An ever-increasing market demand has stimulated the soaring enthusiasm of researchers to develop wide-temperature supercapacitors(SCs). The active electrode is one of the most important parts of SC, which is directly related to the energy density,power transmission and long-term cyclability of the device in the wide-temperature environment. Compared with the SC electrodes aimed for room-temperature application, the SC electrodes for operating at wide-temperature scene often face greater challenges. In this review, the main challenges of SC electrodes under various temperature conditions, including low, high and cross-fade temperatures, are summarized. The relevant performance decay and failure mechanisms of wide-temperature SC electrodes are analyzed. In addition, this review deals with the recent studies and developments in robust wide-temperature SC electrodes with respect to the rational design of electrode structures and the exploitation of advanced active materials. Finally, the future directions for exploring reliable wide-temperature SCs are also proposed.

The previous investigation has proved that their existed pharmacokinetic difference between the different crystal forms of the polymorphic drugs after oral ***,no systemic investigations have been made on the change of this pharmacokinetic difference,resulted either from the physiological or from the pathological *** this paper,we used polymorphic nimodipine(Nim) as a model drug and investigated the effect of age difference(2- and 9-month old) on the pharmacokinetics after oral delivery in *** the results shown,for L-form of Nim(L-Nim),the AUC0–24 hin 2-month-old rats was 343.68747.15 ng h/m L,which is 23.36% higher than that in 9-month-old *** H-form of Nim(H-Nim),the AUC0–24 hin 2-monthold rats was 140.91719.47 ng h/m L,which is 54.64% higher than that in 9-month-old *** AUC0–24 h ratio between H-Nim and L-Nim was 2.44 in 2-month-old rats and 3.06 in 9-month-old *** age difference could result in unparallelled change of the absorption and bioavailability of the polymorphic drugs,the results in this experiment are of value for further investigation of crystal form selection in clinical trials and rational clinical application of the polymorphic drugs.

A direct C–H amination reaction of N-Ts-2-Styrylaniline derivatives to realize the synthesis of indole derivatives was developed in the presence of copper salt. A variety of N-Ts-2-Styrylaniline derivatives were transformed into the corresponding indole products in good to excellent yield under mild conditions with the oxidation of potassium persulfate.

Two new coordination polymers,[ZnL1]n（1,H2L1 = 5-（4-pyridyl）-methoxyl isophthalic acid） and[Ni（L2）2（H2O）4]n（2,HL2 = 4-（pyridin-4-ylmethoxy）benzolic acid）,have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,PXRD,IR spectra,and single-crystal X-ray *** 1 has a three-dimensional framework constructed by 6-bridged L1^2- anions connecting the Zn2（O2C）4 paddlewheel-like *** 2 contains a mononuclear molecular unit,and the central nickel atom adopts a slightly distorted octahedral geometry by two nitrogen atoms from different L2^- ligands and four oxygen atoms from water *** molecular units link each other via four types of O-H…O hydrogen bonds to form an extended three-dimensional（3D） supramolecular *** thermal and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 have also been investigated.

Influences of light irradiation on the negative resistance turn-around characteristics of static induction photosensitive thyristor （SIPTH） have been experimentally and theoretically studied. As the gate current of SIPTH is increased by the light irradiation, the potential barrier in the channel is reduced due to the increase in voltage drop across the gate series resistance. Therefore, SIPTH can be quickly switched from the blocking state to the conducting state by relatively low anode voltage. The optimal matching relation for controlling anode conducting voltage of SIPTH by light irradiation has also been represented.

A new one-dimensional polymer, [Zn（SC6H4S）（1,3-DPA）]n （1, SC6H4S = 1,4-ben- zenedithiolate and 1,3-DPA = 1,3-diaminepropane）, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, PXRD, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 6.7119（1）, b = 9.0230（2）, c = 10.4943（2） A, a = 69.288（1）, β = 75.848（1）, ）, = 81.513（1）°, V= 575.123（19） A3, Dc = 1.615 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F（000） = 288; the final S = 1.070, R = 0.0234, and wR = 0.0551. The compound consists of an infinite zigzag chain formed by [Zn（1,3-DPA）]^2＋ units joined by SC6H4S ligands. Each chain interacts with neighboring chains via weak N-H…S hydrogen bonds to form an extended three-dimensional （3D） supramolecular network. The thermal and photoluminescent properties of 1 have also been investigated.

In this study, arsenic trioxide(ATO) was encapsulated in liposomes via copper acetate(Cu(OAc)2) gradients and high entrapment efficiency of over 80% was obtained. The average particle size and the zeta-potential of the liposomes were detected to be 115.1 ± 29.1 nm and-21.97 ± 0.6 m V, respectively. The TEM images showed rod-like precipitates in the inner aqueous phase, which was supposed be due to the formation of insoluble ATO–Cu *** in vitro drug release of ATO–Cu liposomes exhibited a sustained release over 72 h, and the release rates decreased with the increase of the p H of release media. Pharmacokinetic and tissue distribution studies of ATO liposomes showed significantly reduced plasma clearance rate, increased AUC0–12h and T1/2, and improved tumor distribution of As compared to iv administration of ATO solution. The anti-tumor effect of ATO loaded liposomes to S180 tumor-bearing mice was significantly improved with a tumor inhibition rate of 61.2%,meanwhile the toxicity of encapsulated ATO was greatly decreased. In conclusion, ATO can be effectively encapsulated into liposomes by remote loading method via Cu(OAc)2 gradients;the co-administration of ATO and Cu(Ⅱ) via liposomal formulation may find wide applications in the treatment of various tumors.

Parkinson's disease(PD) has a complex and multifactorial pathophysiology. Various studies, conducted both in pre-clinical models and PD patients, have reported a link between the disruption of calcium(Ca^(2+)) homeostasis and the subsequent development of PD. Ca^(2+) regulation is crucial for neuronal survival, differentiation,exocytosis at synapses,gene transcription,and proliferation.
