Generative adversarial networks based motion learning towards robotic calligraphy synthesis

Robot calligraphy visually reflects the motion capability of robotic *** traditional researches mainly focus on image generation and the writing of simple calligraphic strokes or characters,this article presents a generative adversarial network(GAN)-based motion learning method for robotic calligraphy synthesis(Gan2CS)that can enhance the efficiency in writing complex calligraphy words and reproducing classic calligraphy *** key technologies in the proposed approach include:(1)adopting the GAN to learn the motion parameters from the robot writing operation;(2)converting the learnt motion data into the style font and realising the transition from static calligraphy images to dynamic writing demonstration;(3)reproducing high-precision calligraphy works by synthesising the writing motion data *** this study,the motion trajectories of sample calligraphy images are firstly extracted and converted into the robot *** robot performs the writing with motion planning,and the writing motion parameters of calligraphy strokes are learnt with *** the motion data of basic strokes is synthesised based on the hierarchical process of‘stroke-radicalpart-character’.And the robot re-writes the synthesised characters whose similarity with the original calligraphy characters is *** calligraphy characters have been tested in the experiments for method validation and the results validated that the robot can actualise the robotic calligraphy synthesis of writing motion data with GAN.

A Corpus-Based Comparative Multidimensional Analysis of the Two English Translations of Luoyang Jialan Ji

By using the MD approach, this study aims at making a comparison between the lexical features in W. J. F. Jenner’s and Wang Yitong’s translations of Luoyang Jialan Ji (547 AD) from a multidimensional perspective. Statistics show that both the two translations belong to the General Narrative Exposition Register. However, there are significant discrepancies between the two versions in Dimension 1 “Involved versus Informational Production”, Dimension 4 “Overt Expression of Persuasion” and Dimension 5 “Abstract versus Non-Abstract Information”. The differences in Dimension 2 “Narrative versus Non-Narrative Concerns” and Dimension 3 “Explicit versus Situation-Dependent Reference” are not that significant. It is found that in Dimension 1, the information density of Wang’s version is much higher than that of Jenner’s. In Dimension 4, Wang’s version contains more overt persuasive effort than Jenner’s. In Dimension 5, the positive and negative contrast between the two versions indicates that Wang’s version provides information in a more abstract way, whereas Jenner’s in a relatively non-abstract way. Combined with typical examples in the two translation versions, this study is hoped to help better understand the translations of Luoyang Jialan Ji and conduct future studies on the translation styles of the two translators.

In recent years,the domain of machine translation has experienced remarkable growth,particularly with the emergence of neural machine translation,which has significantly enhanced both the accuracy and fluency of *** the same time,AI also showed its tremendous advancement,with its capabilities now extending to assisting users in a multitude of tasks,including translation,garnering attention across various *** this paper,the author selects representative sentences from both literary and scientific texts,and translates them using two translation software and two AI tools for *** results show that all four translation tools are very efficient and can help with simple translation ***,the accuracy of terminology needs to be improved,and it is difficult to make adjustments based on the characteristics of the target *** is worth mentioning that one of the advantages of AI is its interactivity,which allows it to modify the translation according to the translator’s needs.

Graphene-doped CuO(rGO-CuO)nanocomposites with flower shapes were prepared by an improved solvothermal *** samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV–visible *** active species in the degradation reaction of rGO-CuO composites under ultrasonic irradiation were detected by electron paramagnetic *** the basis of comparative experiments,the photodegradation mechanisms of two typical dyes,Rhodamine B(Rh B)and methyl orange(MO),were *** results demonstrated that the doped CuO could improve the degradation *** catalytic degradation efficiency of rGO-CuO(2:1)to rhodamine B(RhB)and methyl orange(MO)reached 90%and 87%respectively,which were 2.1 times and 4.4 times of the reduced graphene *** the first-principles and other theories,we give the reasons for the enhanced catalytic performance of rGO-CuO:combined with internal and external factors,rGO-CuO under ultrasound could produce more hole and active sites that could interact with the OH·in pollutant molecules to achieve *** rGO-CuO nanocomposite has a simple preparation process and low price,and has a high efficiency of degrading water pollution products and no secondary pollution *** has a low-cost and high-efficiency application prospect in water pollution industrial production and life.

Maintaining moderate economic growth targets(EGTs)is the key for local governments to effectively implement the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”goals under the refreshed development *** panel data of 276 prefecture-level cities in China's Mainland from 2010 to 2020,and employing methods such as intermediary and threshold models,this study empirically analyzes the internal mechanism of EGT’s impact on urban carbon productivity(UCP).Our findings demonstrate that:①The overall EGT during the analyzed period is not conducive to improving *** conclusion remains valid after a series of robustness *** effect is more pronounced in the central region and resource-based cities than in the east-west region and non resource-based cities.②EGT not only directly suppresses UCP but also exerts indirect negative impacts on UCP from three aspects:delaying the digital economy(DE),constraining financial expansion(FE),and hindering green technology innovation(GTI).This negative indirect effect is similar to or even surpasses the direct effect,suggesting that the internal relationship between EGT and“dual-carbon”goals should be re-evaluated from a new compound perspective.③EGT not only has a simple linear impact on UCP but also significantly exhibits a dynamic evolution pattern in inverted“U”*** is,as EGT continuously upgrades,a nonlinear impact on UCP emerges in the form of“promoting first,suppressing later”.This indicates that surpassing the“degree”limit for EGT will be detrimental to the improvement of *** study broadens the scope of carbon productivity analysis by introducing a new perspective centered on *** insights gleaned from this research offer valuable guidance for local governments to effectively manage economic growth expectations and promote the synchronized achievement of dual-carbon objectives.

Language learning materials not only provide language input for learners but also subtly disseminate ideology and influence readers’*** study,based on the framework of ecological discourse analysis,quantitatively analyzes and qualitatively describes the ecological significance of environmental texts in the 21st *** aim is to provide references for the compilation of environmental discourse in language learning materials,promote the construction of more ecologically beneficial discourse,and facilitate the widespread dissemination of the ecological philosophy of“Diversity and Harmony,Interaction and Co-existence”among young *** initial findings of this study are as follows:In the environmental texts of the publication,a large number of relational processes and action processes are used to objectively represent the natural environment;the discourse tends to be ambiguous and beneficial,generally aligning with the ecological philosophy of“Diversity and Harmony,Interaction and Co-existence.”This can guide readers to correctly understand and face environmental issues,which is conducive to the healthy development of natural ecosystems.

English Text Named Entity Recognition Method by Fusing Local and Global Features

Because of the ambiguity and dynamic nature of natural language,the research of named entity recognition is very *** an international language,English plays an important role in the fields of science and technology,finance and ***,the early named entity recognition technology is mainly based on English,which is often used to identify the names of people,places and organizations in the *** conferences in the field of natural language processing,such as CoNLL,MUC,and ACE,have identified named entity recognition as a specific evaluation task,and the relevant research uses evaluation corpus from English-language media organizations such as the Wall Street Journal,the New York Times,and *** research of named entity recognition on relevant data has achieved good *** at the sparse distribution of entities in text,a model combining local and global features is *** model takes a single English character as input,and uses the local feature layer composed of local attention and convolution to process the text pieceby way of sliding window to construct the corresponding local *** addition,the self-attention mechanism is used to generate the global features of the text to improve the recognition effect of the model on long *** on three data sets,Resume,MSRA and Weibo,show that the proposed method can effectively improve the model’s recognition of English named entities.

As one of the Four Great Masterpieces of China,The Romance of the Three Kingdoms has become a landmark of ancient Chinese literature with vivid and profound character images,ups and downs of politics and war descriptions,and appealing historical *** being introduced to Japan in the second half of the 17th century,it was spread in Japanese society and was accepted for literary value,social needs and other reasons,then a series of evolutions were produced by combining with local culture,eventually becoming a national culture in *** paper selects the most popular text of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms with 24 chapters and 120 verses in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty,and the Japanese translation of The Popular Romance of the Three Kingdoms published by Hunan Wenshan in 1689 as the objects,guided by Ralph Linton’s“Manifestation,Selection,Integration”cultural communication research method,to analyze the dissemination,acceptance and evolution of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms in 17-20 centuries’Japan,which started from the field of literature,then combined with various cultural forms and spread to the civic class,and finally entered politics area and produced a series of evolutions under the influence of Japanese values to become the representative culture of *** paper suggests that in today’s world of frequent cultural exchanges,China should,based on strengthening cultural self-confidence,actively and appropriately select and accept foreign cultures with the attitude of prioritizing our own culture and utilizing foreign culture for our own *** research outcome can provide experience for the current Chinese culture to go to the world with high quality.

Most viruses and transposons serve as effective carriers for the introduction of foreign DNA up to 11 kb into vertebrate ***,their activity markedly diminishes with payloads exceeding 11 *** the payload capacity of transposons could facilitate more sophisticated cargo designs,improving the regulation of expression and minimizing mutagenic risks associated with molecular therapeutics,metabolic engineering,and transgenic animal *** this study,we improved the Tol2 transposon by increasing protein expression levels using a translational enhancer(QBI SP163,ST)and enhanced the nuclear targeting ability using the nuclear localization protein H2B(SHT).The modified Tol2 and ST transposon efficiently integrated large DNA cargos into human cell cultures(H1299),comparable to the well-established super PiggyBac ***,mRNA from ST and SHT showed a significant increase in transgene delivery efficiency of large DNA payloads(8 kb,14 kb,and 24 kb)into zebrafish(Danio rerio).This study presents a modified Tol2 transposon as an enhanced nonviral vector for the delivery of large DNA payloads in transgenic applications.
