for H-SOFCs.
