The purpose of this paper is to investigate the dynamics of Bohr almost periodic and Levitan almost periodic Hamiltonian systems via the weak KAM theory. We obtain minimal measures and weak KAM solutions in both cases. The weak KAM solution is a weak solution to the Hamilton-Jacobi equation, which formally transforms the original Hamiltonian systems into an integrable one. Consequently, we get the existence of an invariant torus in the aforementioned weak sense.

This paper discusses the associations between traits and haplotypes based on Fl (fluorescent intensity) data sets, We consider a clustering algorithm based on mixtures of t distributions to obtain all possible genotypes of each individual (i.e. "GenoSpectrum"). We then propose a likelihood-based approach that incorporates the genotyping uncertainty to assessing the associations between traits and haplotypes through a haplotypebased logistic regression model, Simulation studies show that our likelihood-based method can reduce the impact induced by genotyping errors.

Null Controllability of Some Degenerate Wave Equations

This paper is devoted to a study of the null controllability problems for one-dimensional linear degenerate wave equations through a boundary controller. First, the well-posedness of linear degenerate wave equations is discussed. Then the null controllability of some degenerate wave equations is established, when a control acts on the non-degenerate boundary. Different from the known controllability results in the case that a control acts on the degenerate boundary, any initial value in state space is controllable in this case. Also, an explicit expression for the controllability time is given. Furthermore, a counterexample on the controllability is given for some other degenerate wave equations.

Y. Z. Zhang and Q. C. Zhang [J. Algebra, 2009, 321： 3601-3619] constructed a new family of finite-dimensional modular Lie superalgebra Ω. Let Ω denote the even part of the Lie superalgebra Ω. We first give the generator sets of the Lie algebra Ω. Then, we reduce the derivation of Ω to a certain form. With the reduced derivation and a torus of Ω, we determine the derivation algebra of Ω.

Let R be an associative ring with identity. Denote by ((R-mod)^op, Ab) the category consisting of contravariant functors from the category of finitely presented left R-modules R-mod to the category of abelian groups Ab. An object in ((R-mod)^op, Ab) is said to be a stable functor if it vanishes on the regular module R. Let T be the subcategory of stable functors. There are two torsion pairs t1=(Gen(-,R),T)and t2=(T,F1), where 1 is the subcategory of ((R-mod)^op, Ab) consisting of functors with flat dimension at most 1. In this article, let R be a ring of weakly global dimension at most 1, and assume R satisfies that for any exact sequence 0 → M → N → K → 0, if M and N are pure injective, then K is also pure injective. We calculate the cotorsion pair (⊥T,(⊥T)⊥)cogenerated by T clearly. It is shown that G∈⊥T if and only if G/t1(G) is a projective object in T, i.e., G/t1(G)=(-,M) for some R-module M;and G∈(⊥T)⊥ if and only if G/t2(G) is of the form (-, E), where E is an injective R-module.

Double Derivations of n-Lie Superalgebras

Let g be an n-Lie superalgebra. We study the double derivation algebra 7）（g） and describe the relation between 7）（9） and the usual derivation Lie superalgebra Der（9）. We show that the set 7）（9） of all double derivations is a subalgebra of the general linear Lie superalgebra gl（9） and the inner derivation algebra ad（9） is an ideal of 7）（9）. We also show that if 9 is a perfect n-Lie superalgebra with certain constraints on the base field, then the centralizer of ad（9） in 7P（9） is trivial. Finally, we give that for every perfect n-Lie superalgebra 9, the triple derivations of the derivation algebra Der（9） are exactly the derivations of Der（9）.
