The hydroelastic analysis and sonoelastic analysis methods are incorporated with the Green＇s function of the Pekeris ocean hydro-acoustic waveguide model to produce a three-dimensional sonoelastic analysis method for ships in the ocean hydro-acoustic environment. The seabed condition is represented by a penetrable boundary of prescribed density and sound speed. This method is employed in this paper to predict the vibration and acoustic radiation of a 1 500 t Small Water Area Twin Hull （SWATH） ship in shallow sea acoustic environment. The wet resonant frequencies and radiation sound source levels are predicted and compared with the measured results of the ship in trial.

Communication networks rely on time synchronization information generated by base station equipment(either the Global Navigation satellite System receiver or rubidium atomic clock) to enable wireless networking and communications. Meanwhile, the time synchronization among base stations depends on the Network Time Protocol. With the development of mobile communication systems, the corresponding time synchronization accuracy has increased as well. In this case, the use of sparsely distributed-high-precision synchronization points to synchronize time for an entire network with high precision is a key problem and is the foundation of the enhanced network communication. The current receiver equipment for China's digital synchronous network typically includes dedicated multi-channel GPS receivers for communication; however, with the development of GPS by the USA, network security has been destabilized and reliability is low. Nonetheless, network time synchronization based on Beidou satellite navigation system timing devices is an inevitable development trend for China's digital communications network with the establishment of the independently developed BDS, especially the implementation and improvement of the Beidou foundation enhancement system.

Despite the significant progress in cancer therapy,colorectal cancer(CRC)remains one of the most fatal malignancies *** is currently the mainstay therapeutic modality adopted for CRC ***,the long-term effectiveness of chemotherapeutic drugs has been hampered by their low bioavailability,non-selective tumor targeting mechanisms,non-specific biodistribution associated with low drug concentrations at the tumor site and undesirable side *** the last decade,there has been increasing interest in using nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems to circumvent these *** nanoparticles have been developed for delivering chemotherapeutic drugs among which polymeric micelles are attractive *** micelles are biocompatible nanocarriers that can bypass the biological barriers and preferentially accumulate in tumors via the enhanced permeability and retention *** can be easily engineered with stimuli-responsive and tumor targeting moieties to further ensure their selective uptake by cancer cells and controlled drug release at the desirable tumor *** have been shown to effectively improve the pharmacokinetic properties of chemotherapeutic drugs and enhance their safety profile and anticancer efficacy in different types of *** that combination therapy is the new strategy implemented in cancer therapy,polymeric micelles are suitable for multidrug delivery and allow drugs to act concurrently at the action site to achieve synergistic therapeutic *** also allow the delivery of anticancer genetic material along with chemotherapy drugs offering a novel approach for CRC ***,we highlight the properties of polymeric micelles that make them promising drug delivery systems for CRC *** also review their application in CRC chemotherapy and gene therapy as well as in combination cancer chemotherapy.

Importance:Nagashima-type palmoplantar keratosis(NPPK)is a hereditary dermatosis mostly caused by a nonsense mutation in *** the increasing interest in readthrough gentamicin treatment of NPPK,clinical evidence for this treatment is ***:This study aimed to provide further evidence for the use of topical gentamicin in the treatment of NPPK in children with nonsense ***:We designed a bilaterally controlled study of topical gentamicin *** diagnosed with NPPK carrying nonsense mutations were enrolled in this study.A 0.1%gentamicin ointment was applied to one hand and an emollient to the other for 3 months.A bilateral comparison of the visual analog scale scores for clinical manifestations and safety was ***:Ten children with NPPK were included in this *** comparison with the emollient side,the topical gentamicin side showed significant improvements in hyperkeratosis,erythema,maceration,and desquamation after 1 and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).However,hyperhidrosis and odor did not improve *** adverse events were observed during the systemic safety monitoring ***:Topical gentamicin ointment showed good safety in the treatment of NPPK with nonsense mutations,indicating that it is a promising therapeutic choice in children with NPPK.

Rapid progress has been made in quantum secure direct communication in recent *** practical application,it is important to improve the performances,such as the secure information rate and the communication *** this paper,we report an elaborate physical system design and protocol with much enhanced *** design increased the secrecy capacity greatly by achieving an ultra-low quantum bit error rate of<0.1%,one order of magnitude smaller than that of existing *** to previous systems,the proposed scheme uses photonic time-bin and phase states,operating at 50 MHz of repetition rate,which can be easily upgraded to over 1 GHz using current on-the-shelf *** results of our experimentation demonstrate that the proposed system can tolerate more channel loss,from 5.1 dB,which is about 28.3 km in fiber in the previous scheme,to 18.4 dB,which corresponds to fiber length of 102.2 ***,the experiment shows that intercity quantum secure direct communication through fiber is feasible with present-day technology.

It was known that mesoporous metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)with hierarchical pores and unsaturated metal sites can effectively inhibit the shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides in lithium-sulfur battery,however,the unsatisfactory structural stability and electrical conductivity limit the application of mesoporous MOFs(MMOFs)in Li-S *** at sensible solutions,the conductive polyaniline(PANI)was incorporated into the MMOF to enhance the discharge capacity and the cycling stability of proposed Li-S batteries,as the stability and the conductivity of the MMOF cathode was improved *** activated MMOF-PANI provides physical and chemical adsorption of polysulfides against their shuttle ***,the introduction of PANI into the channels of MMOF effectively improves the conductivity of MMOF,thus improving the electrochemical performance of the MMOF-PANI-based *** from these synergetic effects,the S@MMOF-PANI cathode delivers improved electrochemical performance including excellent rate performance and cycling *** battery shows an initial capacity of 777.7 mAh·g^(−1)at 2.0 C and a low decay rate of 0.06%per cycle in 1,000 cycles and approximately a repeatable rate performance.

A non-toxic and environmentally safe diluent,acetyl tributyl citrate,was employed to prepare poly(vinylidene fluoride)-co-hexafluoropropylene membranes via thermally induced phase *** of the polymer concentration on the phase diagram,membrane morphology,hydrophobicity,pore size,porosity and mechanical properties(tensile stress and elongation at break)were *** results showed that the pore size and porosity tended to decrease with increasing polymer concentration,whereas the contact angle,liquid entry pressure and mechanical properties showed the opposite *** direct contact membrane distillation operation with 3.5 wt-%sodium chloride solution as the feed solution,the prepared membranes performed high salt rejection(>99.9%).Furthermore,the prepared membranes retained excellent performance in long-term stability tests regarding the permeate flux and salt rejection. ne distillation.
