Objective:This study aims to identify the knowledge,attitude,and behavior of students using eight indicators of Clean and healthy Living Behavior(CHLB)in relation to the health education and grade levels in Islamic Boarding schools(IBS)in Jember regency,East Java Province,***:A cross-sectional school-based survey design was *** 114 students(mean age of 13.17 years old)selected through a multi-stage random sampling completed a selfadministered questionnaire to measure the eight indicators of CHLB,such as washing hands with running water and soap,eating healthy snacks,using clean and healthy latrines,exercising regularly and measurably,eradicating mosquito larvae,not smoking at school,weighing and height measurement every 6 months,and disposing garbage *** data analyses included descriptive and comparative analyses of the difference in knowledge,attitude,and behavior toward CHLB by health education and grade ***:About 66.7% students received health *** knowledge in CHLB in relation to health education and grade was observed(Phealthy ***,no significant difference was observed between the attitude toward CHLB and health education in different grade ***,CHLB was associated with health education,including habitual exercise and using of clean and healthy latrines.

Application of horticulture therapy as a health intervention for elderly people in nursing homes:a scoping review

Deep reinforcement learning-based drift parking control of automated vehicles

Effects of aromatherapy with Rosa damascena on nulliparous women's pain and anxiety of labor during first stage of labor

Background： Reducing labor pain and anxiety is one of the most important goals of maternity care. Objective： This study aimed to assess the effects of aromatherapy with Rosa damascena on pain and anxiety in the first stage of labor among nulliparous women. Design, setting, participants and interventions： This was a randomized clinical trial of 110 nulliparous women. The eligible participants were randomly assigned to two groups of aromatherapy and control in an Iranian maternity hospital. The participants received 0.08 mL of Rosa damascena essence in the aro- matherapy group and 0.08 mL of normal saline in the control group, every 30 min. Pain was measured 3 times, once each at three stages of cervical dilation （4-5, 6-7, and 8-10 cm）. Anxiety was measured twice, once each at two stages of cervical dilation （4-7 and 8-10 cm）. The tools for data collection were the Spielberger anxiety questionnaire, numerical pain rating scale, demographic and obstetric questionnaire, and an observational checklist. Data analyses included the t-test, Mann-Whitney U test and Chi-square test. Main outcome measures： Severity of labor pain and severity of anxiety were used as primary outcome measures. Labor and delivery characteristics （including number of contractions, duration of contractions in second stage, Bishop score, augmentation by oxytocin, Apgar score, and mode of delivery）, demographic characteristics, and fertility information were used as secondary outcome measures. Results： Pain severity in the group receiving aromatherapy with R. damoscena was significantly lower than in the control group after treatment at each pain assessment （cervical dilation of 4-5, 6-7, and 8-10 cm; P 〈 0.05）. Anxiety levels were also significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment at each time of measurement （cervical dilation of 4-7 and 8-10 cm; P 〈 0.05）. Psychometric validation of satisfaction with simulated clinical learning experience evaluation e corrections(SSCLEE-C)

Non-exhaustive double effort test is reliable and estimates the firs ventilatory threshold intensity in running exercise

Purpose: The present study aimed to investigate the reliability of the non-exhaustive double effort(NEDE) test in running exercise and its associations with the ventilatory thresholds(VT_1 and VT_2) and the maximal lactate steady state(MLSS).Methods: Ten healthy male adults(age: 23 ± 4 years, height: 176.6 ± 6.4 cm, body mass: 76.6 ± 10.7 kg) performed 4 procedures:(1) a ramp test for VT_1 and VT_2 determinations measured by ratio of expired ventilation to O_2 uptake(VE/VO_2) and expired ventilation to CO_2 output(VE/VCO_2) equivalents, respectively;(2) the NEDE test measured by blood lactate concentration(NEDE_(LAC)) and heart rate responses(NEDE_(HR));(3) a retest of NEDE for reliability analysis; and(4) continuous efforts to determine the MLSS intensity. The NEDE test consisted of4 sessions at different running intensities. Each session was characterized by double efforts at the same running velocity(E1 and E2, 180 s), separated by a passive recovery period(90 s rest). LAC and HR values after E1 and E2(in 4 sessions) were used to estimate the intensity equivalent to"null delta" by linear fit. This parameter represents, theoretically, the intensity equivalent to maximal aerobic ***: The intraclass correlation coefficient indicated significant reliability for NEDE_(LAC)(0.93) and NEDE_(HR)(0.79)(both p < 0.05). There were significant correlations, no differences, and strong agreement with the intensities predicted by NEDE_(LAC)(10.1 ± 1.9 km/h) and NEDE_(HR)(9.8 ± 2.0 km/h) to VT_1(10.2 ± 1.1 km/h). In addition, despite significantly lower MLSS intensity(12.2 ± 1.2 km/h), NEDE_(LAC) and NEDE_(HR) intensities were highly correlated with this parameter(0.90 and 0.88, respectively).Conclusion: The NEDE test applied to running exercise is reliable and estimates the VT_1 intensity. Additionally, NEDE intensities were lower but still correlated with VT_2 and MLSS.

A Scientometric Analysis and Critical Review of Internet Gaming Disorder Behaviours

There are increasing concerns about internet gaming disorder (IGD). No review of existing studies has systematicallyanalyzed and visualized the trends of IGD and those early identification of symptoms related to IGD *** critical review focuses on the emerging trends for early identification of symptoms related to IGDbehaviors in papers published in Web of Science Core Collection from 2009 to 2021 by scientometric analysisand critical review. Scientometric data analysis technique includes co-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis andburst analysis of authors, countries, keywords and co-citation to visualize those contributing and associated factorsto develop IGD behaviors and their relationships to mental-emotional symptoms. About 81.8% of the paperswere published in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, China and South Korea. Thetop co-occurrence keywords were ‘children’, ‘depression’, ‘anxiety’ and ‘attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)’, ‘scale’, identifying the population, characteristics and commonly used assessment tools that are susceptibleto certain symptoms relating to IGD of which influencing factors facilitate the understanding of the associationof sociodemographic characteristics. The main emerging topics were identified in this critical review afterconducted the scientometric analysis. The results identified five topics: game impulse, motivation, evaluationscale, mediating effects and diagnostic criteria. This study provides an overview of the research trends on theidentity and development of the IGD field of study.
