Central environmental protection inspection and carbon emission reduction: A tripartite evolutionary game model from the perspective of carbon neutrality

Since the carbon neutrality target was proposed, many countries have been facing severe challenges to carbon emission reduction sustainably. This study is conducted using a tripartite evolutionary game model to explore the impact of the central environmental protection inspection(CEPI) on driving carbon emission reduction, and to study what factors influence the strategic choices of each party and how they interact with each other. The research results suggest that local governments and manufacturing enterprises would choose strategies that are beneficial to carbon reduction when CEPI increases. When the initial willingness of all parties increases 20%, 50%—80%, the time spent for the whole system to achieve stability decreases from 100%, 60%—30%. The evolutionary result of “thorough inspection, regulation implementation, low-carbon management” is the best strategy for the tripartite evolutionary ***, the smaller the cost and the larger the benefit, the greater the likelihood of the three-party game stability strategy appears. This study has important guiding significance for other developing countries to promote carbon emission reduction by environmental policy.

It is an important way to realize rural revitalization and sustainable development to guide rural settlement transition(RST)in an appropriate *** paper uses actor network theory(ANT)to construct a theoretical framework for the study of *** two typical villages with different transition paths in rural areas of North China Plain as examples,this paper reveals the mechanism of RST and makes a comparative *** results show that:1)after identifying problems and obligatory passage point,key actors recruit heterogeneous actors into the actor network by entrusting them with common interests,and realize RST under the system operation.2)Rural settlements under different transition paths have similarities in the problems to be solved,collective actions and policy factors,but there are differences in the transition process,mechanism and *** actor network and mechanism of RST through the path of new rural community construction are more complex and the transition effect is more *** contrast,the degree of RST of retention development path is limited if there is no resource and location advantage.3)Based on the applicable conditions of different paths,this paper designs a logical framework of‘Situation-Structure-Behavior-Result’to scientifically guide the identification of RST paths under the background of rural revitalization.

Optimal Reinsurance Strategy Based on the Lundberg Exponent

In this paper, the authors investigate the optimal per-claim reinsurance problem under the continuous-time framework to minimize the insurer’s ruin probability based on the Lundberg exponent. Considering reinsurance participants’ diversified risk preferences, the authors assume that the reinsurance premium is calculated by a combined premium principle, including the expected value premium principle and upper moment premium principle. Then, the authors derive the insurer’s optimal reinsurance strategy satisfying the principle of indemnity and the incentive compatibility condition in an infinite reinsurance space based on the point-wise optimization approach. Besides, the proposed work emphasizes the optimality and admissibility of the combination of the excess of loss reinsurance and its dual form when a piecewise reinsurance premium principle is considered. As a special case, the optimal reinsurance strategy under the expected value premium principle reduces to the classic ***, the numerical analyses are provided to illustrate the effects of the main parameters on the maximal Lundberg exponent and the optimal reinsurance strategy.

We investigate the causal relationship between foreign ownership and international trade performance by comparing foreign-acquired firms with similar domestic-acquired firms in China with regard to changes in their post-acquisition international trade *** findings indicate that foreign ownership significantly enhanced the probability of both exporting and importing,and strongly increased trade *** ownership took effect from the year of the acquisition and persisted for at least 2 *** stimulated both processing trade and ordinary trade,and expanded products and trading ***-acquisition trade performance also exhibited heterogeneity based on the different pre-acquisition and post-acquisition *** for the underlying mechanisms,we show that firms experienced significant output expansion,increased export dependence,and eased financial constraints after foreign acquisition.

Various land use and land cover(LULC)products have been produced over the past decade with the development of remote sensing *** the differences in LULC classification schemes,there is a lack of research on assessing the accuracy of their application to croplands in a unified ***,this study evaluated the spatial and area accuracies of cropland classification for four commonly used global LULC products(i.e.,MCD12Q1V6,GlobCover2009,FROM-GLC and GlobeLand30)based on the harmonised FAO criterion,and quantified the relationships between four factors(i.e.,slope,elevation,field size and crop system)and cropland classification *** validation results indicated that MCD12Q1 and GlobeLand30 performed well in cropland classification regarding spatial consistency,with overall accuracies of 94.90 and 93.52%,*** FROMGLC showed the worst performance,with an overall accuracy of 83.17%.Overlaying the cropland generated by the four global LULC products,we found the proportions of complete agreement and disagreement were 15.51 and 44.72% for the cropland classification,*** consistency was mainly observed in the Northeast China Plain,the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain and the northern part of the Middle-lower Yangtze Plain,*** contrast,low consistency was detected primarily on the eastern edge of the northern and semiarid region,the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and southern *** size was the most important factor for mapping *** area accuracy,compared with China Statistical Yearbook data at the provincial scale,the accuracies of different products in descending order were:GlobeLand30,FROM-GLC,MCD12Q1,and *** cropland classification schemes mainly caused large area deviations among the four products,and they also resulted in the different ranks of spatial accuracy and area accuracy among the four *** results can provide valuable suggestions for selecting cropland products at the national or provinc

In this work, we study the error estimates of the fully discrete Fourier pseudospectral numerical scheme for solving the nonlocal volume-conserved Allen-Cahn(AC) *** time marching method of the numerical scheme is based on the well-known Invariant Energy Quadratization(IEQ) method. We demonstrate that the proposed fully discrete numerical method is uniquely solvable, unconditionally energy stable, and obtain the optimal error estimate of the scheme for both space and time. Additionally, we conduct several numerical tests to verify the theoretical results.
