Highly dispersed and stable Pt-based catalysts play a crucial role in constructing efficient catalytic systems for alkane *** this study,a novel bimetallic Pt-Sn catalyst confined in extra-large-pore ECNU-46 zeolite(denoted as Pt/Sn-ECNU-46)is prepared by *** open-site framework Sn species((SiO)_(3)Sn-OH)serve as anchors to interact with Pt species,favoring the high dispersion of *** the other hand,the framework Sn species act as the second metal to regulate the geometrical and electronic environment of Pt species,thus suppressing their ***/Sn-ECNU-46 achieves a good performance in propane dehy-drogenation(PDH)reaction with high initial propane conversion(46%)and propylene selectivity(>99%)as well as regeneration *** addition,Pt/Sn-ECNU-46 is also active in the dehydrogenation of *** study explores the application of extra-large-pore zeolite as support in constructing metal-confined catalysts for alkane dehydrogenation.

A low leakage current subthreshold SRAM in 130 nm CMOS technology is proposed for ultra low voltage（200 mV） *** all of the previous subthreshold works ignore the leakage current in both active and standby *** minimize leakage,a self-adaptive leakage cut off scheme is adopted in the proposed design without any extra dynamic energy dissipation or performance *** with buffering circuit and reconfigurable operation,the proposed design ensures both read and standby stability without deteriorating writability in the subthreshold *** to the referenced subthreshold SRAM bitcell,the proposed bitcell shows：（1） a better critical state noise margin,and（2） smaller leakage current in both active and standby modes. Measurement results show that the proposed SRAM functions well at a 200 mV supply voltage with 0.13μW power consumption at 138 kHz frequency.

Downward transport of stratospheric air into the troposphere(identified as stratospheric intrusions)could potentially modify the radiation budget and chemical of the Earth's surface *** the highest and largest plateau on earth,the Tibetan Plateau including the Himalayas couples to global climate,and has attracted widespread attention due to rapid warming and cryospheric *** studies recognized strong stratospheric intrusions in the Himalayas but are poorly understood due to limited direct evidences and the complexity of the meteorological dynamics of the third ***^(35)S is a radioactive isotope predominately produced in the lower stratosphere and has been demonstrated as a sensitive chemical tracer to detect stratospherically sourced air mass in the planetary boundary ***,we report 6-month(April–September 2018)observation of^(35)S in atmospheric sulfate aerosols(^(35)SO_(4)^(2-))collected from a remote site in the Himalayas to reveal the stratospheric intrusion phenomenon as well as its potential impacts in this *** the sampling campaign,the^(35)SO_(4)^(2-)concentrations show an average of 1,070±980 atoms/m^(3).In springtime,the average is 1,620±730 atoms/m^(3),significantly higher than the global existing data measured so *** significant enrichments of^(35)SO_(4)^(2-)measured in this study verified the hypothesis that the Himalayas is a global hot spot of stratospheric intrusions,especially during the springtime as a consequence of its unique geology and atmospheric *** combined with the ancillary evidences,e.g.,oxygen-17 anomaly in sulfate and modeling results,we found that the stratospheric intrusions have a profound impact on the surface ozone concentrations over the study region,and potentially have the ability to constrain how the mechanisms of sulfate oxidation are affected by a change in plateau atmospheric properties and *** study provides new observational constraints on stra

Channel temperature measurements of multi-finger AlGaN/OaN HEMTs by forward Schottky characteristics are presented. The temperature dependence of the forward gate-source Schottky junction voltage is investigated and it is used as the temperature sensitive parameter （TSP） by pulsed switching technique. The channel-to-mounting thermal resistance of the tested AlGaN/GaN HEMT sample is 19.6°C/W. Compared with both the measured results by micro-Raman method and simulated results of a three-di^nensional heat conduction model, the physical meaning of the channel temperature for AIGaN/GaN HEMT tested by pulsed switching electrical TSP method is investigated quantitatively for the first time.

We consider a SU(3) spin–orbit coupled Bose–Einstein condensate confined in a harmonic plus quartic *** ground-state wave functions of such a system are obtained by minimizing the Gross–Pitaevskii energy functional, and the effects of the spin-dependent interaction and spin–orbit coupling are investigated in *** the case of ferromagnetic spin interaction, the SU(3) spin–orbit coupling induces a threefold-degenerate plane wave ground state with nontrivial spin *** the case of antiferromagnetic spin interaction, the system shows phase separation for weak SU(3) spin–orbit coupling, where three discrete minima with unequal weights in momentum space are selected, while hexagonal honeycomb lattice structure for strong SU(3) SOC, where three discrete minima with equal weights are selected.

Cardiotocography measures the fetal heart rate in the fetus during pregnancy to ensure physical health because cardiotocography gives data about fetal heart rate and uterine shrinkages which is very beneficial to detect whether the fetus is normal or suspect or *** cardiotocography measures infer wrongly and give wrong predictions because of human *** traditional way of reading the cardiotocography measures is the time taken and belongs to numerous human errors as *** condition is very important to measure at numerous stages and give proper medications to the fetus for its *** the current period Machine learning(ML)is a well-known classification strategy used in the biomedical field on various issues because ML is very fast and gives appropriate results that are better than traditional *** techniques play a pivotal role in detecting fetal disease in its early *** research article uses Federated machine learning(FML)and ML techniques to classify the condition of the *** study proposed a model for the detection of bio-signal cardiotocography that uses FML and ML techniques to train and test the ***,the proposed model of FML used numerous data preprocessing techniques to overcome data deficiency and achieves 99.06%and 0.94%of prediction accuracy and misprediction rate,respectively,and parallel the proposed model applying K-nearest neighbor(KNN)and achieves 82.93%and 17.07%of prediction accuracy and misprediction accuracy,***,by comparing both models FML outperformed the KNN technique and achieved the best and most appropriate prediction results as compared with previous studies the proposed study achieves the best and most accurate results.

A path following controller is proposed to force an underactuated surface ship which is suffering from disturbance to follow a predefined *** controller is based on analytic model predictive control and unscented Kalman filter(UKF) *** analytic model predictive control provides a systematic method to get appropriate controller parameters to guarantee the stability of the closed-loop system,and the well-defined relative degree is guaranteed by introducing *** UKF is used to estimate the states and uncertain parameters due to time-varying added mass *** help of the proposed UKF-based controller,the underactuated ship with time-varying parameters can follow a desired straight *** results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

A low-profile dual-broadband dual-circularly-polarized(dual-CP)reflectarray(RA)is proposed and demonstrated,supporting independent beamforming for right-/left-handed CP waves at both K-band and *** functionality is achieved by incorporating multi-layered phase shifting elements individually operating in the K-and Ka-band,which are then interleaved in a shared aperture,resulting in a cell thickness of only about *** rotating the designed K-and Ka-band elements around their own geometrical centers,the dual-CP waves in each band can be modulated *** reduce the overall profile,planar K-/Ka-band dual-CP feeds with a broad band are designed based on the magnetoelectric dipoles and multi-branch hybrid *** planar feeds achieve bandwidths of about 32%and 26%at K-and Ka-band respectively with reflection magnitudes below-13 dB,an axial ratio smaller than 2 dB,and a gain variation of less than 1 dB.A proof-of-concept dual-band dual-CP RA integrated with the planar feeds is fabricated and characterized which is capable of generating asymmetrically distributed dual-band dual-CP *** measured peak gain values of the beams are around 24.3 and 27.3 dBic,with joint gain variation<1 dB and axial ratio<2 dB bandwidths wider than 20.6%and 14.6%at the lower and higher bands,*** demonstrated dual-broadband dual-CP RA with four degrees of freedom of beamforming could be a promising candidate for space and satellite communications.

This paper investigates the Quality of Experience(QoE)oriented channel access anti-jamming problem in 5th Generation Mobile Communication(5G)ultra-dense ***,considering that the 5G base station adopts beamforming technology,an anti-jamming model under Space Division Multiple Access(SDMA)conditions is ***,the confrontational relationship between users and the jammer is formulated as a Stackelberg ***,to achieve global optimization,we design a local cooperation mechanism for users and formulate the cooperation and competition among users as a local altruistic *** proving that the local altruistic game is an Exact Potential Game(EPG),we further prove the existence of pure strategy Nash Equilibrium(NE)among users and Stackelberg Equilibrium(SE)between users and ***,to obtain the equilibrium solutions of the proposed games,we propose an anti-jamming channel selection algorithm and improve its convergence speed through heterogeneous learning *** simulation results validate the convergence and effectiveness of the proposed *** with the throughput optimization scheme,our proposed scheme obtain a greater network satisfaction ***,we also analyze user fairness changes during the algorithm convergence process and get some interesting conclusions.
