In this paper, we have studied hot carrier injection （HCI） different degradations are obtained from the experiment results. under alternant stress. Under different stress modes, The different alternate stresses can reduce or enhance the HC effect, which mainly depends on the latter condition of the stress cycle. In the stress mode A （DC stress with electron injection）, the degradation keeps increasing. In the stress modes B （DC stress and then stress with the smMlest gate injection） and C （DC stress and then stress with hole injection under Vg = 0 V and Vd = 1.8 V）, recovery appears in the second stress period. And in the stress mode D （DC stress and then stress with hole injection under Vg = -1.8 V and Vd = 1.8 V）, as the traps filled in by holes can be smaller or greater than the generated interface states, the continued degradation or recovery in different stress periods can be obtained.

View synthesis is an important building block in three dimension（3D） video processing and *** on one or several views,view synthesis creates other views for the purpose of view prediction（for compression） or view rendering（for multiview-display）.The quality of view synthesis depends on how one fills the occlusion area as well as how the pixels are ***,luminance adjustment and hole filling are two key issues in view *** this paper,two views are used to produce an arbitrary virtual synthesized *** view is merged into another view using a local luminance adjustment method,based on local neighborhood region for the calculation of adjustment ***,a maximum neighborhood spreading strength hole filling method is presented to deal with the micro texture structure when the hole is being *** each pixel at the hole boundary,its neighborhood pixels with the maximum spreading strength direction are selected as candidates;and among them,the pixel with the maximum spreading strength is used to fill the hole from boundary to *** there still exist disocclusion pixels after once scan,the filling process is repeated until all hole pixels are *** results show that the proposed method is efficient,robust and achieves high performance in subjection and objection.

A Statistical Method for Analysis of Technical Data of a Badminton Match Based on 2-D Seriate Images

The use of computer vision technology to collect and analyze statistics during badminton matches or training sessions can be expected to provide valuable information to help coaches to determine which tactics should be used by a player in a given game or to improve the player＇s tactical training. A method based on 2-D seriate images by which statistical data of a badminton match can be obtained is presented. Image capture and analysis were performed synchronously using a multithreading technique. The regions of movement in the images were detected using a temporal difference method, and the trajectories of the movement regions were analyzed using sedate images. The shuttlecock trajectory was extracted from all detected trajectories using various characteristic parameters. The stroke type was determined by comparing the shuttlecock trajectory data with a set of stroke definition data. The algorithm was tested at a training center, and the results were compared with baseline data obtained by expert visual inspection using four video samples, which included approximately 10 000 frames. The shuttlecock trajectory and stroke type were detected correctly in almost 100% of the analyzed video sequences. The average speed of the automated analysis was approximately 40 frames/s, indicating that the method can be used for real-time analysis during a badminton match. The system is convenient for use by a sports coach.

An interference alignment(IA)spectrum sharing method based on Rayleigh quotient is proposed for distributed multi-user multi-antenna cognitive radio(CR) *** interference from cognitive users(CUs)to the primary(PR) system is constrained through the Rayleigh quotients of channel matrices to deal with the absence of PR users(PUs) in the IA *** a result,the IA scheme can be applied in CR networks without harmful interference to *** with existing IA based spectrum sharing methods,the proposed method is more general because of breaking the restriction that CUs can only transmit on the idle sub-channels of the PR ***,in comparison to other four spectrum sharing methods applicable in general scene,the proposed method leads to improved performance of achievable sum rate of the CR system as well as guarantees the transmission of PUs.

A low leakage current subthreshold SRAM in 130 nm CMOS technology is proposed for ultra low voltage（200 mV） *** all of the previous subthreshold works ignore the leakage current in both active and standby *** minimize leakage,a self-adaptive leakage cut off scheme is adopted in the proposed design without any extra dynamic energy dissipation or performance *** with buffering circuit and reconfigurable operation,the proposed design ensures both read and standby stability without deteriorating writability in the subthreshold *** to the referenced subthreshold SRAM bitcell,the proposed bitcell shows：（1） a better critical state noise margin,and（2） smaller leakage current in both active and standby modes. Measurement results show that the proposed SRAM functions well at a 200 mV supply voltage with 0.13μW power consumption at 138 kHz frequency.

The robotic drilling always generates the axial vibration along the drill bit and the torsional vibration around the drill bit,which will adversely affect the drilling precision.A vibration control mechanism fixed between the end-effector and the robot is proposed,which can suppress the axial and torsional vibrations based on the principle of vibro-impact(VI)*** energy dissipation of the system by vibro-impact damping is ***,the influence of the structure parameters on the vibration attenuation effect is studied,and a semi-active vibration control method of variable collision clearance is *** simulation results show that the control method has effective vibration control performance.

We present a novel efficient approach in calculating induced transmembrane voltage（ITV） on cells based on transformation optics. As cell membrane is much thinner than the dimension of a typical cell, discretizing the membrane needs numerous meshes. Using an anisotropic medium based on transformation optics, the thickness of the membrane can be exaggerated by at least one order, which eliminates rigorous mesh refinement and reduces unknowns greatly. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are verified by a cylindrical cell model. Moreover, the influence on ITV with bound water（BW） layers is also studied. The results show that when cells are exposed to nanosecond electric field, BW layers should be rigorously considered in calculating ITV.

Cut-and-choose paradigm makes Yao’s protocol for two-party computation secure in malicious model with an error *** CRYPTO 2013,based on multi-phase cut-and-choose,Lindell reduced this probability to the optimal ***,this work can only compute single-output functions with optimal error *** transform multi-phase cut-and-choose for singleoutput case into one that can deal with two-output functions,meanwhile maintaining the optimal error *** on this new paradigm,we propose an efficient two-output secure computation ***,by utilizing the specific property of the output garbled keys,we solve the authenticity issue of the generator’s output with only symmetric cryptographic operations linear in the output length of the generator,which is the most efficient method so far in standard model without Random oracle(RO).
